No pressure, no gimmicks - Tomel23
My salesman Bruce Boutin was very patient and spent a lot of time explaining the many accessories that today's vehicles have. There were no gimmicks like taking your keys or license and making you beg to get them back. Bruce laid out all the facts of the vehicle and let me make the decision. The negotiations were quick and painless.
I have bought two new vehicles at Ford of Londonderry and each time it has been the most pleasant dealership to do business with.

Great experience working with Jason Robinson - TS&JS
In the past 4 months, my husband and I have traded 2 vehicles with Jason Robinson. Jason thoroughly explained the Lease Program as we are new to leasing. Jason is very knowledgeable and personable. He made sure to show and explain all the options in our new vehicles. He even took the time to help us set up our phones with the hands--free systems in our vehicles. Jason was an absolute pleasure to work with. We would definitely recommend him to anyone who may be in the market for a new vehicle.

It was so easy to buy a new car there! No hassle no pressure - Jrc1104
The whole experience was very easy I went on line pick out the car I wanted. Then I went to the dealership and refined the search. Howard Cullen was great through the whole experience, found me the truck I wanted, at the price I wanted, with no hidden fees or increase in price. I will recommend them to all of my friends.
Great Dealership - me
Normally dealing with sales people is NOT a good experience and not my favorite thing to do. I hate the game they play and the stress of it all. But I have to say that it was such a pleasure to purchase our vehicle with John Chapman. Everyone at this family-owned dealership is wonderful and very knowledgeable. They treat you and take care of you just like family. If you are in the market for a vehicle, I HIGHLY recommend you give them a try. Thanks Macdonald Motors!!!
Don't bother shopping them last - Allwinnershere
You can't beat the prices. Their prices are on the vehicles and are non negotiable. Service and sales are reputable, that's what got me to go. They are transparent through the whole process. No "I did see that coming". Anyone going into a dealership should have knowledge. Financing and trade in can get tricky. This were transparency makes Portsmouth Ford the UBER dealer.
New car purchase - old man dan
Bought our 2nd new car and the first in 37 years. Overall the experience was very good at Unique, they were fair, listened to what we wanted and gave us what we thought was a good value. We will be back in 2055, God willing.
Great teamwork - stayfit3038
The team of Matt, Matt and Jerry made everything work so I could purchase my new 2019 Super Duty. Team Dube seemed a little shocked when I purchased the truck without a test drive. I couldn’t have asked for an easier vehicle purchase. Would recommend Team Dube and look forward to future purchases from Bill Dube Ford. - Andrew
Not a bad place - Stevebeans
After some amazing correspondence with their internet salesperson, Tina, I decided to give this place a shot over a closer Hyundai dealership. They offered a fair amount for the car we were interested in, so we went to give it a shot.
The salesperson, Unchu, was very friendly and helpful. We took the Kona for a test ride and began the negotiating process. I've done a ton of research on that car and the price and will say their initial offer was reasonable. I set the bar high for our trade, but they actually offered right around what kbb and truecar was predicting. It was lower than I wanted, but not an insult offer by any means.
In the end, a deal was not made, but I fully admit it's because I am far more picky than the normal customer. I will only buy a new car if the offer is simply too good to say no, but even as a super picky person, I will say that negotiating with them wasn't painful and their offer was fair.
If you are interested in Hyundais, I would definitely recommend popping in.
THEY FIT ME IN!!!!! - Kristen
So I was having problems with my battery on Saturday, my car was having trouble starting. I sent my usual advisor (Seth Chandler) a message asking if they would have time to fit me in, my battery wasn't holding a charge. They said they would fit me in, I was also having a bucking feeling so I thought it could have been my spark plugs since they haven't been changed since I bought the car. I asked them if they have time could they do that as well. The tech Geordan Rule was amazing and did everything I asked for!
Thank you so much Grappone Ford for helping me out!!!!
Awesome sales - Msmith1993

