Love my new Jeep renegade, all of the staff at Rosen Nissan Milwaukee was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. They even drove 3 and 1/2 hours to pick me up, and another 3 and 1/2 hours driving me back to the dealership so I could buy my new car! I will be going there from now on.

Reggie was so engaging, professional and efficient. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. We brought in a 2015 RAV4 for detailing and when we got it back it looked like a brand new car. It was shiny on the outside and spotless on the inside. We inquired about future service the car needs and found the prices to be very competitive. That combined with the quality of the work done and Reggie's exemplary customer service has convinced us to bring all of our future repairs to Nissan Lake Country.

If I can give this dealership a ZERO I would. Cannot trust this dealership having my car there at least 8-9 times problem after problem all related from Oil leaks, coolant and trans leaks. Unbelievable, service talking nice all xx. Lost trust with this dealership. Promise one thing never heard back. It’s not my job to call and follow up after numerous complaints. They probably just want to brush me off and silent me. I will bring this up to Boucher company upper management so they are aware what’s going on.

My new used vehicle buying experience was accommodated by Bergstrom Sales Advisor Dalyne Magee. I was pleased that a factory recall was addressed by this dealership's Service Dept. prior to the vehicle's delivery to my residence. The buying process from automobile search to automobile delivery took over a week but I remain satisfied.

I went to Rhinelander Nissan to find a Nissan Altima and the salesman said he would look around and try to find the the one I wanted. I didn't hear from him so I called 5 days later and it was obvious that he didn't look so he quickly went On the computer to see what he could find. He listed some overpriced vehicles and when I let him know I found one in my price range at a Stevens Point dealer he asked me a lot of questions about it and said he could possibly get it up here for me to buy. He calls back and said that he couldn't get the car and the ironic thing was Rhinelander Nissan already bought it today to give to another one of their customers. Wow, isn't that ironic! I didn't believe him so I called Stevens Point Honda and asked if I could buy the car on Saturday and told them the story that I was given by Rhinelander Nissan. The salesman talked to his manager and called me back to say that Rhinelander Nissan called right before I did and bought the car out right to give to someone else and there was nothing they could do to help me. So I helped the lazy salesman find a car for him to resell to someone else and now I am out of luck for my dream car.

My experience with Wilde Nissan is par with many other car dealers I've had experience with in the past, in the area. Unless you get everything, and I mean everything in writing when you first purchase the vehicle, service may turn into a nightmare, especially when warranty items are involved. It wouldn't be a bad idea to take others maybe even a tape recorder along with you when you first buy the car. I purchased a Sentra. I will never buy again from that dealer.
