I am going to skip to the chase here. I purchased a ford f150 xlt on 06/28/25 from John hinderer ford. The process to get to this point was hectic but we won’t go there. I was supposed to receive a check for $318 and change for the recent service I had completed at John Hinderer Honda on my trade-in vehicle. The factory keypad code was not in the vehicle like I was told it was. Since 06/28/25 I have tried reaching out to the “manager” and the “financial manager”. They keep telling me they are working on it. Recently, the “manager” screens his calls and has the receptionist send me to the financial manager who never calls me back, never follows up and never follows through. I spoke to him today about why a $65,000 truck comes with lane keep assistant but doesn’t have adaptive cruise control. I asked him how much would adding this cost me. He said he wasn’t sure but he would call me back in a few. Well, its now 11:30pm I’m guessing he won’t be calling me back with answers to any of my concerns. Monday I will be visiting John Hinderer Honda and will be requesting to speak to whomever took over for John. I have never been treated so poorly and will never again buy from any John Hinderer locations. My calls are getting ignored/screened, my voicemails aren’t getting returned, my money hasn’t arrived, my door lock code hasn’t been found and I can’t get an answer on something as simple as how much something costs.
