Big shoutout to my salesperson Alex Ruiz — he genuinely listened to what I was looking for and put me on the right truck. No pushing me toward something just to make a sale, no trying to upsell me on things I didn't need, just an honest effort to find the truck that actually fit what I was looking for. My husband I have purchased the last 6 trucks/cars from Ryan Ford and would not go anywhere else. Our sale person that use to be there is no longer there so I was little worried about going back and not having the great experience as I did before. I did check their website to make sure that Westley McKeehan was still in finance, to be honest if he would not have been there I would have tried to find out where he went. I was so happy he was there, I had a sale rep by the name of Benjamin Vanmullekom reach out to me and let me tell you he is the BEST sales person I have ever dealt with. He was not like your regular sales person, he made us feel like he had know us for years. Ben got the deal done and on. March 21, 2026 to buy our 2025 Ford Bronco Big Bend. When we got to the dealership to test drive Westley came out to greet us. Westley has such a good personality and now I know why I would not deal with any other finance person at a dealership but him. He makes the financing process easy. He will work extra hard to get your loan approved. March 22, 2026 my husband said he wanted to trade his truck in for a new one, so I reached out to Ben on Sunday and didn't expect him to email me since it was Sunday, but he did and said he would get started on the deal and get with Westley on Monday. Westley got the deal done and we picked up our new truck on Tue. I want to say that Ben and Westley will be our go to people in the future for our new vehicles, I refuse to deal with anyone but those 2 guys. Westley and Ben you both ROCK. Not only did you take care of our Truck and Bronco deal, but you treated us like family. You both will always be like family to us. :) I hope that Ryan Ford know what an asset you both are to their dealership, your hard work and dedication you both have. Thanks again. Credit application was submitted and a local bank won. However, Zachery before signing off received an offer from Fird that was better. Done. Took 3 hours to drive out with more SUV than I started on a week ago, and dealership delivered.
