Purchased a new Subaru Crosstrek for my daughter and dealt with Erik Bettinger. Super easy experience. I'm from Columbus, so I called them up and put a deposit on the vehicle because it was still on the truck. When it came in, drove up to pick it up, they gave me a reasonable offer on the trade-in. Sat down with F&I person and completed the paperwork while Erik sat with my daughter going over all the options and gadgets with her for well over and hour.
I know the car dealership mechanics inside and out. Floor plan, Dealer Holdback, incentives, etc., etc. No sleazy sales practices or greaseball approaches. Waikem, I believe, want's you to come back and buy from them in the future.

Last Saturday I stopped by for an oil change and tire rotation and received the best service of my life. They were sold out of my filter and went to another county to get it. I’m the meantime they gave me a ride up the street for some food and stayed in touch with me by phone and text throughout the morning. The man that helped me and my wife was both helpful and extremely kind. Other places give me a hard time about the littlest thing but not Automart. I am a customer for life now.

I came in for tire repair. I asked to also check the seat positioning memory. Ryan the service Advisor was courteous. When I had the estimate on the telephone, I was told it will cost $300 +tax. But I was very surprised with $90 fees for diagnosis and plugging in the Seat Memory button because they were unoperable. I was never told about the fee.

Each team member I met with was helpful and friendly. I was treated with respect and all my questions were answered. I liked the on-going follow up as I moved through the process. Matt even sent me a picture of my Outback when it came it! That was really nice. When I pick up my car, lots of time was spent acclimating me to the new car and it's features.
The finance part of the process was good as well. Patrick reviewed all the options and documents and answered my questions. There was never any pressure from anyone on the team, and no "game-playing."

I came in to look at a car on a Saturday, right before closing. My sales person Jason made me feel welcomed immediately, and tossed me the keys to a new WRX to take for a spin. Knowing they were closing in minutes I told him I would make it a quick drive, but he told me to take it for as long as I needed to know if the car was right for me. When I got back it was closing time, but everyone was still so willing to answer all questions I had, and worked up numbers for me. I got to speak with Jason's manager, Joe, who was very politely. He presented me with the numbers and told me to take as much time as I needed to be sure it was the right vehicle for me. I never felt pressured or rushed by Jason or Joe. Unfortunately I ended up buying a different brand vehicle, but I will be sure to visit Jason at Beechmont Subaru if I ever am in the market for a Subaru again.

I was there last week for oil changed (my place to go for oil change) and unfortunately after few days we noticed there was oil leaked due to the filtered not fully tightened. So the next day we called to schedule for appointment and good thing was accommodated with my specified time which I'm glad. However, it was such an inconvenience for me driving there for nearly an hour without being compensation for the inconvenience.
