I visited the Monroeville Cochran location Saturday afternoon to see what was available and what would suit my trade in. Emmanuel Beard assisted my husband and I on vehicles we were interested in. After test driving several makes and models in their used car dept., we selected a Land Rover. Emmanuel was very patient with our uncertainty surrounding any knowledge with this model. He was very helpful and answered our many questions. After the paperwork was completed, he spent as much time as we expected to review the many highlights of the vehicle so we were comfortable with all of the accessories.

I previously had a 2014 Buick Encore that I "loved"---it was just the right car for me and my needs. I was looking and found my exact same car but a new 2018 at Thomas in Johnstown and wanted to grab it before it got away, it's the same thing I had. When I went to the dealer my salesman John Phillips went thru many different things and explained everything to me. We took the car on a test drive and he explained different features with me---he was very thorough. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating at the dealership. When I picked up my car this afternoon, Tom Kirby, helped in getting me set up with all the different internet, computer, etc. features. He gave me his card and said to call or email if I had any more questions on any of the internet type things ---that is very reassuring to me because I am computer challenged at times. It was a very pleasant experience and reassuring to know that if there is any questions or anything I know that I can call or drop by and they will get me fixed up.

He had a few ready for us to test drive right on the spot, and we were able to make a smart, informed decision based upon Kirk's helpful suggestions, honest feedback, and overall great customer service! We drove away with a snazzy new (to us) Buick Lacrosse! Bill Waksmanski helped so much in making my latest sales experience with Fiore an excellent experience. He was helpful, answered many of my questions and explained, patiently, how the "bells and whistles" worked on my new car and how to set up many of the "new" ones to me. In jumping up nine years, from the 2002 to the 2011, I found many of the same fine qualities that I've counted on in my Buicks, but there were so many new ones as well. Thanks, too, to Tony for making the purchase happen. The service department was courteous and explained that new switches were needed on my sunroof and they would order the parts, then call to set up an appointment when they arrived and were ready for installation. This experience -- my sixth or seventh with Fiore -- was as satisfactory as my previous ones. Thank you for helping me get the car of my "dreams."

I was looking for a used car for my son on a budget of $5,000 to $7,000. I found a car at Granite and submitted an inquiry through cars.com. A dealer rep (Alex) emailed me back and I asked if the car was still available. He said that it was and we confirmed that I would be there in less than an hour to look at it. I thought he would have had the car and a salesperson somewhat ready. When I walked in they were obviously not expecting me and the salesman had to look into where the car was at. He found that it was in the budget lot a few miles away but that there were people looking at it who planned to buy it. As I came to find out, those people were there prior to my emailing Alex, who apparently did NOTHING in response to my email. The salesman then drew my attention to another car (also in the budget lot) and we drove down there to see it. Upon driving it there was obviously a problem with one of the rear wheels and/or brakes. The lone employee/manager at the budget lot emphatically said that he would not fix the car and that it passed inspection which was good enough for them. Both the salesman and the manager did a considerable amount of complaining about Alex (for not even checking as to whether the car was available) as well as their own service department. The budget lot manager claimed that their service department charges them the same labor rate as a person off the street, which is why he could only offer the car in a state of disrepair. After I left I called back to speak to the manager but never heard back. Later in the day I got a canned email from Alex, who was apparently oblivious to the problems he'd created. You know a dealership has problems when instead of trying to make things right and work out a deal they are bad-mouthing each other to customers. Don't waste your time.
