I want to recognize Logan in the service department for their exceptional customer service. Throughout the many visits I’ve had to make for my vehicle, he has consistently been kind, personable, professional, and empathetic. He truly understands that vehicle issues don’t just affect the vehicle itself but also affect work schedules, family obligations, and everyday life.
Unfortunately, my overall ownership experience has been frustrating. Despite purchasing a brand-new vehicle, I found myself in the service department far more often than expected, including multiple instances where my vehicle had to be towed because it would not start. At times, I felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience rather than a customer dealing with a significant issue. There were also occasions where service visits were not properly documented, which added to my concerns during an already stressful situation. Thankfully, roadside assistance maintained records of each tow and the reasons behind them.
What kept me coming back was the professionalism of Logan and Armando. They listened, documented my concerns, communicated clearly, and made me feel valued throughout a difficult process. Their empathy and commitment made a tremendous difference when dealing with an ongoing vehicle issue. Front Royal GMC is fortunate to have employees like Logan and Armando representing their service department.
