Brakes on my F-350 got wonky at the beginning of my 1000 mi white-knuckle drive to Madison. I took it in to Kayser Heavy Truck service on 8/5/24, not expecting them to be able to get it into the shop anytime soon. Not only did I get a diagnosis right away, but they were nice enough to fit it into their schedule and begin repairs immediately. I also took the opportunity to have them replace the front tires and perform an alignment. Everyone I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I don’t know everyone’s name but as a team, they had me on the road the next day. Shoutout to Jeremy for not only repairing my brakes and replacing tires; he also eliminated a slow leak in another tire that had confounded two other shops in the past. Experience matters! In short, the Kayser Heavy Truck service department got the job done right and fast, and at a reasonable cost. Highly Recommended!

Took my bronco in cause the tranny seemed to be lagging going up hills..They test drove it twice never put it on a hoist or anything Kevin said there was nothing wrong with it..I was getting ready to leave n Kevin said I had to pay my bill I said bill for what u took my Car on a drive I was charges 105 for a service charge for them driving my car a few miles called Joe and told me nothings free now days the dealership emailed me this bogus number to call to resolve this issue called the number 6 times and left 5 messages nobody ever called back what a joke

Honestly wish I could give zero stars. Service department is s joke. Took my truck in to get looked at because of check engine lights. Truck wasn't even there that long and got told it was done and couldn't find any issue but on my paperwork it says vct sticking do to oil change( which they performed). They cleared the code and said nothing was wrong. First time I drive the truck the light comes back on with the same issues. Now they want me to pay another diagnosis fee to look at the same thing they looked at once. What crooks. And after the service I get told that I had so long to bring it back in on them from the service writer. Horrible experience. Don't waste your time on the warranties from this place either they are just pushing out my work till it's out of warranty is what it feels like.

This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with in over 35 years of buying vehicles (and over 25 vehicles). The only reason I made the purchase is they had the exact car I wanted. But their service is horrific. Every time we make an appointment and even confirmed the service - they fail to deliver. Either they do not have the appointment in their system, or they continually reschedule. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS! Gordie Boucher Ford of West Bend is close by and FAR better.

Once the sale was complete she continued communicating with us on accessories we had ordered that needed to still be installed. We never worried about being forgotten once the sale was complete. Joe Witt and his buddy Bryan Compe are thieves and liars! Don’t buy from them. I bought a used truck from them and had problems with the truck less then 24 hrs after purchase. After further inspection I found that the nut for the upper ball joint was missing. I called them and they were not willing to help. I had to get vehicle tow set up. Once I arrived at the dealership I asked for a refund considering they sold me a vehicle they said was safe and inspected. They sell junk and have no integrity. Avoid them at all costs if u value your hard earned money!

Took 5 calls to get in touch with the salesman. Found oil leaks, broken upper engine mount and later warped brake rotors on the used car. None of these items were listed on the data sheet. Salesman, manager and service manager argued that these were not really leak or broken parts. Would not talk about reducing the price. Lousy salesmanship. Would not recommend.

I had engine trouble while in Door County and a local garage recommended that I call Witt to repair it as it was a certified Ford dealer and service center. The work was done quickly and they even repaired a hose that had a crack, other than the original problem. The repairs cost more than originally told they would be but I had to get back down to my home.I questioned them about the repairs as I had been told by the local garage that it would require more than what the service center said it needed and was assured that they saw this problem many times in my type of Ford and it would be fine. There was a 12 mo/12,000 mile warranty that they now refuse to honor and it has only been 10 weeks and 4200 miles! I have been told by my certified mechanic near my home that now my vehicle will need a head replaced or a used engine put into my truck because the repair done by Witt Service Center was wrong and the threads are stripped and the spark plug hole is now oval. I am without a vehicle, I cannot afford another costly repair and Witt Service Center is saying oh well. Tough Luck! I feel I was over charged for the repair, the repair was done poorly and incorrectly and I was lied to. In 40+ years of owning vehicles and having them repaired, this is the very worst service I have ever encountered and I will not ever take my vehicle to this dealership again!

Just bought a new F150 from breaman Merrill Ford and it was the best dealership experience we've ever had. Instead of worrying about the sale, salesman David Breaman took the time to listen to what we wanted and matched us with the truck.
