I will preface this review with saying that my buying experience at D'Ambrosio was fine and was satisfied with the deal I received. After has been a nightmare... This week I will be filing a claim with the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office reporting Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group.
I purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee from their dealership in August. A month after having the brand new car (1,000 miles in) the transmission went on a $57,000 new vehicle. At the time of the issue, I was out of state and the Jeep dealer I had the vehicle towed to did not give me a loaner vehicle. Therefore I had to rent on my for 2 weeks while the new transmission was being put in. This issue was under warranty and did not put up a fight to replace knowing the manufacturer was at fault.
With that said, the rental I paid out of pocket was nearly $700 for the two weeks, plus the added aggravation of the whole deal (and likely resale value drop due to the issue). We are now mid way thru Dec, and I still have not received my refund for the rental vehicle. I have been going back and forth with Dan D'Ambrosio and the District Manager regarding my payment (they even said they would go beyond just the $700 at first for my troubles, but I can't even get what I am owed back). D'Ambrosio Auto Group and Chrysler have every excuse in the book, although the payment has been "approved" for me to receive. This is a substantial amount of money to be out of pocket for this length of time, not to mention I am still having issues with my BRAND NEW CAR!!!! D'Ambrosio needs to reimburse me for my expenses that are due and enough playing games.

South Park Mitsubishi was my first planned stop on day 1 of car shopping. My sales agent, John Kozik was great and extremely patient with me and thoroughly answered all my questions. We test drove 2 different cars and he was extremely knowledgeable about all the features and specs of both types of cars. I instantly fell in love with the Eclipse Cross...I have owned 2 different Eclipse coupes over a 15 year period and have a lot of confidence in the Mitsubishi brand. So we sat down and worked out some numbers and the first offer he gave me was $5000 off of the sticker price even though I didn’t qualify for any of the incentives. So even with their no pressure approach, I was sold, it was too good a deal for a well equipped car. So because of the great offer from the sales team and the positive experience working with John Kozik, I would highly recommend going to South Park Mitsubishi if I were in the market for a new car, I know I’ll be back again in 4 years when my daughter is old enough to drive!!!
Also, Tracy, the financing agent was great and added to the posit e experience. I had several questions for her and she answered everything with patience and easy to understand answers.

I have always had issues when I went to buy a vehicle at a dealership. When I went to halterman's Mitsubishi I was greeted by Larry, and he was polite and he was helpful and he tried to do his best to help me. We worked on what I would be able to afford and what I liked. The next day I came up with my parents and I had a different vehicle in mind and he wasn't upset or angry, he was extremely helpful and I ended up choosing the second vehicle. I never had such a helpful, patient, and courteous car dealer before. Larry was exceptional in knowing how to deal with me and my parents who are not easy to deal with, LOL. And I would recommend him and the dealership to anyone I know who is looking for a new or used car.

I bought a car almost 90 days ago. This dealership NEVER processed my oaoerwork. I had to call five times and threaten to call a lawyer to get them to start the paperwork. My temporary registration expires in a few days and guess what? No registration. They are incompetent and cannot give me an answer as to my paperwork. They never return phone calls. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I came to Jim down on my luck, upside down in a car not suitable for my driving needs. I explained my concerns of needing at least AWD and a vehcile I felt safe in and had room. Jim practically bent over backwards doing whatever he could to help me and made the buying process easier than I expected. Though my payments are high, I understand why they are as I was already upside down in previous loan, and the money I'm spending is so worth it. Jim was honest, knowledgable, and reassuring through the entire process, keeping an open line of communication. I would recommend Jim Ferguson, and Mike Good (the sales manager I worked with) to anyone and everyone! Thanks to them, I feel safe and am a much more confident driver in my brand new Mitsubishi Outlander Sport!

zero stars: (Quakertown Mitsubishi) This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. I purchased my vehicle here and recently had it here for a recall service issue. They sent me a questionnaire to write a review. After responding to the questions, I gave a 7 and 8 star rating out of a 10 being the best which I thought was a very good rating. Today, I called this dealership to make an appointment for an oil change and they literally said they do not want my business because of the review rating that I previously sent. What? Are you kidding. Gene Peruzzi said that I needed to leave a 10 star review in order to receive future service. You've been warned, I highly do not recommend this dealership for anything. I am also gong to call Corporate Mitsubishi to inform them of my terrible experience and now cannot get my vehicle serviced. There is a Ciocca Chevrolet across the street from Quakertown Mitsubishi. Who do you think I will buy my next car from?

