My salesperson Jon Meadows was great and helpful even after my purchased. I've stopped by and had questions about my car and he's been able to help and encourages me to always contact him with any questions or concerns I may about my vehicle. This service makes you feel very special. The service Dept. there is great and my Gold team Rhonda always takes very good care of me whenever I bring my vehicles in to be serviced.

We have used Koons for several years now. Each time we go they are polite and respectful. As a woman I never feel that their staff is trying pull the wool over my eyes. They also don’t talk down to me just because I am a woman. I’ve also had to come in several times with my small children, and the staff does whatever possible to get us out in a timely fashion. On their busiest days we have even been offered a rental car just so we wouldn’t have to sit around in the waiting room. Top notch staff and service every time!

Two months ago while driving in Virginia my 2011 Buick Lucern broke down. I was 50 miles from my home. I called AAA and they towed my car to the closest GM dealer which was Lindsy Buick GMC. I spoke with service adviser Mr. Jeff Carson. I told him I had mech. breakdown insurance, and notified that company of where the car was. Mr Carson had all my information on how to contact that company. Jeff provided me with a loaner car. It was determined that the motor had seized.
Jeff collected all of my receipts for maintenance, and gave them to the insurance company. He explained to their vehicle inspector the cars problem, and that a new motor was needed.
The insurance company said that my receipts were not enough proof that the car was maintained. Jeff again faxed all my detailed receipts to them He fully explained to them the good condition of the vehicle and the complete and detailed receipts I had.
The insurance company relented and authorized the repairs. If not for Jeff going the extra mile, I would have had to pay a very large bill to replace the car's motor. While a new motor was ordered, Jeff kept me up to date on the repairs progress. I had full use of the loaner car I received from him. He was always professional and informative concerning my car.
Because of the service from Jeff and Lindsy Buick GMC; if and when I buy a new car, I will go to this dealer. It was a pleasure to do business with them. Honesty, professionalism and hard work is still around at a dealer and service dept. like this one.
Absolutely no customer service! - Geezod
Went to look at cars, walked around at least 20 minutes outside. Thought maybe they wete short staffed because of the holiday so we went inside. 3 people hanging around a desk, 1 at a desk, one busy with customers. We stood there with no acknowledgment, hello or any eye contact from any employees for at least 5 minutes before we walked out and drove away. No customer service at all.

When in NY why not go to VA for a Jeep - DinUpstateNY
I just want to say that the team at Shenandoah Motors went above and beyond through the whole process. I had done my due diligence in knowing the make, model, and some "extras" that I sought, however, to find that package in non-xxx rust bucket for a price that was reasonable in upstate NY for a Jeep Unlimited was like watching a one legged unicorn run. It just doesn't happen. Everything is over priced for what is demand, but to find it in a manual 6 speed, with a hardtop to boot. I didn't mind taking my search to the next logical step, and extended my radius. I found an amazing Jeep, in a spectacular head turning color, and immediately submitted an online app for credit approval. Now the boys at Shenandoah had their work cut out for them. They perserveered, got me the financing that put me not only in the vehicle that I wanted, but a payment that I was ready to make. This is leaps and bounds ahead of my local dealers abilities, 640.00 a month-get outttaaaaa herrrre. Beyond that became their unending friendly approach to sealing the deal and getting the job done. They mailed up my documents, while I'd love to say seamless there was a snafu, but the guys at Shenandoah quickly made it right, and alls well that worked out well, I got a cheap and easy flight down, showed up to the dealership and signed a couple of documents and out the door with my shined up and gassed up new ride. Honestly, from one person shopping out of state to another, definitely work with this knowledgeable and aim to please team! If you're near the Front Royal, VA area well then by all means take advantage of your proximity, because Pete Talley is a great Finance Guru to get you what you want, Trey did a great job and even Robbie was super friendly as they sent him (an hour away to Dulles) to chauffer me right to the dealership. Really a great buying experience, but even better when you have a no non-sense get you what you want dealer!

I went to Koons Tysons Chevrolet Buick GMC looking for the advertised great prices on some great trucks. What I received was a great buying experience carried out by an excellent sales team. Sales representative Alexander Alecxih started it off with great customer service skills, both personable and professional. He was attentive, interested, and knowledgeable without his performance feeling contrived. That was followed up by a well-rounded veteran experience as given by his sales supervisor Ryan Thompson. Southern bred, and well adjusted to city folk, Ryan completed the experience and left me completely satisfied with my purchase. I could go on to talk about James in service, or my finance specialist who did all the paper/computer work; but, I'm trying to be brief. But just let me say...I do believe they're available for a repeat performance!

This place is a mess. They cost me money because they said to hold my tags while they do paperwork for a transfer, after 2 months and an insurance violation due to that now they say they can't transfer between classes and now can't give me tags at all. Because of the violation they caused.

James was very professional. We don't like dealerships calling us every five minutes (it's a good way of losing us as potential clients), and he respected that. He told us all our options, all our possible savings / rebates, and it saved us some $$ at the end. We have been shopping for a while. Most dealers hold back, and they won't tell customers everything they are entitled to. Not with James. He lays it all down. We learned a lot. However, I must say teamwork is very evident here. The gentleman sitting next to James jumped right in when James needed assistance. That impressed us. It's quite evident both sales reps. understood the importance of selfless service and teamwork. Joann (spelling) helped us as well. She assisted us in getting us an even better deal on the car we ened up buying. If you want no stress, no nonsense, and the least pressure when in the market for a car, this is the place! Big THANK YOU to the entire GMC team at Woodbrid ge!
Overpriced Cars - Kash
I’ve been looking at car to buy from this dealership for months now, even contacted sales on multiple occasions and still will not go down on the price. Sales rep Ryan Rivera does not answer you back. Spoke with another sales rep Buddy Davis, who was somewhat helpful but it really, but neither of them want business nor does manger Jerry Williams, who I was told to contact to get deal, he never even presented me with his offer. I live in New Jersey and was willing to travel to get the car. Would not recommend anyone looking for a fair price on a 13 year old car go here, or for any car or truck in that matter.

Will do and say absolutely anything for a sale. Their level of dishonestly is a poor reflection of a small town like Farmville. You will basically give your vehicle away if you trade to them. Pay attention to numbers and add-ons. You may think they are loyal, especially if you know them from outside of the dealership...don't be fooled. It takes a certain breed to treat people this way in a small town. I mean, It doesn't take a MBA to know this isn't good business practice.

I was not even sure I needed a new vehicle until I came and visited this lot. I worked with Christian Bradberry who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Christian listened to what I told him and brought me to a vehicle that was more than suitable to my needs, and I got it for a STEAL!!! I got a truck that was almost a decade newer and barely had to finance anything for the deal they gave me on my 93 S10. I strongly recommend Bob Huff Chevrolet Buick GMC and Christian Bradberry if you need any type of vehicle.
