I indicated online I was interested in a vehicle. Within minutes Jason texted me and we setup a time for me to view the vehicle. Jason did not pressure me at all. From start to end was painless. 2 days after buying my vehicle the heater did not work. I called Jason and he got my car right in and gave me a loaner vehicle. Car was fixed quickly. I bought a used car and did not buy an extended warranty. This probably would not happen at other car lots. Customer service exceeded my expectations.

Auto Body Experience - 2014TC
I was very pleased with the auto body experience I had recently. I called American Family Insurance on Friday about 10 am after hitting a deer about 9:00 the previous evening. They contacted Pettijohn, who called me within 30 minutes to arrange towing my van to their service area. By 2:30 that afternoon, I received a call from Kayla with an estimate of the damage and asked if I wanted them to fix it. I said yes and she said that she could now order parts. She told me it would take about 9 days to complete repairs. I told her that I would need a loaner car because my husband had a doctor appointment in the city on Tuesday. She said that she would have a car ready by Monday and she did. We had a flat tire while driving and had it repaired. I called on the 8th day and Kayla said it was ready to pick up. We went to get our car and looked it over. It looked great! We went in and paid the bill and gave Kayla the bill for fixing the tire and she took it off of our total bill. We were very pleased with the fast service and friendly actions of Kayla and the service personnel.
Scammers, time wasters, over priced cars - Carbuyer76
This place is the biggest waste of time, and biggest scammers in the area.
1st time, they assured me that if i drove 2 hours each way, i was approved no matter what.
They low balled my truck trade in, offered me $300 for a fully working f250 truck. Got us a way way over priced dodge cailber. only took it because my wife was disabled, in a wheelchair, as we were leaving dealership, the battery failed on the car. As we were broke down in the middle of the highway, they told us to return to dealership even though the car was locking uo the brakes due to the battery issue.
No apology, nothing, but got a new battery installed.
2nd time, was assured no issue with financing since i was bringing $3000 down payment. After 5 hours, was told to go home, they would call us if we were approved. Never got a call back, wasted 9 hours of driving and waiting in the dealership.
I wont be back for a 3rd time.

I was taking my car in for a repair, and was approached by Dave, who the absolute best!!!! The damages to my car was a bit much more than I expected. I then walked onto the showroom floor, where I was approached by salesman Mr. Mark Ware. His attentiveness to my needs, just by observing me, was totally awesome, and left me speechless!! I was looking at a jeep, which he then advised me about the rebates on the 300's. He allowed me to test drive the car and i fell in love with it. I just did not want to wait the long time that it normally takes to purchase a vehicle, and was quite hesitant. However, Mark and Daniel moved in such a timely manner, that before I knew it, I was approved for the car, and was on my way home!!! I worked with Randy Brinckman, he was beyond patient with me. I couldn't make up my mind. I bought a 2018 Pacifica and there are so many options to choose from . He listened to my wants and needs and helped me pick the PERFECT one for ME! He was professional yet personable and very knowledgeable. Had the patience of a saint! He was NOT pushy like most car salesman are. This to me is a large purchase, I don't want to be pushed then regret my decision later.
I was able to get a great price on my trade in also. Hey, the bottom line, it is about the money!

Absolute worst experience that I have ever had at a dealership. Lied to, delayed, and treated like I was an idiot. Avoid at all costs. I've been waiting 6 weeks for a simple, 2 hour repair on a new car. I was promised the repairs would be done when I bought the car. I've been lied to and avoided for 6 weeks. Do NOT buy a car from them.

They sold me a $30,000 jeep with a broken seat. That's right, my driver side seat is sunk in on one side and completely broken. I replaced the cushion from the factory at my own expense just to realize the seat itself was broken. They buy used rental cars from the auction and sell them to you without making sure things aren't broken. I've bought three cars from them and had a similar experience with each one. Do NOT go here, you will be ripped off. I've never been more dissatisfied with a dealership in my life. This is a shady place with shady business practices.
Worst Used Car - Indiana
I would never buy another Used Vehicle from Landmark Dodge. They say they do more inspection than any other Dealership. I doubt that. I've had nothing but issues with my vehicle and they don't stand behind it whatsoever. The salesman flat out lied to us. Haven't had the truck 2 weeks check engine light is on something to do with the gas valve leak. Brian the Used Car GM says they will Repair it at cost. What happened to them inspecting the vehicle? I put $7800.00 down bought a power-tran warranty, undercoating and rustproofing for the truck. My husband already recommended them to a friend I wish he hadn't now. Worthless Company. Doug Fletcher says we will talk about it on Tuesday but no guarantee as I bought the truck as is. Again I will never buy another Used Vehicle from Landmark.
Lied about diagnostic ran. - Debbie
When we took our truck in to have diagnostic ran to get the transmission and rear end repaired they only pulled 1 spark plug. There were no miles driven to hear the rumble in rear end and to feel the transmission slipping. We purchased an extended warranty to cover the cost but apparently this makes no difference. We purchased the truck from Ron Elby in Macomb along with the warranty. I was finally told from poage that Ron elby said he would fix the truck if we would bring it to him. Problem is we don't have the time to take it to Macomb and we were told that poages take the warranty. Not happy paying another $135 for diagnostic when nothing was done but pull a spark plug. That is a 15 minute job. I get you have to charge for 1 hour but 1.5 hours? Come on you wanted a cut rate when we spent hours detailng your car's.

Even though we have had problems with service dept. since Heather left we decided to return ONLY because of Tony. He is a pleasure to work with and went above & beyond to satisfy us. We will continue to refer friends and family and hope this dealership is committed to earning and keeping our business in the future.
