I just bought my new to me truck from Londonderry Ford. I did my research on line looking for exactly what I wanted. That’s how I came across Terry (she is their internet rep). She eventually handed me off to Bob Morissette so we could make the numbers work for me. I knew I came in pretty tight for such a low mileage vehicle. Bob is such a pleasant person and the entire transaction went smoothly. I had financing set to go which they also matched and made easy. Everybody there is smiling and congratulating you as you walk out to your new car... sounds corny, but it’s nice; having just spent a big hunk of money to have people expressing that. So if you look forward to buying a car like going to the dentist, forget about it... go see Bob Morissette.

After searching for weeks for the perfect car and having 3 bought out from underneath us, we finally found the one. Sent in for the PFord price, Mike emailed me back in a matter of minutes. He advised the lowest price they will offer / take for the vehicle. After researching the current offers and financing available; I found out that I qualify for a $500 First Responder cash bonus. I advised Mike and it was easily worked into the financing. Over a matter of a few emails, we had the price, down payment and financing terms set. We arrived later that day to test drive the vehicle, which we absolutely fell in LOVE with. We signed the paper work and set up the delivery date. We test drove and signed the paperwork all within an hour. This was by far the easiest vehicle purchasing experience I've ever had. I'll be sure to email Mike the next time we're looking into purchasing another vehicle, and will be sure to send my friends and family here as well!

I leased my vehicle for 36 months. 28 months into the lease, I decided to trade my Ford in at and have the dealer purchase the vehicle. Ford motor credit gave me my pay off. Best Ford added $1,500 to my buy out because I was purchasing from a competitor. When I spoke to Darryl the sales manager he indicated this is a normal practice at Best Ford. I will never lease a Ford or purchase from Best Ford. They are more concerned about making a quick buck on the back end rather than earning a customer for life.

When my car (a 2003 Buick) was on its last leg, quite literally, I decided to stop into Bill Dube Ford/Toyota.
I was greeted by Dalton, a very professional, courteous and straight-shooting salesperson who impressed me immediately by her willingness to listen to my needs, and followed through with honesty and integrity during the car buying process.
In addition to Dalton, Bill and members of the finance department were an absolute pleasure to throughout the rest of the car buying process, and it needs to be stressed that not only was this experience pleasant, but my wife and I were treated with respect and dignity (a hard to find trait in many dealerships, in my opinion.
Trade in values for our current vehicles aligned with our prior expectations as well.
If you stop in, request Dalton and Bill by name, and you will not regret it. Those two are absolute assets to the Bill Dube team.

I had not been bringing my 2010 Fusion Hybrid for service at AutoFair for the las four or five years because I had been up satisfied with the service. However, when the battery went, I felt it was best to go back. I made an appointment for 6 pm earlier in the day, but brought the car in around 4:00. Chris dealt with the car almost immediately. I was really pleased! I was finished before 6:00! Thank you!

I have been coming to Granite Ford for 3 years for services on my 2014 Escape. In the past I was very happy with the dealer. I made an appointment two weeks in advance for a cabin filter, transmission fluid change and spark plugs. They told me about an hour and a half. After 2 hours I asked how it was going. They said another 15 min extra because they had no spark plugs in stock. My response was why? I called 2 weeks ago and told them the service I needed. Then after 3 hrs I asked again and they said the plugs should be here soon. Then they denied telling me 15 min. Then I went to pay and the changed my coolant instead of the tranny fluid. That's when it got bad. The service person said I asked for coolant not tranny. We argued. My point I made to him is that I called 2 weeks ago and he put it in his computer, I have the service details in my calendar also and I went over it with them apon arrival. The service man I was dealing with then got sent away and a nother man took over. He was better but said the dealership is under new ownership and it all new staff and will get better. I will stay away never again

We bought a used truck from the dealer and within a week the check engine light came on. We took it back to the dealership and the gas tank was falling off due to severe rust. Turns out, it was much worse. The rust was so bad under the truck that it was literally crumbling. We wanted them to take back the vehicle because it wouldn't pass inspection and was dangerous to drive. All they would do was give us back a fraction of what we paid for it and trade in the vehicle. We had no other choice so we traded it in for a car we didn't want that was new so we wouldn't have any issues. Overall terrible experience.

Over the years I have purchased nine vehicles from McDonald Motors, most recently a 2011 F-150. Although I have checked with other dealers and on line for comparisons, I would not purchase a vehicle elsewhere. My experiences there have really been that good. All members of the sales staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make one comfortable and the experience hassle free. One can purchase a vehicle there and expect to leave with a feeling of satisfaction and fairness.
In addition to purchase satisfaction, I always deal with MacDonald Motors to take advantage of the excellent service. In fact, I don’t see how the service could be much better. The service staff is friendly, competent, and efficient. They seem to always keep the convenience and concerns of the customer in mind from routine service to more serious problems. Maintenance issues are carefully and clearly explained as are the options for dealing with them. Customers can count on both themselves and their vehicles being cared for properly.
Poor repairs and customer service - Reggie13
I am from CT and went to this dealership in NH for repairs while on vacation in July 2015. Not only did they not fix the problem but they charged me over $800 to replace a part they said as worn. They also never showed me the worn parts to prove it was even necessary. Upon return to CT, my regular mechanic was furious that Meredith Ford did what seemed unnecessary work and allowed me to drive an unsafe car because the problem was with the steering. My phone calls were not returned nor was my email to customer service. I plan to file a complaint with the better business bureau.
