Horrible customer service. - Mpharrison04

Horrible customer service. Did not give us an appt time to buy a car on the date we decided. The salesperson Jared texted us 3 times and when we responded shortly after he told us the first time was taken. So we tried for the second time he then told us that time was taken. Informed us they only had one person to do the sales paperwork. So on a 35k+purchase they acted like we were an inconvenience. We went elsewhere and would not recommend this dealership.

DO NOT BUY HERE. - JD.Park

DO NOT BUY HERE. Sold a dangerous, fraudulent car that suffered a near-fatal failure. my mother bought a vehicle from this dealership two months ago. The staff explicitly admitted the car had pre-existing safety hazards—specifically the left inner/outer tie rods and failing brakes—and told her she had to pay extra money to fix them and inspection. They also completely hid a major prior crash, which I discovered because the aftermarket hood does not sit or latch safely.Despite regular maintenance (including checking and adding oil a week ago), the car suffered a catastrophic explosion while my mother was driving on I-80E right after the bridge right before the george n. craig travel plaza. The engine threw a rod, blew open the back of the motor, and completely SEVERED THE BRAKE LINES on the highway. She barely avoided a fatal crash at 74 years old no less and was left stranded at a highway rest stop with a destroyed engine and no brakes. When I reached out for help to safely retrieve her belongings and resolve this nightmare, the General Manager completely ignored my emergency messages and left us stranded. This dealership knowingly sells dangerous, un-inspected vehicles and hides prior accident histories and slips the fraudulent carfax out of the folder they give you so you cant prove it I am currently filing official auto fraud complaints with the State Attorney General and the DMV Licensing Division. Save your life and your money go ANYWHERE else. Help spread the word for everyones safety!

I went to Patriot GMC in Boyertown because we had an interset sales deal. All ready to go and when i drove 1 1/2 hours to get there and they informed me the price increased by $10k over the deal made online. Now i am at Oneil. I had great service from the late Jamie at the Oneil Collision Center in hatboro on multiple occasions. I figured i would give this dealership a shot at my new truck. Right from the beginning i felt i was being well taking care of. I am working with Eric Wong and found him to be honest and forthright. I initially looked at a GMC Denalli, loved the truck, however towing capacity was much less than i required. He helped me look into exactly what i need, and we are in the process of building the right truck for me. So far, this dealership has been easy to work with and has made this exciting purchase fun. Kudos to Team Oneil!

Easy deal, fair price, no nonsense, no up-selling. I negotiated via a phone call and the car was ready when I arrived. I just needed to complete the usual documentation.

Dealing with the CHarper used car staff, especially Ernie - jeprogar

Dealing with the CHarper used car staff, especially Ernie Moyer, was an easy and enjoyable process. The car we purchased for for my wife and Ernie was extremely helpful guiding her through the the process and helping decipher the technology that's available in the car. My wife is fully setup and excited to be in her new Cadillac!

Experience was great, John worked with me to get the - Nick S

Experience was great, John worked with me to get the right numbers on a Silverado I really wanted. He worked through the process with me while I'm purchasing my first home. He helped me with securing my truck and a down payment to hold onto it until I close on my house. Very happy with the service this dealership provided and I can't wait to get into my new truck!

I had a great experience buying my first car from - meadowsbrooke18

I had a great experience buying my first car from Northstar. I was contacting Mario through email prior but he was previously engaged and Blake jumped right in to make sure I was taken care of. My mom and I had a great time chatting away with Blake and Angela all throughout the test drive and financing. The 2015 Nissan Sentra was in beautiful condition and they had already put in so much work to make sure it was in perfect driving condition and even handled a part that had a recall on it. I couldn’t have wished for a faster or smoother buying process, can’t recommend them enough !

They called the police on me for 'stealing a rental' - NoThanks

They called the police on me for 'stealing a rental' while I was in the hospital. Blaise Mazda sold me a car with one fob thst only works part time. It finally died, and I was referred to Blaise GMC. They ordered me a key, but would not come to me to program the fob, or tow the car. They were kind enough to give me a rental, as I was having a major surgery. I get out of the hospital to a message saying they reported it stolen. They said they'd send a tow truck to my house to get my car, and I can return the rental. No, no. They sent a driver to pick up the rental. The drivers were kind, and agreed that my decision was ridiculous. He called someone at the dealership, and they called the POLICE. They told the police there was no rental agreement and that I was 'racking up tickets' which the cop immediately shot down, as i had a copy of the rental agreement, hospital discharge paperwork, and he ran my information prior to coming. To make matters even crazier, they vehicle upgrade manager, Larry, called the animal shelter I work and and said that someone 'dumped a domestic rabbit in his yard' and that it needed to be rescued. I have never in my life experienced something this insanely unprofessional. So now I'm out almost 1000 for new fobs.

Wish I could leave a zero. I found a new car on their... - Kevin F

Wish I could leave a zero. I found a new car on their website that we have been looking for. Spoke with “Jess” who said it was still available. Scheduled and appointment to look at the vehicle as we had to drive 2 hours to get there. I was told to meet “Nate” when I got there. I called before leaving to verify the vehicle was still there and the exact location. The vehicle was still available. When arriving two hours later, I walked in the store and asked for Nate. Nate wasn’t there. I told the guy that greeted me why I was there and he had no clue what I was talking about. After an hour of searching and phone calls the manager finally had to admit the car was not at that location but another location and was sold. So I’m busy calculating the time(6 Hrs) mileage(214), and expenses($65 at Applebee’s to soothe my wife)I incurred for the incompetence of a unprofessional “Family owned” business.

After being a loyal customer for over 25 years, I'm very - Houseman

After being a loyal customer for over 25 years, I'm very disappointed in how they treated me. My family has bought between 12-15 vehicles from them being mostly new. I was going to order a 2023 GMC Yukon SLT off them. After sitting down with them they told me they would not offer my Dads GM employee pricing that they did not have to offer. Since they are in high demand. After calling 4 other dealerships near them. They said they would offer with no mark up. Shame on Jennings for lining their pockets over loyalty. Brought all my vehicles to get serviced. No more! They lost a life long customer.

Best car buying experience. - Dawn

This was my first experience with this dealership and I was pleasantly surprised. The price I was quoted over the internet for the SUV I inquired about never changed when I got to the dealership. Every other place I had gone to would change their story once I got there, can't give the incentive and 0%, you get one or the other...you know, the typical old song and dance everyone goes through. But at this place, I got both, the incentive and the 0% financing....and they gave me exactly what I thought my car was worth right from the start! It was my best car buying experience ever. I recommend them highly.

Purchased dodge truck 2015 including TST Silent Rider & - randmcun

Purchased dodge truck 2015 including TST Silent Rider & Remedy. This coverage was misrepresented and deceitful. The undercoating we paid for was not done leading to rust, poor paint job, with rust a 2nd time. Owner not available to return call. If this prevention coverage was done as advertised this review would not exist.
