Unfortunately, due to our own oversight and failure to fully read the details of our tire warranty, the tire was not eligible for repair coverage. What could have easily become a frustrating experience turned into a positive one because of Kendra’s professionalism, patience, and knowledge. I have 3 ford vehicles 1ka LINCLON. Ford is My go to vehicle. I have always trusted my deal ship because I have always had a good working relationship Mager Oscar Sanchez. He always under. Stood what I needed to. Get fixed. It's very hard to trust some one that is not some one you each day .He earned my trust.. Now he is no longer there ,that he had be transferred. I believe as a customer The owner or manager made a large mistake in doing so. I'm just a customer with 3 ford vehicle's that has spent thousands of dollars at Case Ford. I'm very sorry he no longer there.

I had a very had a bad experience here before but gave it another chance, big mistake. I called ahead about some recalls to address and the person told me I needed to come in to get them fixed, no appointment needed. At the temporary check-in the person radioed 3 times for someone to come and help me, nobody came. Very frustrating as there were 5 staff just hanging around the area doing nothing. I eventually went inside to find someone in service and there were 4 people huddled chatting amongst themselves, two free desks with people behind, and two ladies behind the reception desk. I guess no one wanted to come outside for a customer today. I told the lady behind the desk that I had been told to come in, she checked my VIN and said no, there was nothing they could do for me. I asked who the person was I talked to, it was the other lady sitting next to her. Apparently new and still being trained. Completely wasted my time today, and the worst customer service I have ever seen in any dealership ever. Avoid this place, I will drive a little further next time to Planet Ford for professionals.

Three years later I just bought a 2020 Ford Fusion and once again Terry was magnficent. A genuinely sincere individual, Terry made sure the car was ready for delivery and wouldn't release it until it met his exacting standards. In this instance it went back to detailing until it was done correctly. Never pushy and as accommodating as he can be, doing business with Terry is a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Specifically asked if truck was still on the lot that I had a two hour drive there. Yes they said all good come get it. As we were getting ready to head south our air conditioning on our 2023 expedition started to act up and only blow hot air . 3:00 pm on a Friday and 500 miles from home and heater on full blast would have been an unbearable drive. We rolled in to dealership and I must say I have never been treated better. They took it in and worked their magic and an hour later we had cold ac and vehicle was fixed . I know its under warranty and however we bought our vehicle in south texas . They could of easily said we are busy come back Monday however they went above and beyond. We have been blessed to have contacts at various dealerships over the years where we were treated well, but this experience was the best of all. They met us with the sales manager when we walked in the door, had an offer on our trade before we could sit down, and helped us locate an additional vehicle for a family member (did I mention multiple follow ups for us on the vehicle for our family member). We closed the purchase and will close the other purchase when the located vehicle arrives! Can't say enough about these wonderful ladies!!! I have always tried to avoid dealerships because of their reputation but my car had a couple of recalls that needed to be addressed so I went to Platinum Ford. They were FABULOUS and Dorian was great. While it was there I had them change the oil and they rotated the tires and even washed the outside. I had mentioned that I thought my transmission was going out and they said it would be about $199 to diagnose and asked me what was happening. We went on a test drive and naturally it didn't "clunk". We came back and Dorian opened the hood and saw that there was some type of hose that had been disconnected from a previous service from someone in Forney. He reconnected it and made sure it was tight and said he thought that might be the problem and suggested I drive it for a bit and see if it happens again. He could have easily taken my money for a diagnostic. Good news, it has been fine so far and they will have my business for their honesty. If and when the transmission goes out, will definitely go there and will be going there for all my future oil changes and needs.

I stopped at this dealer ship on my way back to Michigan to have them do a force regeneration on my 2017 F250. They completed the service and then called me out to my truck to tell me I had a small rear differential leak but said they topped it off and I would be able to make it home. Eight hours later I’m sitting on the side of the highway with my differential blown to pieces. Now Im stranded outside of Oklahoma City at 10pm. Fast forward to Monday and I get a call and text from Whiteface ford that they have my differential plug and wanted to know if they wanted me to have them mail it to me. I called them and told them about the catastrophic failure with my rear differential. They said they would get back to me and let me know what they would do. Total cost to fix my truck was over 12k. Now they won’t answer my calls and no one will call me back. I’m not looking for much but you would think they would at least refund the service charge for the work they did on my truck of 420.00 and pay the 600.00 towing charge. I would never recommend them to anyone. Beware if you use them for service on your vehicle. They made a catastrophic mistake and won’t take responsibility for it. I have the voice mail and the text from their employee saying they have my differential plug. I was just asking for them to do the right thing and they won’t even respond to me. How shameful.

Best dealership experience we’ve had in a while. Sent my wife to check out a Powerstroke, and she didn’t like it. She found the Duramax of her dreams…. Can’t speak enough about how helpful Dakota was in the process. They made a good deal with us, and we took the truck home. I’ve been buying cars on average of 2 a year for the last 20 years…. Do the math, whatever Smith is doing right now- keep it up!! Although it’s creepy as xxxx that cars.com knew we made a deal…. Smdh….technology can be a bit nosey

just now New Took my explorer to have a pylon repairedas it was dangling and to have a leak in the cabin looked at. Dropped off at 9am. It wasn’t until I called service at 4:30 to find out what was going on. Was told they replaced some clips to fix the pylon and was just about to take the car into the car wash for the leak. Due to closing at 6pm, and only having the one vehicle, I went to pick it up. They did not have it ready and was assuming I was leaving it overnight. Could not do that. Was told to set up another appointment, which I did, and explain I couldn’t leave the vehicle over night. Second appointment. Dropped the vehicle off at 9am as instructed and explained I could not leave the car overnight. It wasn’t until I called service at 5:15pm…no updates all day…and was told nothing was done. Was told they’d go have the tech look at it real quick. First, the pylon fix failed.They wanted to replace the part, but I decided it was too costly for a minor inconvenience. The leak issue had not been addressed at all. It wasn’t until I called that they had someone look at it briefly to say it wasn’t the wiper reservoir. Again, I could not leave the car overnight and by the time i got up to the service desk at about 5:45pm, they were closing. Had I not called, they would’ve kept it. No updates at all and nothing done until I called. Ridiculous. Then was told to bring it back again so they could hunt down the leak. Third visit they finally looked at it. Want approximately $800 just in labor to reconnect a part that became detached. I have declined the repair as that seems insane. I argue that having given them my vehicle for 16 hours without the leak being addressed in the first place, they should take care of the labor. I will now use you tube and Google to fix it myself. Will never go back up there for anything. I’ll drive the 45 minutes to a different dealership if need be. Ridiculous.
