Hillsboro Ford is our go to, service advisor David is so nice and helpful. On last oil change we found oil leaking and they came to our house to see what the problem was as we live 30mins away and didnt want to drive with low oil. They left the old gasket on it accidentally causing the oil filter not to seal properly. Hoping this was a one time issue and they take more care next time.

Had our Jeep towed in on a Monday morning and called Rose. She ALWAYS takes care of us and keeps us updated on any issues or repairs needed along with giving us the best price possible. I'm not usually a fan of using dealers but dealing with Rose is a different level of customer service. There's a reason that she's been there so long. She knows her customers and they ask for her. It was a pleasure having her make the best out of a not so good situation. Rose is a 20 out of 10.
