My car was out of the garage by 8 but I patiently waited 20 minutes before asking when i would be ready to go. “Just working on the paperwork”. Almost 10 more minutes before I could check out. Staff were very friendly but

Buying a used truck from best Ford ( they should change their name they are far from the best ) turned out to be the worst car buying experience of my life. I,m 65 and have probably purchased at least 15 new vehicles and probably around 10used. The original salesman Tyler was polite but after I paid tax title & vehicle Around $15000 and went back the following week to pick up the truck I met their sales manager. Patrick Sullivan. Sadly he was rude overbearing and nasty mind you they already had my money. If I knew best Ford employed people like that I would have definitely shopped elsewhere beware people once they have your money they show their true colors

We bought a used truck from the dealer and within a week the check engine light came on. We took it back to the dealership and the gas tank was falling off due to severe rust. Turns out, it was much worse. The rust was so bad under the truck that it was literally crumbling. We wanted them to take back the vehicle because it wouldn't pass inspection and was dangerous to drive. All they would do was give us back a fraction of what we paid for it and trade in the vehicle. We had no other choice so we traded it in for a car we didn't want that was new so we wouldn't have any issues. Overall terrible experience.

I bought a new Explorer and they didn't have the one I wanted on the lot, so they were able to get me the vehicle I wanted in just a few days. Went in and explained to the very sweet new salesgirl that I would not sit around for hours to get a crappy deal. She had 15 minutes to bring the deal back. Well as we could see her talking with the decision-maker. An older condescending man. She saw us start to get up at the 15-minute mark and came to us with an offer on the trade-in for half the average trade-in from not just NADA, Kelly BB, but Carvana and Cargurus. Needless to say, we would not waste our time with their old-school tactics. Apparently, they don't think that in this day and age that people will educate themselves before talking to a dealer. Perhaps the old crusty finance person needs to learn how to run a computer. What happened to the days of just simple respect? Respect for our time, respect for our intelligence. If you want to play the game of getting horrible deals and overpaying in an inflated market, here is your dealership.
