Tyler Chang - Jim
Tyler will look after you and keep your best interest in mind. We enjoyed him and after much negotiating, Tyler got us the price and vehicle we wanted. This was after insisting that we negotiate by phone first. Before we even seen the car in person. I asked the sales manager for his best deal, well surprise it wasn't his best deal. I said no. Tyler called back and asked if we wanted him to see if he could try and get a lower price. Well Tyler did. Far more confidence in Tyler then the other. When we went in to secure financing we were presented with a higher interest rate then the advertised special. Only after I pointed that out the finance guy said, well I will look into that. He came back and told us we did qualify for the lower rate. You think?
Well if your looking for a car at the best possible price, call Tyler. His honesty will show and I do not hesitate to recommend him. Quite frankly he outclasses the place. The cars are great and it's a very clean dealership. Just don't take the first offer, because it appears that the ones in charge are trying for the next few dollars if you are not educated with the specials. Tyler will remind you of any specials and ask for you.

Great Place to do business! - janpcan
We saw an ad on Auto Trader, decided to go and have a look. We were met when we pulled onto the lot by “Wayne” Hubert Brown. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable and helped us to find the vehicle we had seen online.
There were no high pressure sales, no smoke and mirrors, only fast, friendly and extremely courteous service staged around our wants and needs. To be quite honest, it was the smoothest vehicle purchase we have ever made!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE - DodgeGuy
This dealership went above & beyond my expectations! I came in for an routine oil change & shock replacement and left with a smile. While getting the service for my Dodge Truck the Tech Mr. Brian Potter noticed some leaks that needed immediate attention. From his further inspection these were in my opinion & his critical that would have caused a major problem for me on my return trip home. He got on his computer found the parts to install (some parts in inventory some not). That is not all, the Owner found out my situation and at his expense brought the parts in by sending his staff to get them from a surrounding town(s). It was repaired the same day! My hat is off to this Dealership!! In my opinion they are the 'Gold Standard' of Dealerships and others could learn how it is done from them!!!
I highly recommend this Dealership!
Smooth new suv purchase - Charlene VanCleave
11/07/17... I been wanting to purchase a new Jeep Cherokee for about 6 months. I knew exactly where I would go after my daughter & son-n-law
had shared their experience on their purchase on their Ram Big Horn in April. I definitely wanted to see Jeremy at Cottage Grove CDJR Dealership. I was in no hurry to purchase a jeep today just wanted to get an idea & take a test drive. Jeremy asked what I wanted most & he directed me to the exact Jeep I've been checking into. Jeremy handed me the key & I took a test drive with my daughter. It only took the test drive to convince me when we returned this was the day. So my daughter asked what is the best he can do for us since I was going to pay cash. It was just the way they advertise straight to the point pricing. The jeep had even more options on it than I expected. Jeremy was a great salesman just as my daughter told me he would be. We went inside started the paper work. Jeremy also told me that if I finance part of the balance for 4 payments I could save even more through Chrysler/Jeep. I was happy to hear that & will pay balance after payments are made. The final paper work was easy & smooth as Jeremy explained everything. I couldn't be happier with Jeremy being my salesman through the whole process of buying my brand new 2017 Jeep. I will recommend anyone looking to purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle to call Jeremy first. Great customer service from start to finish. Jeremy went over everything while sitting in my Jeep, paired my phone & had me all set up. It wont take long before i'll learn it all. Thanks Jeremy for making it a memorable buying experience on buying my first brand new 2017Jeep Cherokee Latitude. Jeremy called the next day asking if i have any further questions and don't hesitate if I need to later. I will be telling all my friends to go to Cottage Grove CDJR, first if they are looking for a new/used rig. Great customer service from start to finish. Thanks again, Les

Service of all my Chrysler vehicles. - Mopar or no Car
Very honest with what does and doesn't need immediate attention. Fair price for great work. Victor is the best and I hope he plans on sticking around for a bit. Very happy to see a good Chrysler dealer back in Hermiston since Round Up City Dodge in Pendleton went belly up....cause Lithia in Tri Cities is a joke. I will never go back there.
