I recently purchased a used car. I had the opportunity to interact with many dealers and dealerships during the shopping process. My search ended at Continental Auto in Northborough. Steve and Rob were way above the competition! Smart, pleasant, polite, respectful, and honest. As a single woman there are many hurdles to cross when buying a used car. My experience here was seamless from start to finish and left me without doubt or fear! Test drive - I took the car out myself. Pressure - none applied. Price - fair and without haggling, I took the car to my mechanic for inspection prior to purchase, he found a very small (easily overlooked) problem and gave me an estimate for repair, Steve and Rob were receptive and fair and we were easily able to reach an agreement about repair prior to purchase or adjustment of sale price. Quality of inventory - very high. Ease of transaction - Excellent! I put a deposit on the car the day I test drove it. They did all the paperwork quickly and easily on the day that was convenient for me. Would I deal with them again - In a heartbeat, and I will send my family and friends to them as well. Additionally, Logan was less than friendly. I'll be purchasing my next Jeep elsewhere.
