First, I will start by saying, I’m the kinda guy that has very little patience for dealerships and salesman. I’ve had a very bad taste in my mouth, most are common thieves. That was until I spoke with Jeremy, and the sales manager (I can’t recall his name) at cottage grove Chrysler. I live in KY, I found a truck that I was very interested in online. So I called inquiring about it first thing Monday morning. From the start, Jeremy was very professional, respectful, and pleasant to talk to. I explained why I was willing travel 2500 miles to look at the truck. He was very helpful and outgoing with any question or issue I may have had. Never once did he get a bad attitude. So we came to an agreement on this truck, I booked my flight to Eugene for the following Friday. Got the financials squared away and put a down payment on the truck as requested. Everything was a go and I had a really great feeling about things. Later that evening, I got news of a family tragedy. I spoke with Jeremy, and explained that I didn’t think I was going to be able to make it this weekend, wasn’t sure when I would be able to. He was very understanding of the situation and sympathetic. Shortly thereafter, the manager called and offered something most dealers wouldn’t in holding the vehicle and if I didn’t like it he would buy it right back. I told him I would let them know, I had a lot to figure out in a short time. After talking with family, and given the situation at hand, I decided that purchasing a vehicle right now was not in my best interest. I called and told Jeremy the circumstances, and while I could tell he was disappointed, as was I, he was very professional and kind. Absolutely zero disrespect or pressure. I’ll end this with saying, if there is anyone out there that has had a bad experience, or anyone who is looking for a new vehicle, make cottage grove your first stop. Ask for Jeremy Ralston. I can guarantee you will not be sorry you did. I can’t say enough about how different than most this staff is! To the point of I would rather deal with them and ship a truck to KY than deal with dealers here. Jeremy thank you again for being such a great person!

I would like to recognize Legacy Dodge as a 5 star Dealership based on my experiences. I have never had a more positive auto buying experience ever! They didn't have exactly what I wanted so they looked elsewhere; finding the truck I wanted in Washington. I got an excellent deal, and I know that as I had done some price checking. Robb Gregory, Sales Associate, and Nick, Auto Appraiser, were fair straight and upfront, without any playing any games. They delivered the truck to me and gave me a loaner to drive while I waited for mine to get here. The entire team including finance were friendly!
I recently went to the dealership to get my mirror replaced and spoke to James in Parts, who was professional and courteous in getting the mirror ordered and scheduling me to get it fixed. The Service Department as well were courteous, friendly and efficient. It is obvious that the mission of this dealership is courteous customer service. I highly recommend Legacy Dodge to everyone!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - BECKIE
On December 29/2018 my husband and I bought a 2017 Dodge Ram from Lithia Dodge of Klamath Falls. We had 2 requests with our trade in, which was also a Dodge Ram. We wanted the tool box and the brake controller for towing. They explained because it was a holiday weekend that it wouldn't be until Wednesday, January 2 that they could fulfill our request. My husband decided to pick up his tool box and wait for the tow brake on Wednesday. Our trade in was sold the day after we traded it in,with the brake controller... but this business WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, found it easier to avoid our phone calls, including the GM, then be honest with us or just purchase us a new one. APPARENTLY, they found our persistence annoying and instead of doing the right thing, they went to the customer who had purchased our trade in and took the old brake controller out....OUT MEANS THEY SNIPPED THE WIRES!!!! Today, January 16/2019 we received the brake controller with the snipped wires. We will have to purchase the adapter, I have worked in CUSTOMER SERVICE all my life and can not believe how we have been treated.I want to put the name of our sales person on this review, but she will know this is about her and maybe work a little harder on her customer skills. We will never buy another vehicle from Lithia Dodge again.

Went in to Jim Smolich in Redmond to look at a truck. Was greeted by a smiling face that was very helpful. Her name was Krista. I would have to say the best buying experience I’ve had this far of buying vehicles. I would definitely recommend Krista to anyone looking for a sales person that is laid back no pressure and great to work with. I will be going back to Krista for our next purchase. She even called a few days later to make sure everything was going well with the new truck.

I called and left a voicemail on 12/7/18 (Fri), 12/10/18 (Mon), and 12/11/18 (Tues) and never received a return call until 12/17/18 (Mon) when I had a voicemail from someone saying they'd received the message I'd left "yesterday" to schedule service on my vehicle. It was my call on the fourth business day in a row on 12/12/18 (Wed) when I asked not to be sent to a Service Writer's voicemail but rather connected to an available person. After a bit of a wait, I was connected with an individual directly. While I appreciate that people are busy, it doesn't seem like a good business practice to have customers not receive a return call within 48 hours of leaving a message to schedule service. The return call I received was in excess of a week from the date I left the first message.

