I visited the dealership in my search for a new GMC for my potential next lease. The dealership was very attentive and did everything they could to find a car that had the items I was looking for. Abdoul in particular was incredibly helpful and was patient to answer questions regarding their vehicles. He did his due diligence to try and find me the right car and negotiate a deal easily. He was available for questions at any time and was willing to help in anyway possible during my shopping experience.

From the get go, we were given a sense of pressure and urgency from one of the sales managers. My wife and I no sooner stepped out of the car and we were being questioned. While this isn’t a fault in and of itself, I told the gentleman that we were just browsing and didn’t want help yet. He kept refuting me and didn’t want to hear no. After telling him 3 times we didn’t want assistance yet, he walked away visibly upset. And to my dissatisfaction , he ignored my request and STILL sent a salesman to talk to us. The dealership wasn’t willing to budge on price, regardless how much I offered to put down, which isn’t totally damning. What did agitate me is when I was told they have military discount, but it’s a “case by case” discount. And the vehicle I was there for didn’t qualify for the discount. How convenient. The only reason this review isn’t worse is due to my salesman Sydney. She was not pushy, she was honest and easy to talk to, much unlike what I experienced with the rest of the staff. If you employed more people like Sydney, this would be a comfortable dealership to visit.

I was searching the internet to purchase a new vehicle with certain specifications that I wanted to have on a new car and I came across a place that I had never heard of before called Jo-Dan Buick/GMC. They had over 30 Buick Encores in stock at an almost unbelievable good price with some of the features that I wanted. I was debating on whether or not to make the 45 minute drive as we all know that the price you see on the internet is often too fantastic to be true. These guys actually delivered at the promised price with no hidden fees or markups as is often the case when you walk into a dealership. The interest rate was excellent for my purchase and the paperwork was quick and painless. They were very professional and very courteous and didn't attack you the second you walked onto the lot. In fact, I had to hunt a salesman down as they were quite busy. My only critique of this business is that they need to work on their internet marketing so that more people know they exist. The salesman John told me that they have been in business for al little less than a year so here I am writing their first review! Give these guys a try as I am so glad that I decided to make the drive to check them out. My wife loves my new Winterberry red Encore so much that I don't know if I'll get to keep it! She keeps telling me how cute it is, so it's not looking good..

Carla and Maniya were both awesome and also kept me updated and coordinated my rental and made sure my paperwork was in order, and also got me into a rental when they didn’t think they had one available with such short notice. Krista in service was also amazing. I drive an 11 GMC Terrain which are known to have mechanical issues, and when I picked my car up, it drives like its new. I drove 2.5 hours to get my new 2018 Regal TourX. Joe, the floor manager was very professional and answered all my questions via email, text or phone call. I also worked with Ron and he sorted out my other questions. When I arrived he showed me features and took me on a test drive. After that I met with the Business manager and sorted out the paperwork. Overall is was a great experience buying my first new car but 5th GM product. Joe even ordered cross bars and tire inflator for me.

Huge dissappointment - Dissappointed customer
Had an appointment to see a Canyon truck at 5:00 p.m. Live in Pittsburgh and drove over 1 1/2 hours only to be 5 minutes away from the dealership to find out the truck was sold. His attitude was first come first serve, even though he knew how upset I was. I was yelling and he stated well you were suppose to call me but I have the e-mails regarding our scheduled appointment and him stating I will have the canyon keys ready and waiting for you. Had to drive another 1 1/2 home so 3 hours of driving for nothing, Not even a lets see maybe we can make a deal on another vehicle. .

Truck is not able to run in snow. Service cannot offer a loaner for a week plus out. No one cares. Too bad mentality on the purchase of a $60k truck. My Audi ran better in the snow and their service was outstanding. GMC needs a lesson in customer satisfaction and reputation management.
