I Really Don't know where to start man. - Kenny

I Really Don't know where to start man. When I say this Dealership made my day today and I'm too happy right now the names I'm about to put went all out for me I never been to a dealership that make it happen like these guys and the ladies also I can't leave them out and it was clean in the inside as it should but Raul the Manager, you was amazing on helping me with everything and Anthony the salesman was top-tier and on point with the numbers he know his numbers like crazy y'all need to see me smiling hard as heck while I'm typing this and the last person Jose the finance manager we had a conversation like he was the big brother and I'm the baby brother I felt so at home with all of you guys y'all really made me feel welcome. Nobody had an attitude it was all good vibes and energy

Brandi Kelley is the best, it’s like shopping with your - Brandy T

Brandi Kelley is the best, it’s like shopping with your BFF. I love being able to go into a dealership and have someone who doesn’t talk down to me and can still be honest with class. They were all very helpful. This is the second car my family has purchased from here.

Have had my vehicle in there 3 times every time I pick it - Ratliffmichael393

Have had my vehicle in there 3 times every time I pick it up. It has a new problem that it has never had I highly do not recommend this place for servicing of your vehicle. They have messed my vehicle up instead of fixing it the owners are rude and the service guy angel gives you a run around my vehicle is a 2023 so it should not have any issues when it went in for a diagnostic on the way it shifted not a timing issue then now a cooling fan issue just to be told they havent done nothing wrong. I am going to be out even more money getting a second opinion and to figure out what is going on with my car after they messed it up

I had a very good experience purchasing my car. - VL Webb

I had a very good experience purchasing my car. Marko Skodric was the nicest, most professional and attentive car salesman I've ever had. I highly recommend Marko and will definitely keep him on top of my list when I'm ready to make another car purchase. Thank you again Marko❣️

I was TOWED into the repair shop at 10am on Friday. - robeanorocks

I was TOWED into the repair shop at 10am on Friday. Checked in with Julie, she advised me that they could look at my vehicle that day. I let her know I would be waiting because I was 6 hours from home. 5 hours later I find someone else for an update, to get told that mt vehicle wasn't put into the system correctly and they had no idea I was waiting on it. Saturday morning finally get the estimate. Vehicle was to be ready to drive out on Tuesday. Tuesday rolls around and I get told the one issue is fixed but vehicle still isn't running bc it needs another repair. And on Friday that I was advised this repaired wasn't needed to make vehicle operational. Now here we are with over 4k in repairs and a week without a vehicle

I brought my 2023 Silverado to Peltier Chevrolet for a - county5903

I brought my 2023 Silverado to Peltier Chevrolet for a clunking noise coming from the rear of the truck. Nick got me checked in and made the process easy from the start. Since I was leaving for vacation, I left the truck with them while I was gone. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem, make the necessary repairs, and get the truck taken care of while I was away. Nick kept everything moving smoothly, and the entire experience was handled professionally. Outstanding service once again from Peltier Chevrolet. I appreciate the communication, quick turnaround, and quality of service. This is exactly why I continue to bring my vehicles to Peltier Chevrolet.

Ricardo was our salesman and he did an excellent job. - coltbewley45

Ricardo was our salesman and he did an excellent job. This was the first vehicle out of our last few that I dealt directly with a salesman, as my cousin works there and I just go through him so I don’t have to deal with someone overly pushy. Ricardo never came across as pushy at all. He was very knowledgeable and worked hard to get us as close to our “drive it off the lot” price.

Trust me you won't regret from buying from Houston Auto - mucyocollins1

Trust me you won't regret from buying from Houston Auto pre-owned top notch service.

Buyer beware. - LucasT

Buyer beware. I love my Kia. I wish I could say the same about the experience of buying it from here. Here is a bit of advice: When you say "no add-ons," read every line of the paperwork they put in front of you. I found dealership products included in the initial paperwork despite making my wishes clear. When you're told "zero down," check exactly how that number was reached and which rebates or incentives are being applied. If your new vehicle is being transferred from another dealership, ask beforehand whether it will be transported or driven. Better yet, ask for documentation of the mileage before and after the transfer. Mine was driven nearly 300 miles from Amarillo to San Angelo without that being disclosed to me beforehand. Most importantly, check the physical odometer against the Odometer Disclosure Statement before signing. My executed disclosure stated 15 miles. The dealership later confirmed the vehicle had approximately 332 miles when I took possession. I served this country for over a decade. I don't expect special treatment because of that. I do expect transparency and accuracy when I'm signing a major financial contract. Love the Kia. The buying experience is another story.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my vehicle from - Cantu's

