Please consider looking for your car from another - VicV

Please consider looking for your car from another dealership. Rosen Hyundai of Kenosha is not to be trusted! If you do consider purchasing a car from them take time to review your purchase and finance contracts very carefully. Do not let their finance director try to push documentation by you without fully understanding and taking time to read exactly what you're signing. I made that mistake and now I'm working with state and federal consumer protection agencies to get $14,000+ in fraudulent dealer add-ons and loan interest fees dismissed and the car purchase voided. Don't let them take advantage of you like they did to me!!!

Had a great experience with Tony. - MercedesJack

Had a great experience with Tony. Took care of me the entire time from quick responses to test drive and financing. While we were texting he said here fill out this app and when you come I’ll have you signed up I’m 20 min or less after your test drive. I figured it was xx. Tony & the team at ENE Motors proved me wrong. I spent more time looking and test driving my Mercedes. When I went inside they already had everything laid out and minutes later I’m signing. Wife & I are very happy and only downside is they have me eyeing up a really nice Ram truck. Thanks Tony!

Me and my S/O purchased a Chrysler 300 S on August 31, - Plk2025

Me and my S/O purchased a Chrysler 300 S on August 31, 2024. After we left with the car two days later, we noticed that the check engine light came on. We messaged Jared our dealer who responded to us saying he did not appreciate being messaged over the weekend and that he would contact us during business hours. We never received a call. We bought the car with 60,000 miles on it and the car says that it’s all-wheel-drive on the paper that we received from them. Well, we never received the call so we brought it to one shop, and there was a whole bunch of codes that popped up going from transmission issues to other smaller things to more major things we got what we could fixed couple thousand dollars later we’re still having issues and then it progresses and we notice that when it’s shifting from rear wheel drive to all wheel drive, the car is struggling to do that shifting way too hard. It’s hesitating it’s jerking forward so we bring it back to the shop. Say the issues getting worse and they can’t look deeper due to the customizations, the car came with an airlift suspension, they weren’t comfortable with doing that so we found another shop who would do it will bring it to them a couple weeks later when they had availability and they tell us the airlift system has a leak in it. The CV axle is completely shattered. The tires are too completely different sizes and that we are not able to drive the car this needs to be fixed. It’s unsafe this is a problem. We have a child so we leave the car with them. We give them the OK to fix it and they take the air system out and the replace the CV axle. We bring it to another shop to get the new tires and rims on the car and all of this is costing us a couple thousands of dollars we obviously get really upset because we bought the car for our child and we can travel to and from work to and from schools and daycare and all of this and we’re unable to do that with this car all of this took place over the span of six months we call the dealership when one of the shops tells us that the CV axel is completely broken and we spoke with someone and they said that they’ll fix it but their way of fixing it is tearing out the entire all-wheel-drive system and that should fix it and make the car rear wheel drive. They said that this was going to fix our problem and that there’s no way that the two different tire sizes were going to cause the CV axle to be completely shattered when we had four separate people from four separate shops telling us that this is what caused it eventually we get it all fixed. We’re still having some issues to this day with the rocker arms with lifter ticks. Fast-forward to yesterday, my significant other, received a call from them and they offered him $3000 and to provide all the receipts from everything we declined for obvious reasons because they only did that after he put a review, they then started to argue with us saying that everything that those shops told us was wrong and that none of those problems should’ve happened and that we were extremely rude to them and just yelling at us they then proceeded to say that everything happened after 30,000 miles on the car, we bought the car with 60,330 miles on the odometer The car to this day has not even hit 100,000 miles yet so there’s no way that it all happened within six months of having the car after 30,000 miles. reading a lot of these past reviews. We realize we are not the only ones that are going through this with them I 100% would suggest anyone stay away. They also then stated that the car was a show car that was black in color, but the paperwork doesn’t state that it was a show car and the car is manufactured white there has never been black gloss paint on that car. They also left The previous owners information inside the car so we did get ahold of them ask them questions about the car and they said that they sold the car due to having issues such as the driving and engine, and they didn’t want to deal with it.

I purchased a new 2025 Escalade from Crest Cadillac on - matt

I purchased a new 2025 Escalade from Crest Cadillac on 3/1/25. The vehicle was purchased in cash after we provided all necessary trade-in information in advance, and we traveled from Lake Forest, Illinois to complete the transaction. At the time of delivery, we were informed that the vehicle displayed a "service leveling system" warning, but were told it was a minor issue that would be resolved with a software update. We were assured that this update could be performed by our local dealership in the next few days. Based on this representation, we took delivery of the vehicle. Upon presenting the Escalade to our local Cadillac dealership, we were informed that the issue was not minor. Instead, we were told the car required a replacement module for the central computer system of the vehicle and that multiple features, including the air conditioning, were not functioning properly. This could also become a safety issue if in an accident and airbags may not deploy. It has now been over 3 months, and the vehicle remains unrepaired, with no firm timeline for when the module will be delivered or installed. I have since accepted a loaner car, but this does not adequately compensate for the inconvenience or the high-end vehicle I paid for in full. Since we do not have any time frame as to when the module will arrive, I have asked Crest Cadillac to trade our car in on another coming in. They said unfortunately our car is now considered used, so it would be less in value. Crest should have had their technician look over the car prior to us picking up. They have washed their hands of any wrong doing, and have been no help on getting the module. I now have a Better Business Bureau case with General Motors in Detroit. The problem is still not resolved. This is our third Escalade and are treating us as if we do not matter. I would never recommend or do business with Crest Cadillac.

Lalo was great to work with. He was very helpful and was able to help me find a car that was right for me! We would purchase from this dealer again. - Amanda

We would purchase from this dealer again. The only negative was the detailing department closed at 5, so we did not get a final detail. We had a great experience with our salesperson, Christina Kemp! She was completely fine with us trying our car seats in the car. She also helped us get the price that worked for us.

Tyler was most accomodating to our needs, always going - Cheryl

Went there to check out a vehicle they had listed on - Ted R

Went there to check out a vehicle they had listed on their website. Turns out all of their vehicles have this scam interior and exterior protection package added. They can't remove it because it's already been "applied" and thus they add $1,000 on to the asking price. This is a common dealer scam, do not pay for that. Vote with your feet and go somewhere else. Shady is as shady does.

I had a terrific experience working with Dahl. - jakeheine43

I had a terrific experience working with Dahl. I ordered a truck 6 months ago, when it arrived we had some issues with colors and with financing. Dahl was quick to offer a solution and pay for the cost to change the colors. They were really understanding and easy to work with on getting approved for a business loan on a new business with limited history. Couldn't recommend them more!

Scheduled a first service appointment for our new Honda - Tmh2dougie

Scheduled a first service appointment for our new Honda Passport. Tried to schedule the appointment online, but never received a confirmation. I called a couple of days later, and they said they had no record of the appointment. Fast-forward to the day of our ‘by phone’ scheduled appointment. My wife was on her way through Stevens Point on other business. She checked in on time. She was told the oil change couldn’t be done because their computers were down. How weak is that excuse? Think outside the box? You couldn’t find one of those outdated multi-copy repair orders? No pens? Does the technician lose the ability to perform an oil change because the computers are ‘down’? We live 30 miles away. Give me a break? not a free car wash.

Dan from the Bob-Boyd Chrysler team did an excellent job - michael_uchrinscko

Dan from the Bob-Boyd Chrysler team did an excellent job of taking care of me. I handled 99% of the deal through email, and only had to show up to fill out paperwork and pick up my new vehicle. I was out of there in about 45 minutes. Excellent team and well-oiled process.
