The receptionist greeted me immediately, and Frederick Smith arrived to help me within 30 seconds. Frederick was very helpful and knowledgeable. There was no hard sell, but Frederick understood what I was looking for and brought me vehicles to test drive. After four test drives, I decided to purchase a new GLE 450. Frederick Smith was very accommodating and conscious of my time. I returned after three hours, the paperwork was ready, Frederick gave me a quick tutorial on how to operate my new Mercedes, and I was on my way by 4 pm. I have received several calls from Frederick since purchasing, checking to make sure that all is well with my new vehicle. I returned to have the installation of the I Bra, and Taurez who handled the loaner car was extremely helpful and accommodating. ‘Hatch’ was also very competent in his explanation of the documents, and of the add-ons, without hard sell tactics. Hopefully my future dealings with the service department will go just as smoothly as they did with sales.

We purchased a 2001 Chevrolet Blazer from Dylan Simpson. Dylan went above and beyond to make this sale. On his day off he took time out of his day to video the entire vehicle for us. This was due to us not being able to do a video chat to look over the vehicle. Being from Michigan, we could not view in person before the sale and the videos that Dylan took were instrumental in making our decision to purchase. The entire sale went very smoothly and we now have our Blazer home in Michigan as we picked it up on Monday 5/26/2025. The entire staff at JP Sides were very cordial and helpful when we arrived, they could teach the northern dealerships a thing or two about customer service! But the big thanks goes to Dylan Simpson for his attention to our sale. We wouldn't have purchased without his above and beyond attention and work he did to get the sale!

I was in EXTREME pain that day but everybody there all had a smile on their face and everybody ask you if I needed anything. That's good manners, the way I was raised so I'm very happy 😁 I have a minor issue with my headlights I'm supposed to take back to get checked on this used Hyundai Tucson I bought, that sounds great great! I had a mixed experience at Thoroughbred Ford in Platte City. Overall, the dealership seemed professional, and I was happy with the vehicle I purchased. However, after the sale, I ran into a major issue: the key I received wasn’t the original key tied to the car, and it limited some features of the vehicle (speed limiter, volume limiter, and phone controls). When I asked a salesman for help, he belittled me, used extreme profanity, and gave me zero confidence in the reliability of the purchase. He then hung up on me after saying he could not make decisions about a previous transaction, while also claiming he makes most of the decisions about truck prices on the lot. Because of this experience, I will not be buying another vehicle from this dealership, and I do not recommend it to others.

April 14, 2025 I brought my 2019 Honda Civic in to inquire about brake service (brake fluid replacement) and to replace engine oil and filter. Laine M. (Service Advisor) Informed me at that time they could perform the services requested the same day - today. So I agreed cause the fluids replacement was due. Pinegar Honda represented by Service Advisor Laine M. Asked if I would like to wait or if I needed a ride? I said I would wait. Services I requested were completed in about 90 minutes and Laine went over the service report with me then brought my car around. I brought my car home and lifted the hood to inspect fluid levels. All services confirmed to be completed as requested. Laine M. was most courteous and informed me that he was able to bring the final bill down by nearly $50 as I had presented Pinegar Honda service coupons at the time of requesting services. I thanked Laine M. for adjusting my final bill down which was under $300 down to $242. I prefer to bring my car in to dealership for services rather than taking to 3rd party for services and Laine did not disappoint rather was informative and genuinely concerned with my overall satisfaction for services performed. It is rare to get same hour service at Springfield’s premier Honda Dealership, so again I expressed my gratitude for services well performed. Laine M. absolutely deserves my praise for taking care of business and my service needs. Thanks Laine M. for coordinating a timely service! Greatly Appreciated. Wayne S. 2019 Civic EX
