Paul and the crew were amazing and very attentive to my needs and also very aware and I can really appreciate that about a person. There was one other guy who attitude stinks but I don’t let stuff like that bother me, it was still a really good buying experience for me. Hopefully that guy can do better because you never know what people are going through. Paul, thanks so much for your help, you took Whole lot of weight off my back.

Hello, I wanted to pass on appreciation for Nick in the - Lisa H

Hello, I wanted to pass on appreciation for Nick in the Parts department because of the extra time and effort he gave to assist me. My driver side mirror was damaged at Mike’s Car Wash on Monday afternoon as I was planning to drive to Maryland for the holiday weekend, during rainy weather. An inconvenience that I just didn’t have time for. Nick researched the part, quickly got it ordered/delivered and even took time to install the part in the parking lot by Wednesday. That’s not something that happens often these days. I was able to regroup and refocus on the reason for the road-trip. I would really like to know how I can acknowledge him to your upper level leadership. Something about people like Nick in the service industry is really rare. I pray divine reciprocity in his life, and he should really be recognized for what he probably believes is just ‘doing his job’. However, he’s going above and beyond and that’s very valuable.

First-class experience working with the staff at CDJR of - rizzo.chris2

First-class experience working with the staff at CDJR of Willoughby. I traded my 2017 Ram 1500 up to a 2025 Dodge Durango and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. If you need a new vehicle and don't want the hassle of a "typical" car buying experience be sure to stop in and see Matt Urbas at CDJR of Willoughby. He found me the car that checked all of my boxes, had all of the information I could possibly ask for, and was incredible to work with throughout the process. I would recommend CDJR of Willoughby 10/10 times. I drove 2 hours from out-of-state to purchase from this location and will do it again when my wife's car needs replaced.

Spent THREE days going back and forth with the Jeremy at - GregoryGagnon

Spent THREE days going back and forth with the Jeremy at Findlay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram about a 2025 Chevy Equinox EV. The car was not on the lot so it was difficult to get all my questions answered but I decided to go ahead and purchase anyways. Transaction was simple, very easy and straight forward. Jeremy followed up with me every step of the way and made this purchase very smooth. I highly recommend them. But you have to move fast, they have a great selection of cars at a great prices so they sell them fast and do not do holds. I have bought over a dozen cars over the internet at dealerships as far away as Idaho. And this was easily one of the easist transactions I have done. Thanks to Jeremy and everyone at Findlay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for making car buying on the internet so easy!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Beechmont - abowling00162

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Beechmont Ford, and I especially want to thank my salesman, Jason Scales. Jason made the entire process smooth, straightforward, and stress-free from start to finish. He was great to work with, answered all my questions, and made sure I got an extremely good deal on my new Ford F-150 XLT Blackout Edition. I really appreciate the way Jason treated me and the effort he put into making sure everything came together. No pressure, no hassle—just a great buying experience. If you’re looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend Beechmont Ford and definitely ask for Jason Scales. I couldn’t be happier with my new truck and the experience I had!

After considerable research on PHEV's, and on the value - harrison13n

After considerable research on PHEV's, and on the value of my trade-in, I purchased a Prius Plugin from Toyota Cleveland Heights. In the sales process I worked with two very helpful, experienced, and authentic salespeople who worked to make sure that I was pleased with the outcome of our work together: Pat Marcin and Avaughn Wells. Both of them were "people focused" and asked what would make me happy, and represented my interests to their buyer, financial advisor, and management. I received very good value on my trade, and on the lease arrangement we negotiated. I will be pleased to recommend them and the dealership to friends who are considering a new or used car purchase.

On May 6, 2015 my hubby and I went to Sweeney for a new experience. This time it was my turn to get a vehicle. Upon leaving our vehicle and approaching the door we were seen by a salesman named John Pugh. There was an air of kindness about him and he took the time to assist us. Because of his patience and kindness I left with a beautiful new vehicle. There were others who assisted us and unfortunately names escape me but everyone was so kind and professional. I am still grateful to this day for that experience.

This is my first long distance online car buying - Happy in PA

This is my first long distance online car buying experience through a dealer. Scary stuff - or so I thought. When I contacted Parkway Ford (~200 miles from my home) about a used truck (scarier yet) they were advertising I was lucky to have Cameron Gilbert as my salesperson. He was there from start to finish, always promptly answering my questions, including the truck's previous history, its sales price, extra costs and financing details. This particular truck had no online photos and Cameron texted me many photos detailing the inside, outside and underside of the truck plus a video so that I could get a good idea of what I was purchasing sight unseen. I think the things that made this such a great first-time experience was Cameron's good natured and prompt answers to ALL my questions and concerns, the reasonable pricing with no haggling, no pressure to purchase the extras, and the offer to deliver the vehicle to my home. This was the best car buying experience ever!! No stress, no headaches. Thanks to Cameron and those who helped make this deal happen. My truck showed up beautifully detailed, with no untoward surprises. I couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend Parkway Ford to others.

Salesman Angelo was very professional and extremely easy - socceryes

Salesman Angelo was very professional and extremely easy to work with. He went out of his way to meet our needs as we purchased a new Ford 15 passenger van. The day of the purchase was quicker and easier than any purchase at a dealership in my many years of buying new vehicles. I highly recommend Sarchione Ford, especially salesman Angelo Massimo!
