Don't rate anyone on a mistake; rate them on how they responded to the mistake. We had an issue on our purchase "after the fact", a misunderstanding on both sides. Kevin (the GM at St. Cloud Hyundai) listened and acted in a fair, professional and positive manner to deal with this issue in a most positive manner. We are extremely happy with our purchase (awesome 2025 IoniQ 5), our sales rep Jonathon and the way the team and Kevin, listened, understood and acted on the issue we presented. It was after the purchase and signed documents and they could have done nothing, but they truly did the "right thing". We are very happy with St. Cloud Hyundai, have and will recommend them to others, and look forward to a long relationship.
