I rec'd a phone call early Monday morning from the service dept indicating that they would be pulling my truck in to the service bay that morning. Approx 2 hrs later I rec'd a call letting me know that my truck was ready for pickup. They were quick and thorough in diagnosing the issue. Thank you again Newberg Dodge.

Dishonest sales, undisclosed damage, and terrible post-sale support – Do NOT buy here! I strongly advise against doing business with xx. Helens Auto Center, especially if you are purchasing a vehicle sight unseen. My buying experience has been a complete nightmare, and their lack of post-sale accountability is staggering. Before purchasing a 2024 Jeep with 13k miles and having it delivered, I explicitly asked for a detailed disclosure of any imperfections—even minor scratches, dents, or alignment issues. I was explicitly assured the vehicle was "perfect" with zero signs of wear and tear and no mechanical issues whatsoever. We even had it written into our contract that the dealership would perform all open recalls, service bulletins, and software upgrades prior to delivery. They claimed all of this was completed. It was not. Here is the reality of the vehicle they shipped to me: Undisclosed Damage: The moment the transport driver arrived, he immediately pointed out light scrapes on two of the wheels and damage to both front tire spats that the dealership hid. Severe Suspension Issues: As soon as I drove it, it was obvious the alignment was horribly off, with the steering wheel crooked by about 10 to 20 percent. I took it to my local Jeep dealership, and they were unable to even complete an alignment. I was advised there is likely significant damage to the suspension components that requires a body shop to evaluate. Mechanical Failures: The driver’s side air conditioning does not work at all and only blows cold air on the passenger side. My local dealership is currently trying to diagnose and fix this. Breach of Contract: Despite written assurances, the latest recall was never actually performed by xx. Helens. My local dealership had to do the work they lied about completing. When I reached out to xx. Helens Auto Center to resolve these blatant misrepresentations, they completely stonewalled me and refused to budge an inch. They sold me a damaged, malfunctioning vehicle under false pretenses, broke our contract regarding the recall work, and washed their hands of it the second it left their lot. Save yourself the massive headache, thousands of dollars in unexpected repairs, and the stress of dealing with dishonest business practices. Take your money anywhere else.

My wife and I were traveling though the Dalles with our 5th wheel on our 2013 Ram 2500 diesel when my truck warned me that I had 200 miles till it would go into limp mode at 5mph. It was on a Friday morning when this happened and when I called, I told them that we were traveling through and we had this problem. They said that they were swamped but if I came by, they would take a look. When I got there, they greeted me with a smile and took their time with me to go over some options. Even though they didn't work on my truck, the fact that they stopped what they were doing and made sure that I was safe to continue on was beyond great! We got home and took it to our local dealer and everything they said was true. Thanks again for being there for me and how nice it was to see people who actually care for their customers.

Best car buying experience I've ever had. Juan was so easy to work with and never pushed what so ever. He knew every feature of the car and wanted to make sure we were happy start to finish. Matt in finance made literal magic happen. I got a brand new car without having a 800 credit score with a reasonable interest rate and ZERO down. I wish every car purchase went this smoothly. It literally took an hour at most and we were on the road. Buying your car from Auto Ranch is worth the drive. It really really is.

I was promoted to write a review after my experience with Dick Hannah Dodge in Vancouver, WA where I have for the last twenty years had purchased and serviced my vehicles there. After todays visit Lum has a customer for life here’s what happened today: I have spent the last twenty years at Dick Hannah purchasing various vehicles some disappointing service some good. Today Saturday November 13, 2021 I stopped by the dealership in the am Shawn approached my vehicle I mentioned that I did not have an appointment, however; my check engine light was on for two days and asked if they would have time to check the engine needed reassurance that there was no major problem for me to get back to Long Beach, WA. Shawn said he could get me in and the cost to look at it would mean a few hours and $175 for diagnosing plus costs for repair Shawn did mention it would be fine as long as the check engine light is not flashing. I did make it back to Warrenton, OR and stopped in at Lums Jeep dealership I spoke to the service department and explained about the check engine light they asked me to wait a moment then they can take a look to give me a diagnosis well guess what 15 minutes later I had the diagnosis and saw where the squirrels were eating my wires where #5 was misfiring made an appointment to bring the car back in for Lums to fix the vehicle there was no charge and no pressure in where I take my car to get it fixed. I live in Vancouver, WA, however; I will dive to Warrenton, Ir to have my car repairs done and purchase of my new vehicle. The difference? Dick Hannah’s moto is “Believe in Nice” Lum’s “Believe’s in service” This has not been the first time at Lums when I’m in town and needed to have one of my vehicles looked at they were always right there to help and at most no charge. Lum’s you have a customer for life!

I would like to recognize Legacy Dodge as a 5 star Dealership based on my experiences. I have never had a more positive auto buying experience ever! They didn't have exactly what I wanted so they looked elsewhere; finding the truck I wanted in Washington. I got an excellent deal, and I know that as I had done some price checking. Robb Gregory, Sales Associate, and Nick, Auto Appraiser, were fair straight and upfront, without any playing any games. They delivered the truck to me and gave me a loaner to drive while I waited for mine to get here. The entire team including finance were friendly! I recently went to the dealership to get my mirror replaced and spoke to James in Parts, who was professional and courteous in getting the mirror ordered and scheduling me to get it fixed. The Service Department as well were courteous, friendly and efficient. It is obvious that the mission of this dealership is courteous customer service. I highly recommend Legacy Dodge to everyone!

I would not do business here guys live a year later the transmission goes out transmission cost is $7000. Their answer to me was well. It had a little bit of life left into it this pick up I have always babied because the first day I drove it. I said it was slipping a little bit. They said it was perfectly fine. That's what it does. I'm not a mechanic so I took their word, a little behold it goes out. I've babied this since I bought it. I only tow when I need to. It was a 2015 ram 2500 with a 6.7 diesel engine state of Oregon not supposed to sell deleted diesels and let be hold I found out this one was deleted. The legacy never told me that it was deleted they just told me I didn't have to use def. And as somebody that's never owned a diesel I didn't know. So I'm wondering if this had to do anything to hurt why the transmission went out if it was a program right or anything? nobody has reached out to contact me about anything to make this, right? The response was well it must had a little life in the transmission since it lasted over a little bit over a year. Thanks legacy never will do business with you guys. I will let everybody know what type of company you guys are. I will leave reviews everywhere that I can to make sure that nobody has to go through what I've gone through. Here is their exact response We are sorry to hear about your transmission issues. It's very hard to estimate the life of a transmission if it is shifting through the gears correctly and the fluids look right. Since you purchased the truck a year and a half ago, it clearly had some life left in it when you bought it but a big unexpected expense like that is frustrating at best. I assume from this that you did not buy the warranty we offer all customers when they buy a used vehicle and It sounds like you may have already gotten it repaired Really do they think most people have $7000 just lying around
