Thank you David Popp for making our experience on buying a vehicle more easier than expected. We were looking at a Chevy Silverado and it had just been traded in. David got to work on getting us this pickup. He even helped to detail the truck and get new brakes for it as he didn't want us to have any trouble with it down the road. We greatly appreciate the honesty and all the running around David did that day for us to be able to drive it home the same day. When we are ready for our next buy we will be contacting him.

My wife and I had a great experience at Klick Lewis. We were at a dealership the day before and were not acknowledged for at least 10 minutes and finally gave us one offer and we asked for more and they said we can't due business if you would like more, unbelievable answer. When we got to Klick Lewis the next day we walked straight to the trucks outside and before we got to the truck area Bryan Houser asked if he could help us. My wife and I knew right away we were at the right place. Every person on the sales team said hi to us and one was at the door on his way out and held the door for us and said hi as well. This sales team is being managed by Joe and I left him know how well we were treated and he is doing a great job. Bryan our salesman was so exceptionally helpful and had us drive multiple trucks and could explain every detail of the truck inside and out. He also went to bat for us and got us more on our trade that we couldn't resist. This was not our first vehicle from Klick Lewis and we definitely recommend this dealership to everyone we know. Steve in parts has always went to bat for me every time I ordered parts and did research on questions I had and always got back to me. The truck we bought has been nothing but a great experience and Bryan even picked up our truck where I work and had the accessories installed and filled the gas tank and brought it back to my work. That in itself was a great addition to everything they have done for us from the first step we placed on their lot. GREAT job to the whole team at Klick Lewis...! While I was in the middle of a road trip, I experienced a component failure on my truck. Despite already having a busy service schedule, the team understood my situation, squeezed me into their schedule, and got my truck repaired, roadworthy, and safe for the remainder of my journey home. That level of customer service is becoming harder and harder to find, and I truly can't thank them enough. Astian Harrington went above and beyond before I even arrived, making sure the necessary parts were in stock so I wouldn't make the detour to the dealership only to find out they couldn't help me. That gave me tremendous peace of mind. As soon as I pulled in, Service Managers Jenny Witmer and Chris Sarkisian greeted me and were already familiar with my situation. They had clearly communicated with one another beforehand, making the entire check-in process quick, seamless, and stress-free. Anthony Shea, the service technician, did an outstanding job diagnosing the issue and replacing the failed component. He treated my truck with exceptional care throughout the repair. One detail that really stood out to me was that, for the first time I've ever experienced at a repair shop, I got my truck back without greasy fingerprints all over the steering wheel or interior. It was obvious he took the time to wear gloves and respect the finished surfaces of the vehicle. That attention to detail speaks volumes about the pride he takes in his work. Overall, this was an exceptional service experience from start to finish. Every member of the team was professional, compassionate, and committed to getting me safely back on the road.
