Car was taken in on Wednesday and expected to be completed by Monday. Monday passed then promised by noon Tuesday, Tuesday passed. Promised by mid-morning Wednesday. At 2 p.m. I called and told to be there by 5 p.m. and it would be ready. Arrived at 4:45, waited and waited and at 5:40 the Jeep was finally finished. However it was not washed as promised. Repair work was great but frustrating to be told it would be ready over and over.

I had looked before, decided I wanted to drive a 150 , 4 wheel drive used truck with turbo charge. Here came the salesman as I looked around, introduced himself. He asked "exactly what was I interested in and what features was I looking for? I was glad to tell him and he knew just where to find the criteria I outlined... no BS, no superfluous questions. Thereafter he kindly offered practical information and let me think and evaluate, drive.
The vehicle WAS exactly what I asked for and nothing but clear answers all of the way. There was no fumbling with the followup calculations and he encouraged us to go home and evaluate what our possible trade-in was worth and said a refundable deposit would hold the car until the next day. So we deposited and made appointment for next day. Brian did nothing to "turn off" our impression of him and just allowed us to make our own decisions, always ready with knowledgeable answers to questions. Tom stepped in to do the final paperwork most efficiently and meanwhile Brian had new vehicle prepared, set up our phones to blue tooth, keys all of the physical change over details when we bought.

Horrible Customer Service in a Time of Need - Thomas P
Granted we've had one experience with them, but it was a time for them to shine and they really weren't impressive. We're travelling through when our van broke, and we were looking at purchasing a new vehicle to get home. We emailed in on a few vehicles, and granted we are on a low, tight budget, so not the most exciting for a salesman. Even so, not only was Dennis incredibly curt & unwelcoming in his replies, he showed absolutely no initiative in communicating with me, offering me options, thanking me for inquiring, acknowledging or asking about my needs, anything. I don't feel like I"m asking anything extraordinary, but simply to feel like someone cared that I wanted to do business with them. Never in our correspondence did I get even the hint that he cared about my business, cared about helping out my family, or cared that I was talking to him.
I'm sure that he isn't the only associate, and I realize that this review stands in contrast to many others, but our experience in a time of need has been supremely underwhelming, and our customer service experience avidly lacking. He did offer to come pick up on with a vehicle that ultimately didn't work out, but even out phone call was short and awkward. While we haven't found a way home yet, we will be pursuing other options if this is the way people who inquire about doing business are treated.
Great deal on a new F-150 Pickup truck - Truck man
I shoped around all over from California, Arizona, Reno and Las Vegas, NV. I never was offered the type of deal I got from the Lee family dealer ship in this small little hicka billy town where the girls are as mean looking as the old miners in the 1920's. I dealt with a young good looking gentelman by the name of Kraig Lee. I told him if he could get me a certain colo truck on the options. He did a locater and had me what I was looking for the next day. I could not believe that a dealer ship would go the extra 300 miles to make me a better deal than the 5 Ford dealerships I had visited.
With service like this I hop to deal with these honest hard working Lee boys on my next purcahse.
