Went into Auffenberg Ford South (Belleville location) to test drive some Broncos. Charlie Kohler and his assistant Alexis did a great job with explaining features and whatnot of the models. We worked out a great deal and walked away with a new Bronco and a good trade in value for our old vehicle. This is the second time we have purchased from Charlie and will continue to come back to him.

Dealing with Woody at this dealership was so smooth. Woody is not a pushy salesman, he let us look over and drive the vehicle on our own without standing right on top of us. When it came to dealing with the final negotiation of the price made us feel very comfortable When I buy another vehicle I will have to consider going back to see Woody at Delong Ford even though I live 35 miles away.

Cedrick was thorough & worked hard to complete our transaction electronically ahead of time, so our in person closing ran smoothly. The front desk staff was so welcoming! McCarthy Ford Service Experience On May 5, 2025, I purchased a new Car Battery and 4 perelli tires from McCarthy Ford for my 2015 Ford Edge Sport. Upon purchasing Perilli tires from McCarthy Ford, I also purchased a new TPMS Sensor as I was informed by the Stevie (the Service Manager) that a new Sensor was needed. I never received any warranty documentation on the sensor, battery or tires, that I purchased from McCarthy Ford. On June 6, 2025, I returned to McCarthy Ford due to my NEW TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING SENSOR malfunctioning and displaying “low tire pressure” reading. Upon my arrival, McCarthy Ford allegedly performed a thorough inspection of my vehicle which included: 1). Checked all fluid levels 2). Inspect wiper blades 3). Test Battery 4). Inspect Tires and Brake Wear 5). Inpect Safety Systems and components for leakes and damage. A multi-point inspection was allegedly conducted. To fix the issue, McCarthy Ford claims to have RESET TPMS Sensor and set air pressure. TO NO AVAIL. Today, July 13, 2025, I went outside to start my car and noticed that my TPMS Sensor displayed: Driver Side front tire – 1 PSI Driver Side back tire – 27 PSI Passenger Side front tire – 38 PSI Passenger Side back tire – 24 PSI Much to my dismay my brand new driver’s side tire was completely flat and the other tires are nearly flattened. Per the service department invoice dated June 5, 2025, all issues related to my TPMS was resolved. I am PISSED! McCarthy Ford did not fix the issue! I believe that the Perilli tires are defective……… I WANT MY CAR FIXED AS I PAID MCCARTHY FORD $1,461.73 for services that I apparently did not receive. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Milking labor costs- Insurance Claim - Repulsed

Had new vehicle towed in for service and was quoted repairs would take 5 hours labor...total costs around $1500. Towed to another Ford dealer and it cost me $250.00. Taking advantage of insurance claim payment is unethical. You will NOT even get my business if I need touch up paint.

Where do I start?!?!?!?! I was on my way from Des Moines, Iowa to the Chicago airport with my daughter and her friend. They are taking the trip of their lifetime to Bali, Indonesia. I drive a Ford Lightening. The App was incorrect about where I could charge. I had 21 miles left on my truck when I pulled into Rochelle with nowhere to charge!!!!! I saw the Prescott Brothers Ford Dealership and pulled in. They came to our rescue!!!!!!!!!!!! They not only let me charge my vehicle there (and keep it there during our trip), but they got the 3 of us to the airport so we wouldn't miss our flight. I can not thank them enough. When I am ready to purchase my next vehicle, I will be driving to Rochelle and doing this from the Prescott Brothers. I will tell this story to everyone I know. They literally saved the day!

Only go to this dealer if it's below 85 degrees. I've been shopping for a used Escape for a while. Went to River Oaks Ford and looked around the lot. I'll admit it was pretty hot, but I was on the lot for about 20 minutes checking out the Escapes. After nobody came out to greet me, I went in to see what the deal was. There were 3 guys sitting at a desk. I asked if they had any used Escapes and they said no. Didn't get up, didn't do anything. Okay then. On to the next dealership.

I needed a part ordered and a few minor paint touch ups for a 10 Mustang GT. Mertz Ford GM Mike Rich suggested I bring it in and have their paint tech look it over and see what can be done. Paint touch ups are difficult, but I was very pleased with the results. The process took less than an hour. I also ordered a new battery cover a few days before and I was able to pick it up the same day the paint was repaired. Great service and excellent results. Appreciate the help.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! - KGoff

We just had a very expensive ceramic coating/self healing system put on our car by an awesome company. We got it back looking gorgeous and took it to have an oil change and tire rotation at Greenway. We got it back with a big gouge in the hood!!! It looks like someone closed the hood with a tool in their hand! We have pictures of right before we took it there, and after so there's no mistaking that this was done on their watch! It is literally through the ceramic coating, through the paint!!! My husband called there and they said "huh, that sucks". No apology, no offer to fix it, nothing!! I will NEVER take another vehicle to Greenway again, and I will make sure everyone I know is aware of this situation!!
