I asked to have the tires rotated on the car since it had been about 7,500 miles since the last time it was done. There was no indication it had been done on the invoice... In fact, it hadn't been. When I called back in, I was told that since the tread depth was uniform across all four tires, they didn't do what I had asked for (deemed it unnecessary). If for some reason a request like this is being changed on the fly, you really should call that to a customer's attention and offer an explanation as to why you don't think it should done and let the customer make the ultimate decision...

I’ve bought a few cars over the years from different dealers and Cottage Grove Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram will from now on be my first stop. I’ve always been a skeptic of car dealers and they went out of their way to prove to me their customers come first. My fiancé and I needed a loan for a vehicle and dental work, they took care of everything! We got a better interest rate on the auto than any other banks we had spoke with and a much lower rate for the cash financing! Jeremy the salesmen was caring, fun, and diligent. Dan the service manager was polite and to the point answering all my questions about the warranty. Michael in finance was funny and took the time to listen to my concerns when the first bank turned us down. I hadn’t experienced or have I often heard where a car dealership creates a win- win for everyone but they did and quickly too!! If you want a good deal, honesty, and a fun time buying a vehicle, these guys are for you!

I would like to recognize Legacy Dodge as a 5 star Dealership based on my experiences. I have never had a more positive auto buying experience ever! They didn't have exactly what I wanted so they looked elsewhere; finding the truck I wanted in Washington. I got an excellent deal, and I know that as I had done some price checking. Robb Gregory, Sales Associate, and Nick, Auto Appraiser, were fair straight and upfront, without any playing any games. They delivered the truck to me and gave me a loaner to drive while I waited for mine to get here. The entire team including finance were friendly!
I recently went to the dealership to get my mirror replaced and spoke to James in Parts, who was professional and courteous in getting the mirror ordered and scheduling me to get it fixed. RUN!!!! - No more Renegade- ever again!
Horrible experience! When I bought my 2018 Jeep Renegade I was under the impression that I had purchased a safe, reliable vehicle that provide all my needs and last a very long time! Within 2 months my A/C unit stopped blowing cold air. Fine, they ordered parts and provided me with a loaner car for two weeks. The following summer, no cold air. Again, they recharged it, put dye, but still were unable to fix the issue. My jeep stalled on me, I take it into the dealership only to be told that these motors do that when they are low on oil, WHAT????? I was expected to accept that answer and was advised to check my oil every 1000 miles to prevent another low oil stall from happening!! I talked to the Sales Manager who was cocky and had a very uncaring attitude!!! He actually threw the service guy I had been working with under the bus saying he had only been there 4 weeks, who does that???After talking to him I knew I would never buy another vehicle from this dealership again!! I take the jeep home, after 644 miles oil light comes on, the oil is barely registering on the dip stick. I call and am asked to bring the jeep in for another oil change and then to bring it back after 1000 miles, the goal was to show Chrysler is was burning oil under the 1000 mile threshold. Who wants a 2018 vehicle that needs the oil checked every 1000 miles and how in the world can a stall feature be safe????? I ended up trading in the jeep, will get copies of all my work orders and will see what I can do to recover the $7000 Loss I took on all pf this! The dealership is horrible, management could care less and I wouldnt wish my experience with them on anyone! I was not provided accurate information when I bought my jeep. I was not told they could stall and was not told I needed to check the oil every 1000 miles.

Great Sprinter Service Experience! - LW
Great Experience with Withnell Dodge Service Department!!! We were on the side of the road with a bad transmission in our Sprinter chassis RV and really needed help. We got it from Withnell Service folks!! They worked us in so that when the transmission got there they got us fixed up in no time. We felt very comfortable with their experience with working on Sprinters too. From our first contact with Courtney we felt taken care of and supported. The Sprinter Service Advisor Dave was great and communication was good. We are back up and running and enjoying our RV again. Thank you Withnell Service! Worst Experience Buying A Car - jelthack47
This is by far the worst experience I have ever had when buying a car. I bought my car May 9th and have yet to get my title so that I can get my plates. There have been issues with the financing department because I moved from Washington to Oregon 5 days after purchasing my car so the taxes are wrong. However, it seems like no one is even trying to resolve the issue. After calling several times, I finally talked with someone on the phone who told me the only way to fix it was to resign the paperwork and that I had to do it in person, not through fax. We set up a day for me to come in. He said he would have the paperwork ready when I got there so that it would be short and sweet. I drove all the way there to sit there for 4 hours because no one knew what I was talking about or how to resolve it, and the paperwork wasn’t ready.. I ended up signing new paperwork to change my address and they said they would file it Monday (I went on a Friday) and let me know. Two weeks later and I still haven’t heard anything. I’ve called several times and left several messages. I finally got through yesterday and the finance guy once again had no idea what I was talking about and had to be reminded. He took my phone number down (which is on the answering machine at least 5x) and said he would get it figured out and call me back. He never called me back. I called this morning and again, got his voicemail. Does anyone do their job here?

I purchased a new Cherokee from Lithia last week and could not be more pleased with the transaction. Meghan and Aaron worked out all the details by text, phone and emails.
Living at the north end of the state, Meghan was happy to meet me in Springfield to do the swap and sign paperwork. (in case you are wondering why I bought so far from the Portland area, they had the exact Cherokee I wanted and did better on the pricing)
Aaron did a great job with the financing and didnt hide anything in the paperwork. Everything that was promised was given.

I took my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee in because my TPMS light was on and blinking, according to my owner's manual I needed to take it in to get scanned. Knowing, only certain places have the appropriate scanner, I took it to MTM because I used to know the former service manager and always had positive results from taking my vehicle in. As soon as I take it in, after making the appointment by phone and explaining my problem and having the person agree that I need to have it scanned, the man at the who takes my keys says the TPMS light means the tire pressure needs to be checked. Obviously, I have already been to Les Schwab numerous times and my tire pressure is fine, also I had looked into before making an appointment. After insisting my tire pressure is fine and that it needs to be scanned, he takes my keys. Anyway $200 and one sensor replaced later, I pick my car up. As soon as I drive it off the lot, the light comes back on. I take it back after work to get scanned because no one answers the phone after I'm halfway back to work. They scan it and said codes needed to be reset but that it is now fine. I drive off the lot again and the light comes on again. I call to make another appointment. I take it in for another scan and they call me back and tell me that now my right front TPMS sensor has gone out and it will be another $200 to replace. I prefer to have no blinking lights in my dash, so I agree to have them order the part. Yes, I did ask whether my left front sensor had even needed to be replaced and they said that yes it was an odd coincidence that the left front one went out and then the right front one went out. That appointment was on March 22, 2013. I have not heard from them since then. It all seems rather fishy now. If possible, I would take your car for servicing elsewhere. I still have a TPMS blinking light in my car. I was willing to pay for the other sensor to be fixed and they never called me back after ordering the part. I was never rude to them, but now I am pretty angry and unsatisfied.

This dealership went above & beyond my expectations! I came in for an routine oil change & shock replacement and left with a smile. While getting the service for my Dodge Truck the Tech Mr. Brian Potter noticed some leaks that needed immediate attention. From his further inspection these were in my opinion & his critical that would have caused a major problem for me on my return trip home. He got on his computer found the parts to install (some parts in inventory some not). That is not all, the Owner found out my situation and at his expense brought the parts in by sending his staff to get them from a surrounding town(s). It was repaired the same day! My hat is off to this Dealership!! In my opinion they are the 'Gold Standard' of Dealerships and others could learn how it is done from them!!!