Worst experience of car buying - Lintlicker11
This place is so unorganized , had to re sign papers cause they can't even figure out where people need to sign, but than they say you owe them $$ for your trade in cause the payoff is more than they estimated but you contact your bank and find out they are full of crap cause the pay off is less than estimated.they lost the owners manual. This is a brand new vehicle why was it even removed, had to bug them for a week to even finally get one. Than after having the truck for not even a week with only 300 miles on the rig the check engine light comes on. I contact the dealership and they could care less. They told me to bring it in First thing Monday morning , so I did and it's now late in the afternoon and they still have yet to even take a look at it. Why pay 40k for a rig and get xxxxty service? Very rude let's just say I would never buy another vehicle from them nor would I recommend anyone else to do so.
Happy with my purchase - Happy with the car

Jeep grand cherokee - Karen
The salesmen were very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Helped us pick the perfect rig for my daughter. Gave us a deal we were happy with. Nobody was pushy like some dealerships.
Premium "old fashioned" family service! EXCELLENCE A+ - applevalley
Just purchased second RAM EcoDiesel 1500 4x4. Best auto buying experience we evert had. Traded in our 2014 Ram eco diesel and Urness beat all the "hot shots" in Idaho, Portland, and Grandview. No contest. Finance, Service, trade-in, product knowledge, and team spirit. Follow up service through out the time we owned our 2014 Dodge Ram Ecodiesel was first class. They always did what they said they would. They are so popular locally that sometimes ya got to make appointment but, they are right on top of things. If you want someone in your corner telling you what you should know. The meaningful things of buying and service .....We have had nothing but premium experience. We felt that not only did we get the fine 2017 Ram ECODIESEL, we go the C. H. Urness family team of service. When we needed service they were front an center.
Satisfied Customer - fabieen.zourig

Scammers - Gcanals1
I asked for a wiper motor quote. They quoted me $300. Napa quoted me $50. Ron Tonkin quoted me $234. Couldn’t get a reason why they overprice their items? That’s a $70 markup from the dealership down the road. And a 500% markup on the regular part itself. I don’t know how Steve sleeps at night. I wonder where he takes his car to. 🤔 smh #scammers #worsethandrugdealers #cantkeeppromise #greshamdodge #stevedoesntcare #dontcallsteve
Horrible customer service - Amanda999
Worst example of customer service I have ever experienced! When you pay cash for car at a dealership you expect to have no issues with the
1) My husband I purchased a Tahoe and received
Our title in the mail. Thinking everything was fine we went to the DMV and attempted to get our license plates
2) Turns out the dealership screwed up and did not fill out the title correctly from the previous owners.
3) I was told they would correct the error after the salesman Darrin Stutzman told me the dealership never made that mistake before....
4) Two more times back and forth with Darrin and two more trips to the DMV after the dealership kept getting the paperwork wrong
5) I was told it was the DMV's fault and it wasn't Darrin's fault. This is when I lost it on him and I admit I swore. It was the dealerships fault we paid in cash for the car it was not our fault they screwed up and being told over and over by Darrin they never made that mistake before really made the situation worse. He then proceeded to tell me he would call my husband to discuss the issue. My husband and I purchased the car together with our money. That was the most anti feminine comment I had ever heard. He couldn't deal with the fact that I called him out for his error!!!! Instead of asking how he could make the situation right or mailing us an apology letter or a gift card for dinner he threatened to call my husband. worst customer service I have ever had
6) the icing on the cake of all of this was we found out the car had two chewed on seat belts in the back and Darrin wrote an apology to my husband and not to both of us.
