Wanted to check out dealership because a friend told us he had a great experience here. Promised my wife we were only looking. Wasn't sure my wife would be able to drive a larger vehicle. (5" tall).
Alan was great, put us in a truck with adjustable pedals along with other features we were looking for.
Traded in our Camry which I feel they offered us a fair price. Overall good experience. A little slow in getting everything finalized. Alan was very friendly to work with and did a good job explaining features of our new truck. Juan and Andrew were also pleasant to deal with.

I have been in technology sales for 20 years, I can spot BS from a mile away, With that said, I research, and I listen. I travel for a living, I was able to call or visit Jeep dealerships in No CA, OR and WA... I felt good about the vehicle I wanted to purchase.
Bottom line: They earned my business, 5 star experience, consistent and transparent (3 month sales cycle)
My fear: Some sales people will telll you what you want to hear instead of understanding the complexity of what i want to accomplish.
Dealerrater.com reviews for NW Jeep left me skeptical.
Why I purchased from NW Jeep:
1. Patients - Dave and Ben did not were patient (3 months), I never felt any pressure to do anything and I had a ton of questions.
2. Credibility- Dave and Ben answered all of my questions about everything. Many times it was the same question on different days (for clarity). What they did not know they researched and followed up. Since I work in many offices and have multiple area codes, there is no way they knew it was me calling each time.
3. Consistancy/accuracy - Ben and Dave are human, they seemed to take pride in their follow-up and accuracy of information. Car related, financing and options (i had my own research to see if I could do a better deal)
The whole package... I did find someone to sell me the same/similar car for a few hundred dollars cheaper. Ultimately Ben and Dave really earned my business.

I would like to recognize Legacy Dodge as a 5 star Dealership based on my experiences. I have never had a more positive auto buying experience ever! They didn't have exactly what I wanted so they looked elsewhere; finding the truck I wanted in Washington. I got an excellent deal, and I know that as I had done some price checking. Robb Gregory, Sales Associate, and Nick, Auto Appraiser, were fair straight and upfront, without any playing any games. They delivered the truck to me and gave me a loaner to drive while I waited for mine to get here. The entire team including finance were friendly!
I recently went to the dealership to get my mirror replaced and spoke to James in Parts, who was professional and courteous in getting the mirror ordered and scheduling me to get it fixed. The Service Department as well were courteous, friendly and efficient. It is obvious that the mission of this dealership is courteous customer service. I highly recommend Legacy Dodge to everyone!

Went in to the dealership a couple sundays ago after receiving text that we were qualified for a 0% interest loan for 84 months. I just bought a 2018 1500 Dodge Ram that I love. But with the loan terms I was very interested in upgrading to a 3/4 ton diesel ram. Was looking at the tradesman models they advertised on their website which there were 5 or 6 of. They were priced from 44k to 47k. So the wife and I did some math and came to the assumption that this was very much in our budget. So we go in. Come to find out none of the trucks advertised were on the lot but the sales guy Robert said that’s not a big deal they can get the truck I want there no problem. Well we test drive a 2020 but we were looking for a 2019 that the advertisement was for. So go sit down run the numbers. They offered us originally 699 a month with a 2k down payment. I was like no way that’s no where near the payment we talked about. Second offer was for like 633 a month with a 4K down payment. Again no way. So I did the math on those offers first was 69k for a 47k truck and again the second was like 57k for a 47k truck. I placed numerous calls to sales managers and left multiple messages never heard back. Been a customer her locally for 3 years. Had a great experience the last couple years with service and my purchase but these guys are trying to rip off a local. Buyer be ware. I will definitely be spreading the word. So 2nd part. In response to owner So as I said before I spent a week trying to call and get a hold of a sales manager. No response whatsoever to voicemails I left. So I post my review within two hours I get a call from Carlos, ha ha go figure. I explained the situation in detail and he said he would look into it and get back to me. Look at the date of the response and I still haven’t heard back. Reached out to this Andrew D multiple times and left voicemails but I don’t think they go to his mailbox. Have asked receptionist many times to get me Andrew, Carlos or another sales manager On the line and will not accept their voicemail and still nothing. Terrible experience with no communication from them whatsoever. Missed out on a great deal that factory dodge offered because this dealership is as greedy as you can get and by the time this was apparent the opportunity had passed that two other dealerships I contacted could have gotten done. Used to defend them against other local friends and organizations that we are involved with but I was wrong. It’s worth the drive to Portland, Hillsboro, or Beaverton to get a fair deal.

Oil changed. Next day engine light came on, took to service dept. Four days to read codes. Ordered parts. 10 days later parts in(supposedly) assured my vehicle was a priority. Called a week later, was told it would be another week as they only had one certified mechanic for Ram. Called next Monday and was told part was installed but same electrical problem still existed. This is a warrantee so I was supposed to be happy that there would be no cost. I would NOT use this shop again!
