I drove over 3 hours to meet my sales guy Jayson Wright here to buy a new F150 Tremor. I passed tons of ford dealers along the way but what brought me in was Jayson and his personality, and how upfront he was with me. He was always super responsive and didn’t beat around the bush which I appreciate. They beat any other dealerships discounts on the truck and over allowed on my trade after some hard haggling. Pedro then came out, introduced himself and was extremely professional, and answered any questions I had. During negotiations the rest of the staff was awesome, Marcos hung around with me talking me up and killed some time with me just talking about life and health as I am recovering from a shoulder surgery he also had. Jayson had to leave early for a previous engagement he had to be at but Leroy took me to the finish line and into finance. I will say finance was less than ideal - I already had quotes from usaa and they attempted to sell me GAP at 1500 dollars. I’ve never payed over 500 for it so left without it. Never went over extended service plans and not much effort in checking other banks for better rates. Bring your own financing and educate yourself on the cost of gap, and as far as extended service plans get quotes from Granger Ford online before going in. Could use some improvement there - finance was a little rough around the edges to say the least. After finance Leroy continued to help me swap vehicles, then Jayson showed back up to make sure my new truck was gassed up and everything was in order. Big shout out to the sales team who were amazing, it was well worth the drive. Jayson and team - thank you guys!
