I was visiting Newberg Oregon and to my dismay my tire pressure was low on my new Dodge Durango. The dealership was just down from my hotel. I stopped to see if they could diagnose the problem. It was later in the evening. The service dept was swamped. But Ryan was there to give me excellent service. Had the repair done on my tire and car back to me in no time.

Recall part and a diagnosis of another - JOANE50
The recall went as promised however the diagnosis on my check engine light and transmission problem not so much.I was told it would cost me $95 to be told what was wrong. Also I was having problems with the engine dying when I stepped on the brake after sitting for a few hrs or overnite and then driving in the morning..not happy

This dealership went above & beyond my expectations! I came in for an routine oil change & shock replacement and left with a smile. While getting the service for my Dodge Truck the Tech Mr. Brian Potter noticed some leaks that needed immediate attention. From his further inspection these were in my opinion & his critical that would have caused a major problem for me on my return trip home. He got on his computer found the parts to install (some parts in inventory some not). That is not all, the Owner found out my situation and at his expense brought the parts in by sending his staff to get them from a surrounding town(s). It was repaired the same day! My hat is off to this Dealership!! In my opinion they are the 'Gold Standard' of Dealerships and others could learn how it is done from them!!!

Jim Smolich is very unprofessional. Sslesman Hayes treats you like you are doing him a favor by buying a car from him. When I asked to talk to a sales manager he got angry, said he was the manager and told me not to call. Hayes is not the manager.
M Vierra took my complaint. Promised to make it right. Told me he would locate a vehicle. Never heard from him again. Not one word. This is how locals are treated at Jim Smolich Motors.

3/3/17 I have received on all of my visits to CH Urness Motors spectacular, over & above awesome service from Linda in the Service Department. Gary my tech found and replaced the part needed for my drivers side mirror in record time. My walk in experience with Teri in Service Department 2 weeks ago was aweful, she was snappish and rude....but Linda made up for it, Linda is excellent in Customer Service and her job. Thank you Linda & Gary for getting my 2015 Dodge Ram pick up fixed. It was a pleasure working with both of you..especially since my vehicle had been into the I-5 Dodge in Centralia, Washington and I received such crappy service from them, I even had to take pictures of my own vehicle to drivers seat & side mirror for the warranty job and was told that there was no way that it would ever get approved even though there was no damage by me they were factory issues that were covered under my warranty...especially since my truck was 3 years old and had approximately 31,000 miles on it. I will never return to I-5 Dodge in Centralia, Washington, they put on the warranty side mirror and it still didn't work! So, I took it to CH Urness Motors and they got the inspection done, ordered the part, and got me in for an appointment and repaired the problem with no issues or hassle. Thank you Linda. Keith Weisgerber in service has always been a polite, cheerful and experienced guy! Always in and out in quick time for oil changes and and such, and he keeps me informed of wait length or any questions-for example--he found me on the lot, showed me the cabin air filter and asked if I wanted replaced. And if so, its about $XX dollars. Seeing it made me say yes.
Service dept is usually a bustling place, so some patience is required for narrrow lanes and parking, but the fact they are busy is usually a good thing!

Purchased a Jeep from this dealer as well as had my first Jeep serviced there. The worst experience in all departments that I have ever experienced. No one takes responsibility. They tell you what they think you want to hear and never follow through. Regret going there. Will drive out of town to go to another dealer to service my vehicle.

The service manager is very rude, values his time more than the customers, refused to give me his name, refused to give me Corporates number, was suppose to set up a recall on airbags that could potentially kill someone in my vehicle and instead hung up the phone on me.

I took my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee in because my TPMS light was on and blinking, according to my owner's manual I needed to take it in to get scanned. Knowing, only certain places have the appropriate scanner, I took it to MTM because I used to know the former service manager and always had positive results from taking my vehicle in. As soon as I take it in, after making the appointment by phone and explaining my problem and having the person agree that I need to have it scanned, the man at the who takes my keys says the TPMS light means the tire pressure needs to be checked. Obviously, I have already been to Les Schwab numerous times and my tire pressure is fine, also I had looked into before making an appointment. After insisting my tire pressure is fine and that it needs to be scanned, he takes my keys. Anyway $200 and one sensor replaced later, I pick my car up. As soon as I drive it off the lot, the light comes back on. I take it back after work to get scanned because no one answers the phone after I'm halfway back to work. They scan it and said codes needed to be reset but that it is now fine. I drive off the lot again and the light comes on again. I call to make another appointment. I take it in for another scan and they call me back and tell me that now my right front TPMS sensor has gone out and it will be another $200 to replace. I prefer to have no blinking lights in my dash, so I agree to have them order the part. Yes, I did ask whether my left front sensor had even needed to be replaced and they said that yes it was an odd coincidence that the left front one went out and then the right front one went out. That appointment was on March 22, 2013. I have not heard from them since then. It all seems rather fishy now. If possible, I would take your car for servicing elsewhere. I still have a TPMS blinking light in my car. I was willing to pay for the other sensor to be fixed and they never called me back after ordering the part. I was never rude to them, but now I am pretty angry and unsatisfied.