The service writer with whom I was connected on 12/12/18 was courteous, professional, thorough, and patient with my questions.

Having never used the Express Lane Service before, I checked in at the office next to the lane where the Service Writers' offices are located. The girl at the counter was as inconsiderate, dismissive, and rude as they come. Her "customer service skills" were so abysmal that a gentleman who overheard the entire exchange stepped in, addressed my needs, and apologized emphatically for her unacceptable behavior (which I fully appreciated). I will say that if in the future this same girl is waiting on customers, I will look for someone else to help me and save myself from being subjected to such an antagonistic personality.

I was kept apprised of progress on the items for which I'd scheduled service and the Service Writer was again courteous, professional, and thorough in going over the bill and statement of work at the conclusion of my appointment.

Poor service. Don't go here. - Disgruntled
Twice now I have taken my Jeep to these folks and they have been unable to identify the issue. Latest is a suspension issue with clear audible rattle/squeak and what sounds like wheel bearing rattle when the vehicle it cold. Once the vehicle warms it is harder to hear, but still there. They had the vehicle all day and the technician was "unable to duplicate the noise". But hey, they were more than willing to suggest a $900 brake flush, and a $100 oil change.
If all you do is fix things there is a CEL code for and are not able to diagnose an issue you can't hear then you should advertise yourself as Basic Service only.
I will no longer be using their "service" and can't discourage people enough. Save your time and money and go to a pro.
Liers thieves won’t honor car sale price - Pissed off
I was on line and found and unbelievably car for a stupied price. I called and emailed them telling them I would pay cash for the car. They turned around and said they maid a mistake and they weren’t going to honor it. I have bought from them before and got so so service. Now I would rather go miles or out of state instead of buying a car from the biggest thieves, Liars I’ve ever seen

Purchased a Jeep from this dealer as well as had my first Jeep serviced there. The worst experience in all departments that I have ever experienced. No one takes responsibility. They tell you what they think you want to hear and never follow through. Regret going there. Will drive out of town to go to another dealer to service my vehicle.

Lithia of Grant's Pass is the worst kind of dealership! Please do your research. My daughter is out $7000.00. We told them we came to them because they were a large company, with advertised pristine used cars and excellent service mechanics. Three mechanics later, over 20 calls to Lithia
5 trips to Grant's Pass (2 hours from us) and so far they refuse to do anything. The shakiest sales tactics I've ever seen. Please don't ever go there

I took my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee in because my TPMS light was on and blinking, according to my owner's manual I needed to take it in to get scanned. Knowing, only certain places have the appropriate scanner, I took it to MTM because I used to know the former service manager and always had positive results from taking my vehicle in. As soon as I take it in, after making the appointment by phone and explaining my problem and having the person agree that I need to have it scanned, the man at the who takes my keys says the TPMS light means the tire pressure needs to be checked. Obviously, I have already been to Les Schwab numerous times and my tire pressure is fine, also I had looked into before making an appointment. After insisting my tire pressure is fine and that it needs to be scanned, he takes my keys. Anyway $200 and one sensor replaced later, I pick my car up. As soon as I drive it off the lot, the light comes back on. I take it back after work to get scanned because no one answers the phone after I'm halfway back to work. They scan it and said codes needed to be reset but that it is now fine. I drive off the lot again and the light comes on again. I call to make another appointment. I take it in for another scan and they call me back and tell me that now my right front TPMS sensor has gone out and it will be another $200 to replace. I prefer to have no blinking lights in my dash, so I agree to have them order the part. Yes, I did ask whether my left front sensor had even needed to be replaced and they said that yes it was an odd coincidence that the left front one went out and then the right front one went out. That appointment was on March 22, 2013. I have not heard from them since then. It all seems rather fishy now. If possible, I would take your car for servicing elsewhere. I still have a TPMS blinking light in my car. I was willing to pay for the other sensor to be fixed and they never called me back after ordering the part. I was never rude to them, but now I am pretty angry and unsatisfied.

This dealership went above & beyond my expectations! I came in for an routine oil change & shock replacement and left with a smile. While getting the service for my Dodge Truck the Tech Mr. Brian Potter noticed some leaks that needed immediate attention. From his further inspection these were in my opinion & his critical that would have caused a major problem for me on my return trip home. He got on his computer found the parts to install (some parts in inventory some not). That is not all, the Owner found out my situation and at his expense brought the parts in by sending his staff to get them from a surrounding town(s). It was repaired the same day! My hat is off to this Dealership!! In my opinion they are the 'Gold Standard' of Dealerships and others could learn how it is done from them!!!
