I love the family feel the service department and the body shop but they never fix the issue with the back up sensor on the after market bumper you installed beeping when there's nothing back there and distance something looks far then you hit it very dissatisfied with that I went back 2 times to get it done but never got fixed

So I told them I would think about it. Michelle the manager called me and said she called Ford and got them to pay the majority of it and my portion would be way low. Very affordable now. Such great service. Dont go anywhere else.

This was our first time to purchase a vehicle from CarMax and it was sooooo easy!!! We located the vehicle in Houston and paid to have it brought to Lubbock. This truck looked like a brand new one and it was 2 yrs old. Henry, the young man that helped us with the paperwork, was so sweet and had everything done for us. This is probably the best experience I have every had at a dealership. If you need a GOOD used vehicle, I would highly recommend going through CarMax!
