We have been using the Cortese Ford dealership since we moved to the area almost 18 years ago. We have purchased 4 new Fords from Cortese over the years and are planning for another one this fall. We keep bringing our Fords back to the dealership for service even off of warranty, because we trust Keith and the team to do what is needed, and not run up a bill on "might need to be done" things. In fact, I had spoken to Keith about bringing my CTS V to Cortese Ford since I had purchased it out of town, but discovered it would have voided the warranty.
Great Experience! - bushongs
From start to finish everyone we worked with exceeded our expectations. I would recommend Cortese to anyone with an auto need. Mike Maniscalco was exceptionally helpful, always professional and an all around nice guy.

Sam Hersam was great at Burdick Mitsubishi!! The car was always ready for me to come and test drive it. Even allowed me a loaner car while they switch my snows to the new car. I would highly recommend Sam and Burdick Mitsubishi! This would be my second Lancer purchase from them and both experiences were fantastic! Thank you Sam, Mike, and Mike!

Miracles sometimes happen - Calvin Luther Martin, PhD
I'm 70 years old. Retired university professor. I've been buying used cars since I was 18. This is another way of saying that, since age 18, I have put myself through h*ll every 5 or 6 years. I think we all agree that buying used cars is one of the more awful experiences in life.
It's even more awful when you're buying a used car for someone else and that person has zero money to put down and can make only minimal monthly payments.
This was my dilemma a week and a half ago. For weeks I had looked through local newspapers. I searched Craigslist. I checked local car dealers. Everything was either too expensive, or impossible to finance (given the financial constraints of the person I was negotiating for), or the vehicle was junk.
I live in Malone NY, an hour west of Plattsburgh. Boondocks, in other words. A week ago this past Sunday I sat down at my laptop and fired off an email to Robert Hall at Goldstein Mitsubishi in Latham NY. (A friend in Malone had bought a truck from Robert, and he took me for a ride in the truck. I was impressed by the truck and by my friend's experience with Goldstein.)
The next morning (Monday) I got a call from Robert at Goldstein. (I had spotted a used Nissan on Goldstein's website, and in my email I asked Robert if we could discuss the car.) Robert was calling to discuss the car.
Two days later (Wednesday), Goldstein delivered a spiffy 2011 Nissan Sentra to my friend, Anne, in Malone. Goldstein actually drove it here and hand-delivered it to her! They delivered it fully registered, with new plates and brand-new inspection sticker.
The story gets better. When we discovered a few minor issues with the car, Goldstein promptly sent another driver from Latham to Malone (3-hour drive), turned over a brand-new loaner car to Anne, and drove her car back to the shop in Latham — and repaired everything immediately, at no cost to Anne.
This afternoon, Goldstein drove Anne's repaired car back to Malone, swapped it for the loaner, and left Anne with a like-new Nissan.
The story gets even better. Robert Hall worked out a payment plan for Anne which fit her modest budget. In order to do this, he reduced the asking price on the car significantly. At the same time, he accepted a very low down payment, commensurate with Anne's income.
In the course of all this back-and-forth, I had occasion to speak to the general manager, Glenn Gardner, and sales manager, Vito Indovina. Both Glenn and Vito were most accommodating, gracious, and remarkably generous.
As for Anne, I haven't seen her this happy in a long time. For the past year she has been driving a beater with all manner of problems. The exhaust system was so bad, I could hear her from inside my home when she turned onto my street.
Wednesday of last week, when she pulled into my driveway in her Goldstein Nissan, I didn't hear her. The car was quiet as a kitten. Anne was grinning from ear to ear.
Outstanding experience from the first encounter! - Vinkia23
From the moment I brought my old car to the service department for an evaluation my stress started to diminish! When I decided to get another vehicle I was offered options that were good for me and tons of personal attention. They were fast, honest, and had me in a new car in less than a week! This dealership treats you like family, gives you a great deal without having to fight for it, friendly service and no stress! They are true professionals that know their business well! Thank you!!!
True to their work - Lisa
Truly men of their word. Once quoted a price it didn’t change, nor did the car I enquired about. Very helpful before, during, and even after the sale.

