Chantelle, the supervisor, is highly professional and warm, with excellent people skills. My consultant, Taylor Johns, communicated clearly throughout the process, and went above and beyond by personally checking my car after the service and explaining the oil-life status to me. Hailey also stayed in close contact with me and maintained great communication. The repair team did an outstanding job taking care of my car. Overall, I am extremely pleased and deeply appreciative of the entire team’s exceptional service.

We live in SA and just purchased a new 2024 MDX from Andrew Davis. This is our 2nd MDX purchased at this dealership. Last one was a 2008, great car!. Although management has changed over the years their philosophy of delivering great customer service across the board has not. Parts and service departments also deserved two thumbs up. I purchased a new vehicle on 2/4/2025. I traded my car in for the new one and paid the remaining balance by check. However, before the sale was completed, I was told I had to fill out a credit report or they would not accept my check. After I completed the credit application, I was informed they would accept my $23,000 in checks for the remaining balance because my credit score was above 800. Based on my experience with this dealership, I feel insulted. The car I purchased is excellent and everything I need, but I'm not sure I'm going to return to this dealership and purchase another vehicle in the future.

I had the experience of dealing with the service department and ERICK VEGA was my person. I am not from here nor do I live here but my Acura MDX was lighting up my dashboard so I brought it in to be assessed. Erick, was kind, considerate, professional and gave me the utmost respect. I am a female and I hate dealing with issues like this on my own because I always am aware that there are salespeople who are scammers; NOT HIM! He spoke with my extended warranty people and handled the whole thing without my first worry. Please, please give this dealership a chance if you are in the market for an Acura and ask for this young man by name!!!

After the Hurricane Harvey aftermath, with my home and my vehicles, I did not know where to start on how I was going to replace everything. I did not know where to start or how I was going to replace everything. The first place we started was replacing 2 vehicles. Our first and only stop was Classic Acura. Our salesman, Chuck Hemphill, was very friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. We told him what we were looking for, how much we could spend and what our notes needed to be. He was very direct with us and we were in and out with both vehicles replacements in no time. Thank you Classic Acura for treating us so well during such a hard time in our lives. YOU HAE OUR BUSINESS FOR LIFE!!!!!
