Have bought several cars from here. Never disappointed with their service. Always quick with paperwork, took more time to pick out car! Was in a situation and they did us a great deal.

I recently had my oil changed at this dealership/service center. Adam provides stellar service and was personable, which is essential in developing repeat customers.
Great experience at Lithia Dodge! - danabrb
I dropped my Charger off at 5 pm for an oil change. I knew it was last-minute, but it was overdue and it was my best available time. The service dept is great here! They work hard to make sure my car is well maintained. The courtesy shuttle is so helpful! Great staff all around & I have recommended Lithia to my family.
Fantastic Truck, Nice People, Great Selection - BigG
Very clean, friendly, well run operation. Been to a lot of dealerships recently while looking for a new 2019 3500 Ram truck. Have seen lots of dirty, very unorganized car lots. This one, every truck was clean and shiny. The trucks were all grouped together so it was easy to focus and choose from the ones I was considering to ultimately purchase the perfect truck for my needs. David DeVlaeminck is THE truck guy. He drives and knows trucks. And Zac Smith in finance is about the nicest finance guy you'll ever run across.
Five star rating for your service department! - Pjcoop
I have been coming to Urness motors service Department for service and repairs on my Jeep for several years. They were always so courteous and knowledgeable and quick! I give them a 5-star rating for their courteous, efficiency, speedy services and knowledge!
Easy and Fun - sjbeatty
I’ve bought a few cars over the years from different dealers and Cottage Grove Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram will from now on be my first stop. I’ve always been a skeptic of car dealers and they went out of their way to prove to me their customers come first. My fiancé and I needed a loan for a vehicle and dental work, they took care of everything! We got a better interest rate on the auto than any other banks we had spoke with and a much lower rate for the cash financing! Jeremy the salesmen was caring, fun, and diligent. Dan the service manager was polite and to the point answering all my questions about the warranty. Michael in finance was funny and took the time to listen to my concerns when the first bank turned us down. I hadn’t experienced or have I often heard where a car dealership creates a win- win for everyone but they did and quickly too!! If you want a good deal, honesty, and a fun time buying a vehicle, these guys are for you!
Very good service - Lloyd1245

Legacy Dodge 5 * Review - cargaldavis
I would like to recognize Legacy Dodge as a 5 star Dealership based on my experiences. I have never had a more positive auto buying experience ever! They didn't have exactly what I wanted so they looked elsewhere; finding the truck I wanted in Washington. I got an excellent deal, and I know that as I had done some price checking. Robb Gregory, Sales Associate, and Nick, Auto Appraiser, were fair straight and upfront, without any playing any games. They delivered the truck to me and gave me a loaner to drive while I waited for mine to get here. The entire team including finance were friendly!
I recently went to the dealership to get my mirror replaced and spoke to James in Parts, who was professional and courteous in getting the mirror ordered and scheduling me to get it fixed. The Service Department as well were courteous, friendly and efficient. It is obvious that the mission of this dealership is courteous customer service. I highly recommend Legacy Dodge to everyone!
Great Buying Experience - MsdevineM
This was my first time purchasing from Dick's Country Dodge. On a whim, I pulled into the dealership to take a peak at their inventory and ended up leaving with the truck I'd been looking for! From the moment I walked in the door, the staff was super friendly and helpful. My salesman Randy May was very professional and helpful. No B.S. no pressure, friendly, knowledgeable and fun to work with! Thanks Randy for everything. I definitely look forward to working with you in the future. What a great buying experience!
Car service - Jensinek27
John is always my go to when something happens with my car. He is always very helpful and gets my car done in a timely manner.
Very good experience for my first vehicle purchase - rodriguez217
My first time buying a a vehicle and Alan McKinney was very helpful and friendly making the whole process much easier. Very good customer service overall would recommend to family and friends.
Good experience - sethreinhart
Skylar was easy and transparent, and David "in the back room" was a good guy to work with. My advice is to know what you want before you go in, and know all the details of the transaction (fees, options, extras) before you get started. And of course, shop around. That takes all the unknowns for us consumers off the table and it becomes a very fun transaction. Yep, I said fun. Loving our new Jeep!
the best - me
Jon Hagen was great, new I was on a time frame since out of the area. did super job! all people involved were great to work with
Finally a great dealership experience! - New buyer
Can’t say enough about how straightforward and quick the sales associates Kyle Walker and Austin Bohatch were today. I spent minutes not hours in the dealership once my choice was made and really appreciated the prompt service. Left the dealership and still feel good about my transaction.
