I received service from Erin (Belanger)? yesterday on my 2016 Ford Edge. She helped me out tremendously with a problem with my “engine splash guard” under the vehicle that was dragging after losing a couple of bolts. This happened on the highway as I was driving to a Dr appointment. I was 30 miles from home and it was so nice to know that I was in good hands with Erin. I had called before arriving and she told me to come on in and ask for her. My visit was seamless and she/service dept had me out the door within 30 minutes and didn’t even charge me. I was dumbfounded as this type of service is simply not seen anymore. I told her I shop local but had previously purchased a Ford from them years ago and would certainly come back to them for a future purchase due to the 5 star customer experience!

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DEALER FOR ANYTHING!!! I purchased a used 2020 Ranger from this dealer July 8 2023. It had 35000 miles on it. It seemed ok for a bit, but then it came down to servicing it. I got the supposed "The Works" package mostly consists of a oil change and tire rotation. I was charged $88 for that. I had a coupon for $69.95, but they wouldn't take it, said it was out of date, but wasn't. I also wanted the front brakes checked because the brakes were pulsating. I thought this would be under my warranty, but they said no and charged me another $55. After work was done, I was told my brakes needed to be cleaned and it would cost $250!! This dealer was trying to fix their reputation from the previous owners. Well, they're not doing it in my eyes! I had to end up trading this Ranger in on another truck at a dealer with a excellent reputation! Dealers like Monadnock Ford reflect badly on the dealerships that have good reputations!

Thank you Ann for responding to my post and I can appreciate the situation regarding specialty vehicles. But, I think you need to look at this from another perspective. Joe customer spends several hours shopping and building a vehicle within a specific budget and gets a MSRP. Now Joe understands its a "suggested" retail price and may differ from the actual price. But when "Joe Customer" brings this MSRP to the dealership he's told he can't purchase this vehicle at that price but has to pay 5,10 or 15k above said MSRP. Sounds a little like a bait and switch doesn't it? I find it unethical and not being truly honest with your customers. I did find a local dealer that will sell me this vehicle at MSRP. They don't feel the need to take advantage of their customers that way. I think thats exactly whats you're doing. Is that 5or10k you make on this one vehicle worth losing potential customers in the future. Just because you can charge more do you really think you should? Personally I think you need to reevaluate how you do business concerning these types of vehicles.

Today I called Lebanon Ford about new Ford Edge availability since I was coming from 90 miles away. As promised the vehicle was there and ready for me to test drive. I arrived at 2:30pm and test drove the car while they inspected my potential trade in. The new car was exactly what I wanted and their trade in offer was in line with book plus they offered me incredibly good financing. By 5:30pm all the paperwork and transfers had been done and I was on the road home. I hate to waste time so by God if felt good to deal with professionals.

We bought a used truck from the dealer and within a week the check engine light came on. We took it back to the dealership and the gas tank was falling off due to severe rust. Turns out, it was much worse. The rust was so bad under the truck that it was literally crumbling. We wanted them to take back the vehicle because it wouldn't pass inspection and was dangerous to drive. All they would do was give us back a fraction of what we paid for it and trade in the vehicle. We had no other choice so we traded it in for a car we didn't want that was new so we wouldn't have any issues. Overall terrible experience.

I bought a new Explorer and they didn't have the one I wanted on the lot, so they were able to get me the vehicle I wanted in just a few days. Harold was pleasant, patient and professional through the buying process. I have been back for regular service check ups and their team is efficient and does a nice job! I would highly recommend going to M&M Ford in Epsom, NH!