Great Dealership - lynn schmitt
We traveled from Long Island to Larchmont to purchase our car. It was advertised as an internet special. We called and they said it was available and it was. The price was what was quoted, no switch and bait. The financing was so easy. Everything was a pleasure from the start to the finish.
Don’t go there for service - Angryblue
The service center is overpriced and the employees are rude. I got tricked into going because a recall notice on my car was sent to my email. I brought it in to get the complimentary service done and then I got tricked into paying for an inspection that clearly wasn’t going to pass, I was quoted about a grand for other work that was needed. I said no and was told I had an hour to go pick up my car.
I ended up being stranded at the dealership for two hours because I had to get my car towed to a local mechanic. Since they took off my inspection sticker. The mechanic quoted me half the price for the work.
Awesome deal - Patty18

Great Service again from Healey - ljr2017
We came in to buy my Daughter a car as her previous car was totaled from a deer accident. I called up Salesman Rob Dana who I had bought from before asking to look at an Outlander Sport. We got there and he had one ready to go for a test drive. We liked the car and he worked very hard to get us the best deal. He found us the exact model and color we wanted. He explained everything to us about the car. Great Salesman. I have had some bad experiences purchasing cars from other dealers but I would buy from Healy again! The whole staff was great.
Purchase a Mitsubushi 2013 evolution - Justanotherguy
Droved all the way from MD yo New York. Salesman Johnathan told me car was in good condition and clean car fax. Got to new York and car had bumper and fender repaired which was not listed under car fax. I was okay with knowing it got into a minor accident. Open up hood found car has been hacked before. Tested droved vechile, clutch was worn and transfer case is faulty. CAR supposedly had a 100 point bull Sh** inspection by the techs. Sales manager diddnt want to lower price. Why would a mitsu dealer sale a car with bad transfer case, because these guys are crooks. Called later after a week to talk to service manager , was told from an advisor that they would contact me back to see what they can do. After waiting a week... no response.. Called again ... told me they will have manager contact me agian.... nothing so far over a month. Now I have to spend 4000 on a transfer case and clutch. I bought the car for 26500 with tax, if I knew I would have to fork another 4000 dollars, I should of bought a newer evo.. Take it from me.... do not go to this gypsy shop. I worked on cars for a living at the dealer and definitely this shop is not a dealer... more like an independent shop!
TERRIBLE RUDE PEOPLE - adfadsadsadfa
Bill in the repair department was a total jerk and completely rude. Not to mention he is incompetent. The guy called me on 2/28/2018 and started yelling at me for no reason. I couldnt get him to stop talking and listen to me. I was attempting to tell him about an error message i had taken a picture of. He would not let me finish speaking.
This is a terrible place to do business with and Bill in the repair department should be fired immediately.
Brian Sheedy - New Car Purchase - Anna
A month ago I walked into your dealership and had the pleasure of meeting your Sales Manager Brian Sheedy.
As I wanted to be sure that I was purchasing the right vehicle for myself, I had returned on several occasions to speak with Brian and to test drive the vehicle. On all accounts Brian was patient, understanding, personable and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and warranty information. I purchased my 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer as a direct result of working with Brian.
I would 100% recommend my family and friends to shop Dutchess Mitsubishi and to work with Brian on all future vehicle purchases.
I also had the privilege of working with a young man who processed my paperwork for the vehicle (please forgive me, as I do not remember his name), but he was very informative, organized and took time out of his schedule to go over all aspects of my vehicle with me.
Unfortunately, the only drawback to my experience was dealing with your Finance Manager. I felt the he was rude and lacked any compassion or understanding for my situation and was unwilling to seek other avenues or alternatives to assist me. The truth is, ONLY after speaking with Brian again and ensuring that I would not have to deal with the Finance Manager directly, did I decide to make my purchase. Brian truly went out of his way to assist me.
Thanks Brian for making my decision easy!

Car was purchased at Yorktown Mitsubishi, NY inlate... - jrofz24
Car was purchased at Yorktown Mitsubishi, NY inlate November and picked up the following evening. Since it was dark out already, there was a quick inspection. Several months later we noticed a very small piece of molding (worth $50) was missing near rear tire. When the service dept. was asked to replace the piece, I was told I must have been in an accident for it to come off. I explained that there was never an accident nor any scratches or marks in the area indicating any damage to cause piece to come off. They rudely explained to me that it was held in by 2 screws underneath and a rock must have pulled it off. After hearing such a rediculous statement I asked the man how a rock could possibly have pulled the piece held in strongly by 2 bolts off without my knowing and he reponded that there is no scientific reasoning he can give me. The man was rude and treated me as if I was an ignorant woman. He exclaims that the car did not leave his shop without the piece. I understand it was a simple mistake and an easy piece to miss because it was so small. If Mitsubishi really cared about their customers, they would pay the $50 for their obvious error and fix the truck. I will continue the fight with them until it is fixed and would not recommend them to anyone else. Their policies are not geered to make their customers happy. Instead they try and lie any way they can to save themselves $50