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my vehicle from Bluebonnet Chrysler! Travis was an excellent salesman—friendly, helpful, patient, and very knowledgeable. He made the entire process easy and stress-free without making me feel pressured. I truly appreciate the time and effort Travis put into helping me get into the vehicle I had fallen in love with. The customer service was outstanding, and I would definitely recommend Travis and Bluebonnet Chrysler to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Thank you, Travis, for making my car-buying experience such a great one!

I was sold a maintenance plan after clearly stating I - Mrs.Shena.Williams

I was sold a maintenance plan after clearly stating I wouldn’t be in El Paso long. I was told it wouldn’t be an issue. Since moving, I’ve called almost daily trying to cancel — no help. Nick keeps taking my number and promising a callback that never happens. I only left my first review because they offered free gas — now I regret it. This has truly been the worst experience ever. I was even hung up on today by NICK, so unprofessional.

It is my one-star review from yesterday, August 4, 2026. - mikebright516

It is my one-star review from yesterday, August 4, 2026. I have attempted to correct the prior review but have been unsuccessful. I truly justified in my feelings after so long a relationship to have been dealt with like a big-city dealership. The wife and I went to swallow my pride, pay the $200 for my 2 cents worth, pick up my truck and live with it. I walked into EAG Service department ready to have the lesson over with this "new" dealership. I was asked to wait to speak to EAG management when the Bill McRae Ford walked up to me and made it all fair and square. Like they have a hundred times over the years, for three generations of my family. She made it 100% good today and in the future. It is my opinion that EAG has had a few growing pains since McRae closed/moved, but the level of hometown pride is certainly back. I was treated like I was the most important customer they have (McRae again) and any "issues" were immediately rectified just like it used to be. I never had any issue with Sales; they made it easy for me and are top-notch. Now it is clear to me that Service of old is back and I am sold. They turned me 180 degrees so quick it was impressive. And refreshing in these days and times.

I had a wonderful experience at Beck & Beck! - Margaret McKinney

I had a wonderful experience at Beck & Beck! Troy Hall was helpful throughout the process. Love my new Buik Envision Avenir!

I went to there to buy at 2021 Jeep Wrangler Sport. - Carla S.

I went to there to buy at 2021 Jeep Wrangler Sport. I told NIck Sorenson that all I needed was GAP because I did not have it on my current vehicle that flooded, I was upside down and would probably have to pay 2 car notes to keep my credit straight. NIck came back and told me my note would be about $520 I asked him if he added the GAP and he said no it would probably go up a few dollars. After a while I was called back to sign paperwork. I was told I was given DOTS to tell my car insurance and that I had oil changes too. I signed where I was told to sign and went home. I checked my paperwork again because I did not understand why my note was higher than I expected and I had put $3500 down. That was when I saw I was not GIVEN anything, I paid for it. They put all these extras on my note before I was shown my paperwork because my note was already high and nobody asked me if I wanted anything. I was given Appearance protection for $1495, Data Dots for $995, and a car care maintenance plan for $1500 on top of my GAP that I said was all I needed. That's an extra $3990 of fluff that I did not want or need. I called Thursday to talk to the Sales manager Devin about the extra $3900 in services I was GIVEN and he never called me back. I would have to be SLOW to agree to all these extras knowing that I put $3500 down, that ate up my down payment plus $400. I have not purchased a vehicle in the Golden Triangle since 2008 when I bought at 2007 Camry from Philpott. Since then I have driven to Houston to get a vehicle. The first time I get a vehicle from this area for convenience I am baboozled. I do not care to hear back from Doggett unless they are willing to redo my paperwork minus these un necessities. It cannot be buyers remorse when you did not know you are buying it. They have to paperwork put together where you sign saying you know you are buying these services but nothing was highlighted for you to see. I did not know what I was paying for and I did not want nor need these at all.

