I bought a brand new Santa Fe there yesterday and my experience was an A+ from start to finish. Last week I made contact over the phone and Dean was prompt, responsive and proactive. He gave me his cell phone number and I sent him pictures of my trade in and we settled on a number over the phone, which he honored when I came in. He went above and beyond to send a video of the vehicle I was interested in and promptly answered any questions I had. Once I arrived yesterday, Chu sat with us and took us step by step through the process- it felt like she rolled out the red carpet. She took care of every detail including calling my insurance provider to add my car to my policy and even put the new key on my key ring! Joe and Kevin handled the details of the business end while Chu helped set up apple car play with my phone and showed me every button and switch. The facility was spotless and the entire experience was painless. I’m so glad that Dean picked up the phone last week and took my call and was so professional in handling the preliminary work because otherwise I might have looked elsewhere and I can’t image buying a car from any other dealership. Hampton Ford is two and a half hours away from my home but I would go back there in a heartbeat. Thank you Dean, Chu, Joe and Kevin!

Custom ordered an F250 super cab through Lancer McMinis and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Lancer is the commercial truck salesman for Bill Dube Ford-Toyota. He knows every feature, how and what it’s used for and is extremely helpful in guiding you through the practicality of each in your personal application.
We started by test driving a couple different configurations and I was able to quickly decide what I wanted for a truck and after a fair amount of discussion with Lancer, which features/ extras were important to me. Next move was for Lancer to go on line and do a search for the truck I was looking for, as Bill Dube didn’t have one that filled all of my requirements on their lot. He was able to come close but every truck he found was missing one or more of the key features I was looking for.
Lancer said that because I wasn’t in an immediate rush to have the truck in my possession and because I had such a specific list of features that I wanted, that we could do a special order and build me that exact truck. Nothing missing and nothing extra that I didn’t want. Long story short. I’m now driving the perfect vehicle for me,and as I said”I couldn’t be happier”.
The customer service and attention to details at Bill Dube was equal to or exceeded the best I have experienced anywhere. I would highly recommend both Bill Dube Ford-Toyota and Lancer McMinis to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Beware! AutoFair Ford is NOT FAIR! This dealership does not want to sell to out of state buyers. After inquiring about the vehicle on Cars.com and working with Patricia's team through virtual appointments, we were ready to purchase the vehicle. It was at that time that they said they had other appointments and wouldn't hold the car for us. We were all set to pay in full via wire transfer, but they told us that because it's first come first serve, they couldn't sell us the car and we would have to wait until after the weekend. Well, WE WERE FIRST, we wanted the car first, and we were willing to pay first. They are a bunch of liars and live up to the stereotypes of used car salespeople. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

So I was having problems with my battery on Saturday, my car was having trouble starting. I sent my usual advisor (Seth Chandler) a message asking if they would have time to fit me in, my battery wasn't holding a charge. They said they would fit me in, I was also having a bucking feeling so I thought it could have been my spark plugs since they haven't been changed since I bought the car. I asked them if they have time could they do that as well. The tech Geordan Rule was amazing and did everything I asked for!

Bought 2019 Ford Edge for over 40,0000 it’s in need recall and problem need to be fixed. Made a appointment 1 1/2 week ago because of in need of a loaner car . Called the day before to drop off and was told no car available. Was told to call back that day and still no car don’t call this very good customer service. Had better service and work with you to solve problems at Nashua Ford ,made a big mistake buying a vehicle at Plymouth Ford! It’s a shame you try to stay local but you get treated terrible once they sell the vehicle you mean nothing to them .

My brand new Transit connect was only 7 months old with less than 9 thousand miles when a side wall in one of my tires was coming apart. The service manager said it was my fault. But There was no indication of it being hit. They were more than willing to sell me a new tire. I let the service manager know that I worked for a Ford dealership years ago and we would have happily put on a $83.00 tire to save a customer and sell them another new vehicle, and to also do the right thing.

My experience with Best Ford was without question the worst experience, with any vendor, for any product, that I have ever had in my life. Their service department turned a damaged AC into a completely destroyed Transmission.
They rehearsed lies so as to mitigate their financial responsibility in the matter and covered up the fact that Ford has a pending class action lawsuit alleging that the transmissions in the Fusion and Focus are faulty. At one point they accused me of crafting a false narrative because I couldn't pay for the car. This fell apart when they saw I never missed a payment, put down over 1/3 in cash upon purchase and had a credit score of 725.
Carol Gates, their Service Dept. Director was horrific to work with and Mike Frassica was equally smarmy. Had I not fought with them for over 3 days I would have been on the hook for over 7k.
Eventually they relented and offered to buy my car at 4k higher than its blue book when I pointed out that no rational jury would believe the story that they had concocted. They then placed all the blame at Ford corporates feet once the curtain had lifted and maintained that it was the transmission and not their service department that caused the car to be totaled.
In sum, an unscrupulous dealership that ultimately cost me thousands of dollars.

We bought a used truck from the dealer and within a week the check engine light came on. We took it back to the dealership and the gas tank was falling off due to severe rust. Turns out, it was much worse. The rust was so bad under the truck that it was literally crumbling. We wanted them to take back the vehicle because it wouldn't pass inspection and was dangerous to drive. All they would do was give us back a fraction of what we paid for it and trade in the vehicle. We had no other choice so we traded it in for a car we didn't want that was new so we wouldn't have any issues. Overall terrible experience.

I bought a new Explorer and they didn't have the one I wanted on the lot, so they were able to get me the vehicle I wanted in just a few days. Harold was pleasant, patient and professional through the buying process. I have been back for regular service check ups and their team is efficient and does a nice job! I would highly recommend going to M&M Ford in Epsom, NH!
