Outstanding and professional assistance by Tim Ollendick when my truck needed major service. Tim went out of his way to fit my repair into repair and complete the work to meet my schedule. Tim also provided a loaner vehicle at no charge to provide transportation during the repair timeframe. I also met Nora with Customer Service as she provided rides to and from the Dealership prior to me having the loaner car. Nora was extremely pleasant and helpful!

BAD EXPERIENCE!!! Was told the loud buzzing in my car was a bad axle bearing. The part (a complete axle) needed to be ordered and the repair would be done in a few hours. The cost: $600. I said OK. A few hours later I got a call saying the noise was a "possible faulty bearing in the transmission" and they needed six shop hours to check it out. $810! - with no guarantees and no estimate of parts cost or labor to put everything back together. They did replace the axle and reduced the charge to $457. When I complained the buzzing was still present - as loud as ever - the service manager (who couldn't make the time to meet with me) told the service writer to refund the $457. The refund confirmed my suspicion the axle did not need replacing. If a bad axle bearing was misdiagnosed why would I spend another $800 plus for more misdiagnosis'. I was either lied to or the service department has a high degree of imcompetense. I wrote to the G.M. and the CEO of Garff Automotive. I was 'shined-on' by them just like the service manager. GARFF AUTOMOTIVE IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

Took my truck in for headlight repairs payed $1200 and all they did was change 1 headlight. I now have mix matched headlights on my truck and when i called and asked they told me to screw off. So according to the service manager here the recommended Ford repair is to only do half the job and only change 1 headlight. Thank god for the "ford professionals" i only brought my truck to these overpriced people because i wanted the problem fixed the right way! If i would of known they were going to do a poor job i would of taken it to any backyard mechanic because thats all you get at this place but with an upcharge ofcoarse. Worst customer service i have ever dealt with! And thats after paying them $1200!

Worst Customer Service ever! I have a 2019 ford with 3 safety recalls. I contacted Capital Ford in February of 2020 to get the recall(s) resolved. It is now the 2nd week of November 2020 and the work has NOT been even scheduled. Every time I call, I am told it will be a few more weeks! Unbelievable! They have NEVER attempted to call me to provide an update. I HAVE to INTIATE the CALL! I am guessing since I did not buy the vehicle from them, they are just blowing me off.....Such POOR service just confirms why I did not buy a vehicle from them....not to mention they were $10k higher than where I purchased my vehicle

I shoped around all over from California, Arizona, Reno and Las Vegas, NV. I never was offered the type of deal I got from the Lee family dealer ship in this small little hicka billy town where the girls are as mean looking as the old miners in the 1920's. I dealt with a young good looking gentelman by the name of Kraig Lee. I told him if he could get me a certain colo truck on the options. He did a locater and had me what I was looking for the next day. I could not believe that a dealer ship would go the extra 300 miles to make me a better deal than the 5 Ford dealerships I had visited.
With service like this I hop to deal with these honest hard working Lee boys on my next purcahse.