NOTHING BUT A USED CAR DEALER!! BEWARE!! I bought a 2006 F250 with 84000 miles from Maggi Mitsubishi, 5/26. This vehicle is my primary means of transportation.I traded in my 2005 F150 and my 2005 Deuce (which I "gave" them on a trade.) I was looking for a 4 door Super Duty. I had this "New" truck 24 hours and it had a bad vacuum noise in the engine, so I take it back to Maggi and they proceed to keep it for 3 weeks. (They did give me a loaner car which leaked in the back seat when it rained), I never got a call from their service department with updates, I had to call them. I had to go there and "talk" to them face to face. When I did talk to them I was told my truck would be done in a few days, in a few days, etc. I was told a few times they called and left messages of which they did not. I live 50 miles away one way trip. On one of said trips a service employee told me a "NEW" engine had been put in this truck prior to my purchase. During these 3 weeks they couldn't find this "vacuum" problem, so after they had taken it to the Ford garage, ran codes, replaced a valve cover, PCV tube and lines, come to find out their mechanics had vacuum hoses improperly routed when they replaced the engine. NOW I get this back on a Monday because I called Friday at 4:30 for an update and the service Dept told me it was done the day before, "Didn't they call you"? Now I have this truck in my possession for only 2 weeks put 675 miles on it and the transmission coolant lines are rusted through and leaking transmission fluid. I called several times to talk to the owner Todd, and he was "busy" he was going to call me back. Well over a week later and he must still be busy. I already contacted Mitsubishi Public Relations and they noted and documented my dissatisfaction with a dealership that has their world renowned image and name on a 1 star review. The BBB and State Attorney General have also been contacted. Time to let my friends and others know. A 5 star review does not have an impact on my employment there. NOW my check engine light is on AGAIN. Now lets see if the honor their "love it or trade it" program, time to take it back.

I should have went to autotrader. The car they sold me for 2 grand had a cracked engine block. Had to scrap the car. Will never trust a used car lot again. I should have listenened to my parents as they warned me about this dealers history here in Doylestown.

My first experince at Desimone was about three years ago when my car was hit. Dave in the body shop made my car look brand new. I later traded it in and got another car, a septa bus hit me from the front and once again desomine made me whole again. Since then i have recommended anyone i know that have a vehicle to go to desomione.

Bought a 2005 wrangler sport. When I went to pick it up I noticed a noise coming from the transmission. Since the car came with power train warranty, the salesman Tim told me that they would take care of it. He bought the used car sales manager out and reassured me the problem would be taken care of. So I took the car home made multiple appointments to have it taken care of and nothing. After about 3 times of taking the car there, the service manager told me he had a mechanic look at it and they changed the fluid. Me being a mechanic looked at the fluid myself and realized the didnt change it. So I'm still within my 30 exchange policy, which is a lie, and they refuse to exchange it. I've been getting the run around every time I call. That the finance manager Kevin is in a "huge" meeting. Then he is with a customer. Then another lie that the "huge" meeting never ended and that he is in another dealer. They just keep passing the phone around and refuse to help. I hope this review helps someone else and they do not buy a car from these guys. I also was told a full tune up was done to this car and they never let me see the engine because the jeep had a lock in the hood. There was a major leak on the valve cover, the air filter looked original, and the spark plugs were old and rusted. Tim, Kevin, and the Michelle which never transfers the phone are all people that can't be trusted. NEVER BUYING A CAR HERE AGAIN OR ANYOTHER OF FRED BEANS DEALERS. I'm sure the owner of this company would not be happy if he heard about the way they are treating their customers.
