Great experience, my service advisor Melissa Cates was very knowledgeable and helpful. They came and jump started my vehicle at the house, brought it to the dealership and replaced the batteries and delivered it back to me (free of charge for the valet portion) so I was able to keep my tee time and golfer while they worked on the truck then delivered it back to me. What a superb service!

Service was excellent. I received daily communication from Randall my Service Manager and when Randall was off, Donald, the Service Manager took care of me personally. Excellent experience compared to Randall Reed/Planet Ford who struggled to even return calls. After 5 attempts with them I called AutoNation Ford in Katy and had a service experience equal or beyond what I had at Audi and BMW. Highly recommend this dealership for service!

I took my Duramax in for service due to a misfire, and I was educated and advised to make the right decisions on getting the problem repaired and resolved. Neal in Service really knows how to take care of customers and I was able to make the right decision while tear down of the area of my engine Was in process to go ahead and go the extra step to replace other parts that were potentially going to need service in the future thus for creating a great financial experience. I really appreciate a thorough attention to detail and communication and timelines. It took the entire team to get me in and out in a reasonable timeframe. I will absolutely be back with my Tahoe and Duramax as needed. thank you, Neal and the technicians for excellent service
