Asked me to come down to the dealership so he could take a look. Arrived and immediately was trying to push a trade. Offered me 50% of my asking price.

Had an amazing experience shopping with George Cowley and his team. Had no intention of buying a new vehicle at all or any vehicle right now. George was so knowledgeable and truly cared that we get exactly what we needed. He even changed the order a day later on a plow I ordered to accommodate the heavier workload I'd be taking. The entire team works together in a supportive, no pressure atmosphere. George is so thoughtful that he sent me pictures as my truck was getting each part finished, as he knew I was so excited. You don't get more thoughtful and considerate than that, taking time out of his busy day. I could not have had a better buying experience. I actually ended up buying two new vehicles because I was 100% positive I would never get better deals or service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

I have been a customer of Grappone ford for 20 years I am very unhappy with the service department I recently had my 2013 F150 in do to brake failure for three days they said it’s normal for my brake pedal to collapse at times it was spongy I told them it was worse with my camper hooked up they way of fixing it was to tighten up my trailer brakes Wrong Answer i took it to another shop they figured it out in less then five minutes ABS was not getting enough electric current put in new battery cleaned all connections touch the brake now hang on maybe they need some mechanics instead of college technicians I was also lied too

What a joke. They had a leftover 2018 mustang I was ready to write a check for. First salesman is playing golf on his phone while he’s talking to me. Second salesman (Matt) acts like I’m wasting his time and tells me I can’t test drive the car. Are you kidding me? I’ve bought 3 F350 for my business in the last 5 years and was never treated so poorly. Anywho the next week I went to Irwin Ford in Laconia and bought my new Mustang and they were awesome.

Looked at several commercial vans there - some with dead batteries, some with no gas for road test, some with broken parts. Dealer did not return my calls for more then a day, when I've called I was told that they are "very busy". Complained to so-called sales manager and got blown off by rude remarks and told that vans are sold. What a waste!

We bought a used truck from the dealer and within a week the check engine light came on. We took it back to the dealership and the gas tank was falling off due to severe rust. Turns out, it was much worse. The rust was so bad under the truck that it was literally crumbling. We wanted them to take back the vehicle because it wouldn't pass inspection and was dangerous to drive. All they would do was give us back a fraction of what we paid for it and trade in the vehicle. We had no other choice so we traded it in for a car we didn't want that was new so we wouldn't have any issues. Overall terrible experience.

Over the years I have purchased nine vehicles from McDonald Motors, most recently a 2011 F-150. Although I have checked with other dealers and on line for comparisons, I would not purchase a vehicle elsewhere. My experiences there have really been that good. All members of the sales staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make one comfortable and the experience hassle free. One can purchase a vehicle there and expect to leave with a feeling of satisfaction and fairness.
In addition to purchase satisfaction, I always deal with MacDonald Motors to take advantage of the excellent service. In fact, I don’t see how the service could be much better. The service staff is friendly, competent, and efficient. They seem to always keep the convenience and concerns of the customer in mind from routine service to more serious problems. Maintenance issues are carefully and clearly explained as are the options for dealing with them. Customers can count on both themselves and their vehicles being cared for properly.

I am from CT and went to this dealership in NH for repairs while on vacation in July 2015. Not only did they not fix the problem but they charged me over $800 to replace a part they said as worn. They also never showed me the worn parts to prove it was even necessary. Upon return to CT, my regular mechanic was furious that Meredith Ford did what seemed unnecessary work and allowed me to drive an unsafe car because the problem was with the steering. My phone calls were not returned nor was my email to customer service. I plan to file a complaint with the better business bureau.