As you can tell from this review do not go to this dealership. They won't take ownership of their mistakes they will make you feel like it is your fault! And Darrin Stutzman does not respect women! I regret we bought our car from this dealership. They truly make it the worst experience
Frustrating - Jeepgirl17
I took my jeep in for a seatbelt light remaining on while driving and buckled. 24 hours and a new drivers seatbelt we weee back with the same issue. The service manager has limited communication from his service writer so it's hard to convey the issues.
They took care of the rental for us which was a big help but I'm still frustrated. This car is 2 months old and I shouldn't be having this many issues.
Terrible Sales Customer Service - bvdawg13
Took 6 days to finally get my trade offer from this dealer, 6 DAYS! As if the car buying experience isn't dreadful enough. Excuses from waiting for the GM, busy weekend, manager was out of the office, manager has been busy, sales person is out of the office, apparently this place shuts down for a week at a time so whose making all the trade decisions for other customers? Finally receive my offer and it's as low as my 3 year residual on my lease (car is only a year old!) also $12k below my offer from another dealer what a slap in the face after 6 days. This place was extremely worthless and would never recommend them.
New car = happy mom!! - JLOCKWOOD
Emailed Lithia to inquire about a vehicle, shortly after Gordon Lewis contacted me. Not only did he answer my questions but he sent me the car fax. I ment with him the next morning and purchased the vehicle. The process was very easy. Gordon was awesome!! Ask for Gordon if you go to Lithia!!
This dealerships sales staff are polite and quick to... - sltram2500
This dealerships sales staff are polite and quick to respond to all inquiries buy anyone whether buying or not.
I was looking to change from a fwd to an awd within a month of closing a deal on a 2009 Saturn vue and the original dealership
would not reply to my inquiry about a car that had just arrived on their lot, so went to the Hanigan dealership websites and found a nice 2011
Dodge Journey AWD that I thought wasn't a AWD but point of fact was it is and was what I wanted and it still had tons, of PT warranty on it
and the price was what they said it was on the dealership website. After checking with the finance company the deal was closed after only
a couple days and with a very good interest rate at that. I now have a factory type warranty for 7 years and 100000 that cover all parts and wear and tare to go with it. A no deductible factory powertrain for 2 1/2 years and a bumper to bumper for the a 7/100000 as the Journey is a Chrysler certified.
I recommend this dealership to everyone around the local area as well as the United states and Canada.
I took my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee in because my TPMS... - AlexKloewer
I took my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee in because my TPMS light was on and blinking, according to my owner's manual I needed to take it in to get scanned. Knowing, only certain places have the appropriate scanner, I took it to MTM because I used to know the former service manager and always had positive results from taking my vehicle in. As soon as I take it in, after making the appointment by phone and explaining my problem and having the person agree that I need to have it scanned, the man at the who takes my keys says the TPMS light means the tire pressure needs to be checked. Obviously, I have already been to Les Schwab numerous times and my tire pressure is fine, also I had looked into before making an appointment. After insisting my tire pressure is fine and that it needs to be scanned, he takes my keys. Anyway $200 and one sensor replaced later, I pick my car up. As soon as I drive it off the lot, the light comes back on. I take it back after work to get scanned because no one answers the phone after I'm halfway back to work. They scan it and said codes needed to be reset but that it is now fine. I drive off the lot again and the light comes on again. I call to make another appointment. I take it in for another scan and they call me back and tell me that now my right front TPMS sensor has gone out and it will be another $200 to replace. I prefer to have no blinking lights in my dash, so I agree to have them order the part. Yes, I did ask whether my left front sensor had even needed to be replaced and they said that yes it was an odd coincidence that the left front one went out and then the right front one went out. That appointment was on March 22, 2013. I have not heard from them since then. It all seems rather fishy now. If possible, I would take your car for servicing elsewhere. I still have a TPMS blinking light in my car. I was willing to pay for the other sensor to be fixed and they never called me back after ordering the part. I was never rude to them, but now I am pretty angry and unsatisfied.
