I brought a used 2013 Honda Accord in July 2023 with warranty. I must have brought this car to Honda for 6 or 7 times for the same problem. Then come to find out the transmission is slipping. I have been dealing with Barker since 1999 . I brought 3 vehicles paid them off now purchasing a 2022 CRV and the 2013 Honda Accord. They been patching the problem up until my warranty runs out in August or 152,000 in 2025 . Barker Honda on Martin Luther King was a very big disappointment to me.

Had an issue with the front exhaust on my 2023 Enclave. Took it in to the dealership without an appointment on Friday. Shontelle checked my vehicle in and work started on the same day. Parts were ordered and vehicle was finished on Tuesday. She also inquired if GM or LDS would cover the repairs since there were past issues with this but her attempt was not successful. I appreciate the service and friendly staff at Barker service they are always attentive to my needs.

You get an appointment within a decent time frame and while you’re there they continuously update you about your vehicle and how long you can expect to wait, etc. They always diagnose any issues your vehicle may have and it get it resolved quickly. I’ve been taking my car there for many years and have always had a nice experience. Shout-out to Val who is very knowledgeable and is always pleasant to deal with!!
