And their service department is excellent. Their staff is kind and very accommodating. My latest vehicle is a Defender and I am very excited about this dynamic new SUV!

Car we drove had a broken strut. The 'manager' came back and said the fix was two new struts, total $2160, but would only add on $1900 to the price of the car to fix it as a courtesy. Who sells a broken car to someone and asks them to pay for it to be drivable before closing the deal.

Giving two stars because they seem competitively priced, (as long as there's no hidden dealer fees I wasn't aware of) and was quick to respond to my inquiry, Sabrina even followed up the next day.. on the other hand, I am 4 hours away.. and have two children. I asked Torrey if he could assist with getting me a ROUND ABOUT figure on my trade..so I could have an IDEA of what my car is worth to that dealership (we all know dealers are different and will give you different numbers) that way I can determine driving 4 hours with 2 kids. and spending money on a hotel for the night... If we were way off on trade, clearly I'm not making the drive, but if were close, id be open to the drive.. But it was REFUSED unless I came in... So if your an OUT OF TOWN buyer, who has a trade.. I would say don't waste your time here!

I was sold a maintenance plan after clearly stating I wouldn’t be in El Paso long. I was told it wouldn’t be an issue. Since moving, I’ve called almost daily trying to cancel — no help. Nick keeps taking my number and promising a callback that never happens. I only left my first review because they offered free gas — now I regret it. This has truly been the worst experience ever. I was even hung up on today by NICK, so unprofessional.

I am grateful for getting my engine replaced from it being faulty. That being said they did a great job with handling everything as possible. The only place for improvement would be in more communication in a timely matter on what is going on with your vehicle. I understand that this location is busy and they are backed up. Other than that, everyone was very helpful and very friendly.

Left a review yesterday about the terrible customer service from Luxury Auto Works and a 1986 Mercedes classic car we bought recently and the problems we are having with it that were not disclosed at the time of purchase, and how the owner Thomas won’t even answer our emails or phone calls. Just ridiculous!! My friend Lyla, a retired schoolteacher bought the car and since that time we had a certified mechanic in San Antonio look it over and says it had numerous mechanical issues that were obviously not disclosed at purchase, and we were told that these are not recent issues. Anyway, we do not recommended Luxury Auto for anything!!!
