I have the car oil change service before maturity date of 3 years lease. when I leased a car, I was explained (and the car sticker said) that i have complimentary, no charge, service up to 3 years of my lease. Today, unexpectedly, I paid the oil change charges because in reality I have just 3 oil changes complimentary for the 4th I am supposed to pay, as I was explained today. Previously, when I brought my car, it was cleaned and washed, today I got my car dirty, NO car wash. So, service at this dealership becomes worse and worse. I do not think I will deal with that dealership once again

The worse dealer I have ever dealt with, their so call costumer service is anything but that, they never pickup the phone, there is no follow up courtesy calls. In my case i call the dealer 12 times in one day with no answer. I even spoke to the general manager at one point, same treatment no difference. The only good thing they have going is that they will pickup your vehicle from you house if need to, but other then that not worth the time and the headache.

I had my daughter's car service here for a oil change a - Jpezzuti

I had my daughter's car service here for a oil change a few weeks ago . I was informed that the airfilter needed to be changed and was quoted $65 plus tax. Even knowing I can do it myself for like $35 I told Park Ave to do it this way its done. I receieved the car back, oil change done , air filter changed and car washed. When I went to pay for it the service to change the airfilter was now $93 with a EPA charge of $9 and $12.50 misc charges added. My service adviser was not available and I had to leave so I paid it and reached out after. The service adviser told me those charges were for EPA disposal and supplies used to clean my car? Regardless these charges were not disclosed to me and if they were I would of told them not to do the service . Dealers can charge what they want but they need to be upfront about it. I asked for the undisclosed charges of $22 to be removed but never heard back from anyone. I do not like when dealers are not upfront with fees especially when they are xx, and do not get back to their clients to fix it. If this is how they do business then they lost a good customer and I'll go elsewhere. I am hoping they see this complaint so maybe we can fix this since they don't respond to emails. If not I know I need to go back to Prestige BMW. I bought my car from Park Ave and had a great experience which is why I gave them a chance to service my vehicles. I never had a problem like this before servicing my cars and I don't want to start now!
