Tyler, our salesman was kind, knowledgeable and courteous. There was no pushy sales guy following us around or calling every other day asking if we had made a choice. We went in, spoke to Tyler and he said if we had any questions just catch his attention and he would be glad to help. We spent the next two weeks looking around at other places but it was crazy. I was browsing Ramey’s Website and found a pre-owned Lexus which I liked. The Lexus was on their Richlands lot. I contacted them via E-mail to get more information about the vehicle and to discuss pricing. I exchanged multiple E-mails with Sidney Smith and Brandon Sheets. After we had basically negotiated a deal via E-mail, my wife and I traveled to the Ramey-Richlands dealership to test drive the vehicle. While driving the vehicle, we discovered that the windshield had a tiny chip / pit, which the dealership promptly had repaired to our satisfaction at their cost. We then finalized the deal.
While visiting the dealership, we met with Brandon Sheets (manager), Christian Yates (sales), Frank Browning (sales), Eugene Hilton (sales), and Chance Moore (finance). All of them were very professional, courteous, friendly, cooperative, and helpful. This was our first experience with the Ramey-Richlands dealership, and it was very positive. We would not hesitate to deal with the Ramey-Richlands staff again for future vehicle purchases.

The car was listed at Rick Hendricks Chevy website (same car, same pictures, with same miles) for $23355. I contact Car Gurus. I will never deal with Rick Hendricks Chevy. I'm waiting to hear back from Car Gurus.

I purchased a used Buick Regal in 2012 from Suttle Motors in Newport News and have been taking the car back to Suttle service department ever since for all of the maintenance. Last week I took the car in for an oil change and for the team to look into my check engine light that had just recently come on. Ronda, my service manager, who is always professional and up front with my husband and myself about the goings on with my car, assured me it should be an easy fix and the car would be ready for pick up the next day. I picked up my car the next evening and drove it home with no issues. The drive home was about 6 minutes. The next morning, as I was driving my daughter to school, the car cut off in the middle of the street after driving for 10 minutes! This had NEVER happened before, not in all the 7 years I have had the car. After the car cut off, I was able to get it to start after 2-3 minutes, but it was completely undriveable. I had to have the car towed back to Suttle service department that day, and with no car, I was unable to go to work where I am a nurse.
After the team had a chance to look at my car, I was told that the car needed a new engine. What the..? The car was perfectly operable before it went in for service just two days before. I had been driving the car everyday to and from work. EVERYDAY for 7 years! How can I need a new engine?
Ronda, who is always great, said she would see what could be done. I waited patiently for a return call. When I called Suttle 6 days later, I was informed the car still needed a new engine and the cost would be $6000-$7000, and I would receive no assistance from GM at all. The best they could do would be to put me in touch with a sales person to see if I could get a trade on the car. What!? So, lets re-cap, I took my car in for an oil change and some MINOR work and now I need a new car? I am livid. My car was not broken or even driving weird when I took it in. My husband and I work hard. We have one son in college and a teenage daughter at home. I need my car and I was not banking on having to make any car payments because I paid the car off so I could afford tuition for my son to go to college. I am disappointed in the solutions I was offered from Suttle. I am angry and I feel totally taken advantage of. I have been a loyal paying customer for 7 years.
I did get a phone call from the Suttle sales rep wanting to "help me out with my car situation due to the high cost of a new engine" but I honestly don't want to purchase another vehicle from Suttle as I HAVE NO FAITH in Suttle Motors anymore. Buyers beware!

We bought a 2019 Yukon XL last week and we are so pleased with the excellent customer service, professionalism and honesty (and that's hard to find at a car dealership). Joann guaranteed us a fantastic vehicle at a fantastic price, and she delivered with absolute perfection. We would go back and purchase from them in a heartbeat. Scott, Tony and every single person that we encountered were friendly, helpful and made the experience a pleasant one instead of a painful one. Buick GMC of Woodbridge is fantastic, I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. Ask for Joann, she is the BEST.
Dishonesty and poor service at its best - Redline
Lets start with my previous review - Bob the general manger never returned my call. I went back after I paid off my car early to get a Gap refund. Krish had never returned my call. I go in and he states I shoud return when I get the title or I can do it now and go through my bank for a refund. Needless to say, another Krish lie - it goes through the dealership. Previously they failed to correctly register my vehicle, luckily Adrian in sales is the best art of that dealership This is all after my car was delivered dirty! I will be voicing my opinion to anyone and on any blog I can to express my concern over thier prro business practices As a first responder, I would hope to be treated more respectfully, but at Ourisman, thats not going to occur for anyone!

Purchased a BRAND NEW Vehicle and it's in for 2nd service visit in 30 days. Even with photographic evidence the tag line I keep getting is that "these things happen"
Turns out this shouldn't happen on a new vehicle and the fact that you don't know what is wrong because this is clearly a lemon is NOT my issue. Management is nowhere to be found... avoidance is key.
Do yourself a favor and stay away.

I had what I thought was a simple issue that turned out to be a major one that resulted in both front doors and the dashboard and center console being removed to replace a couple small air conditioning/heating parts. Ultimate’s staff led by Matt McCoy located the problem and fixed it. I love my 2017 Buick Encore now and am thankful that I took it to Ultimate. The dealer I bought it from, Midway , on the Eastern Shore of Maryland was no help.

THEY DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER OR INTEGRITY, AND IS VERY DISHONEST ABOUT WHAT THEY TELL THE CUSTOMER! WITHIN 45 DAYS OF PURCHASE, THE VEHICLE WAS DISCOVERED TO HAVE A BLOWN HEAD GASKET! YOU CAN READ MY COMPLAINT WITH THE VIRGINIA ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE. I RECCOMMEND FOR ANYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP !!!

Look over what you buy because these guys have no problem selling you a lemon. We bought a new vehicle from them that had a defect that they knew about and did not disclose to us and when we went to have the problem addressed they gave us bogus solutions. I had my truck sent there twice (I asked to have it towed there btw) by my insurance company for repair work by the automotive shop due to vandalism. The first time was great...the second was absolutely the worst experience ever. Shaun, the service manager said his "best guy" worked on my vehicle. I had bolts missing, seals leaking, grease all over my door and hood, brand new oil cooler lines I paid for, the only thing they sold me, LEAKING!. I took it back and they said it was fixed. Omg, it was still leaking oil! Said it was RESIDUAL! I can't even tell you how horrible this place is. Do not go there!
