Ron Tonkin Kia was referred to us by our neighborhood mechanic who had heard good things about them, we took our Niro EV in for a front camera problem, Christian and Makayla were the 2 Service Advisors who worked with us, they were absolutely kind, warm, and helpful, because our car is out of Kia 5-year/60000 mile warranty, the matter for a hopeful extended warranty coverage is on Kia Customer Care’s hand, still, our experience with Ron Tonkin Kia through the initial consultation, diagnostic appointment/loaner car, and post diagnostic/loaner return was simply 5 stars, great people makes good business, may thanks to Makayla and Christian!
