After considerable research on PHEV's, and on the value of my trade-in, I purchased a Prius Plugin from Toyota Cleveland Heights. In the sales process I worked with two very helpful, experienced, and authentic salespeople who worked to make sure that I was pleased with the outcome of our work together: Pat Marcin and Avaughn Wells. Both of them were "people focused" and asked what would make me happy, and represented my interests to their buyer, financial advisor, and management. I received very good value on my trade, and on the lease arrangement we negotiated. I will be pleased to recommend them and the dealership to friends who are considering a new or used car purchase.

If you need a new vehicle and don't want the hassle of a "typical" car buying experience be sure to stop in and see Matt Urbas at CDJR of Willoughby. He found me the car that checked all of my boxes, had all of the information I could possibly ask for, and was incredible to work with throughout the process. I would recommend CDJR of Willoughby 10/10 times. I drove 2 hours from out-of-state to purchase from this location and will do it again when my wife's car needs replaced.