We purchased a used truck from Orr Preowned three weeks - aggiefarmer

We purchased a used truck from Orr Preowned three weeks ago. Paul was friendly and easy to deal with. The dealership said the sunroof would be repaired before we purchased the vehicle. There have been two substantial rains since our purchase and it has an OBVIOUS leak. Now there is water in the floorboard and the passenger side carpet is SOAKED. I have reached out to the dealership to address this and we have received NO HELP or resolution. They have NO intention of taking care of the customer after a sale. You would be better off and wise to AVOID Orr altogether! I DO NOT and WILL NOT recommend these folks!

Paul, LJ, and the finance lady are very dishonest people. - Don’t buy from Tony T

Paul, LJ, and the finance lady are very dishonest people. Don’t buy here at all

This dealership was very helpful. - KaylaMay

This dealership was very helpful. I did have to wait a bit longer due to having more than one engine problem being assessed. I found it very interesting that people are able to see the vehicles being worked on. They will also send a very detailed with pictures recap of everything that was found to be wrong with your vehicle. The staff was very friendly and checked on people waiting very frequently! Was very pleasant

If you want an honest deal, this is your dealership to - Ceharris61

If you want an honest deal, this is your dealership to go to. Willy went over and above to help me get into the vehicle I wanted.

I had an excellent experience buying a certified loaner - Valkyrie

I had an excellent experience buying a certified loaner car with only 8000 miles. Kathy Nguyen was a knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful salesperson, even pairing my phone to my new CR-V before I drove away.

7/29/26 i leased a 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee. - Larry Nolen

7/29/26 i leased a 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Sarah made it the absolutely the best sale event that I had the pleasure to have. I should know because since the dealership opened, I think this the 15th purchase I have made and that’s why I keep coming back. This was the very best experience yet though. From the minute I walked in it was great in every single area of the sale and I drive hard sales. I’m 80 now with health issues but I will be their customer, in fact Sarah promised my wife that she would always treat her the same way should I not be able or other. Again Thank you Sarah.

I bought a 2020 Chevy truck 2 1/2 years ago from this - Anson.wheat

I bought a 2020 Chevy truck 2 1/2 years ago from this dealership. The transmission went out one year after purchasing the truck which they warranty, but didn’t pay for a rental car and cost me my truck two months of downtime that I had to pay for out of my pocket. My credit score is always been 650 to 700. I have never owed anything. They used a company called TD auto finance to financially screw me over the purchase price of my used truck was 39,000. I have paid $27,000 total payments and I still owe $33,000 on my truck 2 1/2 years later I knew better because I’ve paid several vehicles off in my lifetime. I need to get outside financing because they are financial crooks, but I will never use them again. I will never send anybody there and I will never give them positive word-of-mouth my children that will both buy vehicles will not be from there and they will overall lose business because of what they did to me financially, I understand the transmission issue and their shop is always backed up. Their turnaround time is horrible. They don’t pay their technicians. They don’t pay anybody and they take money from everyone. They use shady financial institutions to xxxx people financially so they are done in my eyes. I will never go back there. They might have made a bunch of money off me in one deal, but they could’ve made a lot more money off me over repeat service and I will never go back there and get screwed over like that financially.

He did a great job he answered all my questions knew what - Gloria

He did a great job he answered all my questions knew what I wanted so I wouldn’t have to come back again and they would fix everything that I had gone in for which is a recall on my Jeep. He did an awesome job.

I just wanted to go out of my way to shout this place out - mcole

I just wanted to go out of my way to shout this place out - specifically Cade Priem. In my hunt for mine and my wife's new EV, we went to what feels like (but certainly isn't) every dealer in DFW. I had mostly fine experiences, a bad experience, and then this absolutely stand out experience. It was such a contrast, I felt the need to leave a review which I typically don't bother with. Cade was wonderful, knowledgeable, and willing to spend as much time as we needed answering any and every question I had. As we moved on to continue our hunt for the right car, he maintained contact with us without it feeling aggressive or annoying. More that he was still here to help us however we needed. Sewell already has an understandably great reputation so for him to stand out even amongst other Sewells we visited is something.

In a word, disappointing. - Ricksldo

In a word, disappointing. Waited 50 days to have a part replaced on the drivers seat. Took truck to get service and told my last advisor was gone and the seat part was returned after 60 day of not being installed. One phone call to me could have fixed that. Guess the phones were broken or customer service is not high on their priority. Told they would reorder, stay tuned for the next chapter.
