I made a appointment for Saturday afternoon online. I take my vehicle and was told they dont do the service i need on saturdays, but no where online did it say such thing. So i said ok I will keep it here and they told me it would be looked at first thing monday morning. Not hearing anything monday, i finally called around 4 to see if they found out whats wrong with it. The guy tried looking to find out and said the manager is gone, so is the tech. He said they will call me on the next day. Tuesday about midday i recieve a call telling me that its not worth fixing my vehicle. And the codes they didnt even tell me what they were. Spent 2 days there and i got no answers. My car is in very good shape but not according to kiefer kia.

I would not do business with them..had a salesman Say try an talk me into a car that I didn't want do to the mileage..when asking him a question as to the price and if they would come down 900.00 he says "I don't know why they would xxxxING do that" I was in shock at the lack of respect and poor customer service he displayed, especially when I was there to purchase a vehicle, which by the way they expect full price..There's no room for negotiation at this place! After that I spoke to the general manager named Dave and he said he was going to handle the situation...He should be fired!!

I bought a brand new Kia Sportage and was told I get free maintenance check ups. After the 1st check up it was a nightmare trying to get back in. My online profile doesn't work after the 1st scheduled appointment. I call in to schedule an appointment and they now refer me back to the website (which doesn't work). No one seems to be able to help me once they got my money.
I'm a single father with 2 kids & don't have time to stop in & schedule an appointment. Now that my appointment was scheduled late, my factory warranty is invalid. I feel used & taken advantage of. None of the promises made by this establishment has come to fruition. Don't ever buy a car from POWER!