Great used car buying experience - Mollie
We bought a used Jeep Renegade and had the best experience we have ever had at a dealership. The process was transparent and our sales rep was friendly and engaging.
Buy new car - Newcargirl2019
Excellent experience. Everyone from Rodger to the manager and the gentleman in the finance office were very helpful, They gave me time to think about what was most important in choosing the Jeep Grand Cherokee and helping me with financing. They were patient when I needed to leave for work and return the next day to finish. I really appreciated they returned the rental car for me. Rodger was great in helping me take my 93 year old mother for a test drive. I needed to be sure she could get in/out of the vehicle & be comfortable.
Amazing Sales Crew - jonjexs
I was in the market for a new vehicle after being rear-ended on Marine Drive. I went to browse cars and was greeted by Austin at Gresham Dodge. They were great at discussing the cars and the features. They never made me feel pressured. The conversation and process was enjoyable. Salesperson Kito was also amazing. Gresham Dodge, you have great employees with these two.
Avoid this dealership at all costs - Ariel O
Starting this by saying that this review doesn't reflect the front sales folks. We had excellent interactions with David Morrow & Jeff Connelly, who worked with us before getting to Finance.
We'd been following prices on Jeep Renegades for a few weeks, & while Jeep had multiple KILLER incentives being offered through 7/31, prices had been just a hair out of our comfort zone. I ended up engaging David Morrow at Tonkin, & he was excellent at providing us some options. They had one 2018 vehicle on their lot that met our requests, but it was out of budget. While we hoped to wrap one up by 7/31, it was looking grim, until the morning of 7/30 when they slashed the advertised price significantly. We pinged David about it, & after being told there was no flexibility on the price, we decided to move forward anyhow. David assured us that we'd be eligible for any additional rebates if we qualified, including our TrueCar incentive.
We make it in around 5pm, & David pairs us up with Jeff Connelly. After a quick look at the vehicle, we go into a room, & he starts preparing the deal at full advertised offer. We mentioned we also had an eligible TrueCar rebate for $500. He heads off to Finance, & this is when things start going south. First, he comes back and tells us that when they try to enter the TrueCar rebate, it kicks one of the other rebates out. (RAISED EYEBROW #1) We tell him we were assured by TrueCar & David that the rebate would apply, so he heads back to Finance. He comes back into the room to try to show us what is happening, & all of the rebates are accepted during his attempt. Phew. Jeff asks if we planned to finance through Chrysler (& take advantage of a $500 rebate), & we decide to pay half in cash & finance the other half. He brings back a piece of paper reflecting accurate numbers, & we tell him all looks good. We fill out the credit request, are shown that our credit scores are excellent, & were told that things were being handed off to Finance.
Enter person #3. Jason Lent... a representative from the Finance side. He tells us that something funky came back on our credit report, & that he was unable to get in contact with anyone at Chrysler Capital since their offices were already closed. He says it's probably just a little something that we can clear up with some submitted documentation, & we could take care of it in the morning. We tell him we are concerned since there are several incentives due to expire that night, & he assures us that everything will be fine since he is leaving the sale date of 7/31 as-is. I mention that the last thing I want is to come in the next day & be told something differently. He says not to worry, he would be in around 10:30am, & would give us a call so we could submit whatever was needed and wrap things up. We leave a little uneasy, but reassured.
We hadn't heard anything by 11:30 so we ring the dealership & are told today is his regular day off. (RAISED EYEBROW #2) I call David, who clarifies that credit request declines are cut and dry (funny that the Finance person "isn't aware" of that) so we won't be able to get approved, & we tell him we'll just do everything all cash. He tells us that will be fine, but we'll just lose the $500 finance incentive, which sucks, but we'll manage. We head back to the dealership, again pair up with Jeff Connolly, & are quickly told that 2 of the rebates are now expired (including the $500 incentive for financing, which they argue was $1k, until we pulled out screen captures - ha!), & the best price they can do is $2500 over last night's price. We mention that we were assured more than once by Jason that the rebates would still apply. Now it becomes a game of he-said he-said, & conveniently nobody can reach Jason.
In comes Sales Manager Walter Rogers (total greaseball), who holds firm what Jeff told us, & with a best-of price thousands higher than last night's offer. He says changing the deal date is illegal, & refuses to accept any responsibility for Jason's assurances. Had we not flat out been lied to the night before, we would have closed the deal in cash, though I'm convinced there would have been some other reason to delay the sale a day.
