Without dragging you thru all the unanswered calls, texts and emails and numerous lies, this company has no business being in business. I cannot believe they treat people like this. The sales manager, I have no idea how this guy has this job. I can beat your prequalified rate! 4 days later and 4 hard pulls… nothing. We finally use our credit union at 4.5%. The finance team a disaster. Slow, slow, slow and slower. 2 weeks later it’s done and a week later the Jeep we purchased shows up. No temp tag. After 5 days and lots and lots of calls a tag shows up. How do you have a 7 day trial drive with no tag? Driveway DOES NOT CARE. Advertised with 2 keys shows up with one. No problem we’ll handle it! Wrong. Ghosted on that too. We just made our first payment on our Jeep, the tag is almost expired and our beautiful Scat Pack Challenger we traded in HAS NOT BEEN PAID OFF. WE HAVE MADE 2 PAYMENTS ON A CAR WE NO LONGER HAVE. It’s been a month. Driveway does NOT CARE. PLEASE do not put yourself thru this. Click off the site and never go back.

I've been using this dealership for service for the past 5 years without any issues. They weren't great, but not terrible. However, today Northwest Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram refused to honor my Lifetime Wrap Warranty. They refused due to staffing issues. Because they were short staffed they were refusing to honor my Warranty because I didn't buy my vehicle there. However, it's a Warranty that is honored at "ALL" Ram dealerships. EXCEPT THEM. They are a cancer to the Dodge/Ram family

Worst experience trying to buy a used car. Took 2 months to get the car and at the beginning they stated they were going to fix the crack in the windshield. 2 months went by and they stated they were fixing the AC, kept calling to see what the status was because we had already gotten the license plates in the mail, called and was told that the car had been ready “last week” with no call to us. Go to pick up the car AND the windshield wasn’t even fixed, they stated that someone will call us. No one knew what the other department was doing, so unorganized and will not be returning to this dealership for any future buys.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They required me to give them a deposit on a truck I was going to purchase that needed a transmission under warranty. They told me one date of completion but I’m reality they had no idea. When I backed out of the deal they refused to refund my deposit. It has been nearly two months since they ordered the part and it still not there. I could no longer wait. In my opinion they just wanted to get me on the hook for a truck they had no idea when or if they could even sell.

Did plenty of shopping around before eventually purchasing a Jeep from Chris Ryan. Let’s face it-no one WANTS to go to a dealership. Chris was extremely friendly over the phone, didn’t pressure me at all. He was my last stop and I’m glad I waited. Have me fair value for my trade in and I walked away happy with the deal. I plan to do business with him again!

this dealership has been calling none stop looked at there website back in July of 2021 ended up buying from a different dealership today January 23 2022 was the last straw the internet sales manager called and asked if i was still looking i said no for the last time. I would NOT even look at there website they track and will pester you and not stop calling. After 6 months still pestering after i told them in august September November December and 3 calls in January.

We scheduled a oil change a week before expecting we would get there and they would do it right away because that is why we scheduled an appointment. We entered the office, asked how long it was going to take and they said “it will take about 45 minutes”. It took them an hour and a half to change the oil and it took them 30 minutes to take the truck into the garage. Why even schedule an appointment at that point.

I have always been treated very well here at the dealership the service department goes the extra mile to take care of customers even if they purchased their car else where. I was promoted to write a review after my experience with Dick Hannah Dodge in Vancouver, WA where I have for the last twenty years had purchased and serviced my vehicles there. After todays visit Lum has a customer for life here’s what happened today:
I have spent the last twenty years at Dick Hannah purchasing various vehicles some disappointing service some good. Today Saturday November 13, 2021 I stopped by the dealership in the am Shawn approached my vehicle I mentioned that I did not have an appointment, however; my check engine light was on for two days and asked if they would have time to check the engine needed reassurance that there was no major problem for me to get back to Long Beach, WA. Shawn said he could get me in and the cost to look at it would mean a few hours and $175 for diagnosing plus costs for repair Shawn did mention it would be fine as long as the check engine light is not flashing.
I did make it back to Warrenton, OR and stopped in at Lums Jeep dealership I spoke to the service department and explained about the check engine light they asked me to wait a moment then they can take a look to give me a diagnosis well guess what 15 minutes later I had the diagnosis and saw where the squirrels were eating my wires where #5 was misfiring made an appointment to bring the car back in for Lums to fix the vehicle there was no charge and no pressure in where I take my car to get it fixed.
I live in Vancouver, WA, however; I will dive to Warrenton, Ir to have my car repairs done and purchase of my new vehicle.
The difference? Dick Hannah’s moto is “Believe in Nice”

This has not been the first time at Lums when I’m in town and needed to have one of my vehicles looked at they were always right there to help and at most no charge.

I would like to recognize Legacy Dodge as a 5 star Dealership based on my experiences. I have never had a more positive auto buying experience ever! They didn't have exactly what I wanted so they looked elsewhere; finding the truck I wanted in Washington. I got an excellent deal, and I know that as I had done some price checking. Robb Gregory, Sales Associate, and Nick, Auto Appraiser, were fair straight and upfront, without any playing any games. They delivered the truck to me and gave me a loaner to drive while I waited for mine to get here. The entire team including finance were friendly!
I recently went to the dealership to get my mirror replaced and spoke to James in Parts, who was professional and courteous in getting the mirror ordered and scheduling me to get it fixed. The Service Department as well were courteous, friendly and efficient. It is obvious that the mission of this dealership is courteous customer service. I highly recommend Legacy Dodge to everyone!