Buyers beware - Bunny
Bought my 1st dealerships car here this month. NEVER AGAIN! 1ST they tried to sell me a used car valued at 23k brand new for almost 27k, then sold me a vehicle they had no legal rights to sell as they didn't have the title, took over 2 wks to get the title, in the meantime the staff in finance and sales wouldn't return my calls ( I eventually began dealing directly with the GSM) was finally able to get my car on the 24th of march after purchasing it on the 11th, they LOST all my sale paperwork and said they would overnight it to me (finally got it today 3/30/19 and I had to drive from Massachusetts to NH to get it), they also went and registered the car for me... and wrote my personal check out for over $1400 to the mass rmv to cover the Sales tax that was included in my loan, when I caught the mistake they tried to tell me they couldn't cut me a check to cover the difference until the next day, nope, I had to flip out to get the check that day so as not to overdraw my bank account, after all of this there's "nothing" they can do to makeup for the level of inconvenience and aggravation caused by purchasing through their inept staff. Additionally, there was a speaker box with subs in the trunk when I test drove the car, the salesman made a HUGE deal about them, guess qmwhat wasn't in the trunk when I picked my vehicle up? They also never cleaned and detailed the vehicle before I picked it up.
I will be calling corporate 1st thing Monday morning. My family has bought Ford's exclusively for many years (4 brand new in the past calendar year, my next car will be a Chevy. What a nightmare. My cousin warned me these guys were a trainwreck waiting to happen, next time I'll listen
Bad customer service - Shellycraiggoodwin

Don’t go to dodge Chrysler - Rodawg07
I dealt with John mckillop and got totally screwed he ran my credit 4 times at 4 different loan companies and lied about the payment amount. it wasn’t until after my credit was ran And found out the amount was way out of my budget. Which then put a lot of hard inquiries on my credit which knocked me down a class and made it harder to get the deal I wanted. That’s Berlin city for ya! You all need a car call crosstown motors in Littleton nh and ask for Steve Northrop he will treat you right.

Hillsboro ford experience - J tivnan
I just recently purchased a 2008 F-450 saw it on line called and got In touch with a salesman Don Bradley set up a time to look at it and we test drove it I showed him a online price which was really fair in about an hour and a half I owned the truck a very satisfied purchase saw it needed some attention to a fluid leak it was in the garage that morning getting worked on what I really appreciated about Don was his knowledge of the truck he obviously took the the time to familiarize himself with the truck. If your looking for used vehicle and Hillsboro ford his it give them a call and and ask for Don Bradley thanks Don truck ran great on way home
Horrible service - Pony Owner
Stopped in to make an appointment for my 2014 Mustang to get an nspection air bag replacement and oil change. When my husband dropped the cat off the days later he listed each of the service items to be done as well as a request to check the engine for a suspected mouse nest. We called them late in the day to arrange pickup and they told us they had removed a nest in the air intake manifold but that one of the new gaskets was damaged and did we want them to use the old gaskets or recorder a new one. We told them to hold the car and use new parts. The next day we called late in the day again and they said to come and get it just before closing. When we got there, I discovered they had not inspected it or do e the oil change. Said we never told them to do those things. If so, how did they know about the mouse nest? As a way of making it right. Manager offered to pick up vehicle and drive it around to put miles back on it so the computer could be read. (Obviously they had disconnected the battery). He would come to our home and pick up the car the following day around noon. Next day, no show. Called them at 2:30 and said we were bringing it in and wanted a temporary sticker on it and we would put the miles on it ourselves. Manager said sure, bring it in a d we'll do that. They couldn't offer to do that the night before??? Anyway, apparently there were enough miles on it for the computer to be read so we got the sticker. Long story short, we'll get the oil changed elsewhere and take it up to Irwins where we bought our Toyota for future service.

Bought 2019 Ford Edge for over 40,0000 it’s in need recall and problem need to be fixed. Made a appointment 1 1/2 week ago because of in need of a loaner car . Called the day before to drop off and was told no car available. Was told to call back that day and still no car don’t call this very good customer service. Had better service and work with you to solve problems at Nashua Ford ,made a big mistake buying a vehicle at Plymouth Ford! It’s a shame you try to stay local but you get treated terrible once they sell the vehicle you mean nothing to them .
Stay far away - Sthompson728
We bought a used truck from the dealer and within a week the check engine light came on. We took it back to the dealership and the gas tank was falling off due to severe rust. Turns out, it was much worse. The rust was so bad under the truck that it was literally crumbling. We wanted them to take back the vehicle because it wouldn't pass inspection and was dangerous to drive. All they would do was give us back a fraction of what we paid for it and trade in the vehicle. We had no other choice so we traded it in for a car we didn't want that was new so we wouldn't have any issues. Overall terrible experience.
Great Customer Service and Selection of Vehicles! - Maggie
I worked with Harold JR and he couldn't have been more helpful through the car buying process. I bought a new Explorer and they didn't have the one I wanted on the lot, so they were able to get me the vehicle I wanted in just a few days. Harold was pleasant, patient and professional through the buying process. I have been back for regular service check ups and their team is efficient and does a nice job! I would highly recommend going to M&M Ford in Epsom, NH!
