Got burned BAD at another dealer for service work. Took a stab at this one. OUTSTANDING !!!!!!! Mechanic actually showed me the replaced parts ! Who does that anymore ???? The service department is run by seasoned professionals. Exactly what I was looking for. The Service Department runs like a well oiled swiss watch !!! Repair was perfect, and I'm a " perfectionist". Being a 40 + year mechanic myself, you turn into a " mechanic perfectionist ". Unfortunately, I'm too old now to do big jobs myself..,,,but the repair looks like I would have done it !!! I will NEVER go to another dealership for repair again. > They have me for life !!

I had a bad day yesterday when my battery died and I had to call a friend for a jump. Driving home I realized I needed to get a new battery now or have a 50/50 chance of having to go through this again tomorrow. It was getting late and I thought about calling Bay Ridge Honda. I thought it was too late for them to agree to change the battery. I had a phone number in my phone for the service manager, Andrew, who I got to know over many years of servicing my Honda. He was always very helpful. I called to ask his advise. He remembered me and told me he would call me right back. A few minutes later he called me back and told me to get to Honda Service. It was getting near closing time. I got there and spoke to Lee who was very helpful. It seemed like only a few minutes and the battery was changed and I had new battery. I called Andrew back to thank him. I also have some medical problems and this help from all the Honda employees was very much appreciated. Thank you all who went further than you had to. Kevin

Can't say how pleased I was with my purchase from the folks at Lamacchia Honda in Syracuse! Was looking for a Honda Civic in excellent condition, and after doing the research, found Lamacchia had exactly what I was looking for, as well as a few other dealerships further out from us. After going to a couple others that had a lower price but not as good car, we came to Lamacchia. Abdullah came right up and was very helpful in answering questions and guiding us to the right selection. Test drive went well, and finally went to the negotiating table. The car was great but the price was more than what others further out were offering. Abdullah was exactly the sales rep we were looking for- he was all about getting to the "yes", a deal that would get us to making the purchase. He negotiated on the price, threw in fresh tires and was still below market value for a car in excellent condition! If you get the chance to go in, ask Abdullah about where he has been - the guy definitely has a story to tell and puts in the effort to get me exactly what I wanted! Car runs great, exactly as advertised, and since it was a used (leased) car that came from their shop, I learned they put in the effort to ensure the car represents them as a business. Couldn't be happier, thanks again.

I was very unhappy with my salesman. Had to go to sayre to have registration transfered and iPad inspection. Bought in New York. He never sent paperwork or scheduled appointment. HE FORGOT. HE IS GETTING MARRRIED. That was more important. Forty minutes to get there and now I have to go back.

Jeff Philips was fantastic. His professionalism was high and he was straightforward and easy to work with compared to other local centers. We actually bought a toyota from him (he's a honda salesman) that happened to be on the lot. First we went to the Toyota dealer and they paired us with a 20-something sales kid who didn't know much about the cars or the process, and didn't make us feel welcome. Then we stopped by Jeff's spot and he helped us immediately, listened to our needs, gave us all the space we needed to decide, didn't pressure us, and helped us close the deal while making us feel comfortable with our decision. He's great. We highly recommend him. I only wish he worked at a Toyota center!