Long story short, they had ZERO intention of selling the vehicle at the price they advertised. Clearly a bait & switch to get people in the door the last day of the month, hence the coincidental slashed price the night the rebates expire. I also question the credit decline, since all they could produce was a paper saying "Decision: Counter Offer". (Doesn't sound like a decline to me!) Waste of 3.5 hours and my faith in humanity. Greasy, shady, and unethical. You'll need to shower when you walk out of there. Save your time & sanity & go elsewhere!
Great experience. - Black beauty
We were just coming to look and wound up going home with the most gorgeous car I have ever owned!!!
Matthew was the most down to earth car salesman I’ve ever had. Matthew has a lot to do with helping and guiding me to buy my car. Very pleased :)
Worst Experience Buying A Car - jelthack47
This is by far the worst experience I have ever had when buying a car. I bought my car May 9th and have yet to get my title so that I can get my plates. There have been issues with the financing department because I moved from Washington to Oregon 5 days after purchasing my car so the taxes are wrong. However, it seems like no one is even trying to resolve the issue. After calling several times, I finally talked with someone on the phone who told me the only way to fix it was to resign the paperwork and that I had to do it in person, not through fax. We set up a day for me to come in. He said he would have the paperwork ready when I got there so that it would be short and sweet. I drove all the way there to sit there for 4 hours because no one knew what I was talking about or how to resolve it, and the paperwork wasn’t ready.. I ended up signing new paperwork to change my address and they said they would file it Monday (I went on a Friday) and let me know. Two weeks later and I still haven’t heard anything. I’ve called several times and left several messages. I finally got through yesterday and the finance guy once again had no idea what I was talking about and had to be reminded. He took my phone number down (which is on the answering machine at least 5x) and said he would get it figured out and call me back. He never called me back. I called this morning and again, got his voicemail. Does anyone do their job here?
Purchase a new Cherokee - Keith
I purchased a new Cherokee from Lithia last week and could not be more pleased with the transaction. Meghan and Aaron worked out all the details by text, phone and emails.
Living at the north end of the state, Meghan was happy to meet me in Springfield to do the swap and sign paperwork. (in case you are wondering why I bought so far from the Portland area, they had the exact Cherokee I wanted and did better on the pricing)
Aaron did a great job with the financing and didnt hide anything in the paperwork. Everything that was promised was given.
Thank you Megan and Aaron for the great purchase experience. I would recommend them to anyone.
I took my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee in because my TPMS... - AlexKloewer
I took my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee in because my TPMS light was on and blinking, according to my owner's manual I needed to take it in to get scanned. Knowing, only certain places have the appropriate scanner, I took it to MTM because I used to know the former service manager and always had positive results from taking my vehicle in. As soon as I take it in, after making the appointment by phone and explaining my problem and having the person agree that I need to have it scanned, the man at the who takes my keys says the TPMS light means the tire pressure needs to be checked. Obviously, I have already been to Les Schwab numerous times and my tire pressure is fine, also I had looked into before making an appointment. After insisting my tire pressure is fine and that it needs to be scanned, he takes my keys. Anyway $200 and one sensor replaced later, I pick my car up. As soon as I drive it off the lot, the light comes back on. I take it back after work to get scanned because no one answers the phone after I'm halfway back to work. They scan it and said codes needed to be reset but that it is now fine. I drive off the lot again and the light comes on again. I call to make another appointment. I take it in for another scan and they call me back and tell me that now my right front TPMS sensor has gone out and it will be another $200 to replace. I prefer to have no blinking lights in my dash, so I agree to have them order the part. Yes, I did ask whether my left front sensor had even needed to be replaced and they said that yes it was an odd coincidence that the left front one went out and then the right front one went out. That appointment was on March 22, 2013. I have not heard from them since then. It all seems rather fishy now. If possible, I would take your car for servicing elsewhere. I still have a TPMS blinking light in my car. I was willing to pay for the other sensor to be fixed and they never called me back after ordering the part. I was never rude to them, but now I am pretty angry and unsatisfied.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE - DodgeGuy
This dealership went above & beyond my expectations! I came in for an routine oil change & shock replacement and left with a smile. While getting the service for my Dodge Truck the Tech Mr. Brian Potter noticed some leaks that needed immediate attention. From his further inspection these were in my opinion & his critical that would have caused a major problem for me on my return trip home. He got on his computer found the parts to install (some parts in inventory some not). That is not all, the Owner found out my situation and at his expense brought the parts in by sending his staff to get them from a surrounding town(s). It was repaired the same day! My hat is off to this Dealership!! In my opinion they are the 'Gold Standard' of Dealerships and others could learn how it is done from them!!!
I highly recommend this Dealership!
