If I could give it a half star I would. I purchase a Jeep Wagoneer back in February of 2026. When we purchased it there was an issue with the drivers seat heat. They signed and had us sign a "we owe" document stating that they would take care of the repair. They had to service this out to Jeep because it was above their level of expertise. now Carfive and the general manager Brian are refusing to honor that "we owe" contract and will not pay Allen Mello. We are stuck with the invoice if we want our vehicle back.

At the time of purchase on March 20, I was told—and it was put in writing—that several issues would be addressed prior to delivery, including the tires and warning lights. I picked up the vehicle on April 1. On April 6th, an independent mechanic found several issues that had not been addressed, including concerns with the O2 sensors, exhaust system, error codes, and worn tires. That evening while driving on the highway with my kids in the car multiple warning lights came on and the car began shaking while driving. We had to arrange towing back to the dealership at our own expense. While they did perform some repairs (including replacing the O2 sensors (these are brand new!), a follow-up inspection still showed that the exhaust will likely need replacement, the radiator was not actually new, and the Run-Flat tires had been repaired rather than replaced. Overall, the vehicle was not delivered in the condition promised, and we spent significant time arranging transportation and following up. I would strongly recommend having any vehicle independently inspected before purchase. Based on this experience, I would proceed with caution.

Dont buy the over priced extended warranty and honestly don’t buy from them at all. Checked to see if they were still in business as we are getting ready to trade in the over priced turd they sold us. Unfortunately they are still scamming people. Drove from Maine to Mass to look at what looked like a decent low mile Suburban. Looked decent at first but after a test drive, I did an in depth look around the vehicle. They let me test drive it without any air intake on it. Wide open throttle body. Leaking transmission lines. Many scratches that could be buffed out. Breaks were squeaky so I mentioned that. I noted all of these issues as well as the interior being filthy. Also noted a slight lifter tick but that wasn’t overly concerning as it only had 87k on it. They said they would address all of these things. Thankfully they did put the air intake back on. They cleaned the transmission line. Not replaced. So it’s been leaking since we got it. No interior detailing done at all. Had to do the breaks within a year of purchase. They never did them. They buffed the exterior but it was poorly done. Buff marks everywhere and none of the scratches were addressed and the clear coat on the hood was clearly lacking or missing entirely because my hood began to fade within a year. Now for the best part. Went to use to warranty for the AC which went out after a year and should have been covered. Direct Auto never filed the paperwork. And after calling over 10 times and fighting with the warranty company as well, I filed with the BBB and Direct Auto never responded. We paid almost 4k for this warranty and never got to use it Even though we needed it. Now at only 137k on a typically reliable engine, the crank and rear main seals have gone out on it and it’s running rough despite proper regular maintenance. Absolutely never buy from them. We are upside down by alot. Also I found our trade in about a week later listed for twice what they gave us! A %100 mark up and they refused to budge on their price and refused to give us any of the trade in value in cash. You’ve been warned.

HORRIBLE BUSINESS! Do not trust what you see. We were provided a quote and put down a deposit on a car. They knew we were traveling from out of state, days passed we heard nothing. They decided to tell us while we were on a 4 hour trip to pick up the car to tell us they “we made a mistake on the sale price” and it would be 10K more than quoted. They were not willing to work with us on the price at all after admitting this was their clerical mistake. Shame on them, they had days to notify us of this “mistake.” Classic stereotypical car salesman, mistakes on us for trusting this business would be any different. You’d think for a premium dealership they’d have better habits.

Our sales rep Noah truly has great knowledge, personal skills, efficiency, and stays one step ahead to make the process seamless. Can’t say enough good things about Noah and the entire staff over at Lawless. Not a hard sell by any means which I certainly appreciate. I purchased a 2022 Jeep Wagoneer for my wife and she absolutely loves it. Highly recommend Noah and the entire buying experience at Lawless.

My husband purchased his car, from the beginning they promised to deliver their customer service assisting with multiple needs. If the car had issues, and if there was ever any paperwork that was to be done they would resolve. The cars panel started to light up after weeks of purchase (tire pressure, engine light, oil light etc). The car was brought back to the dealership more than 5x with no other options besides a scan to see if there was any issues. We ended up returning the car and resolving it with the bank. It's been a month since we returned and they still have not cancelled the plates. We call leave messages no return. I feel like they just wanted to sell cars and have their end all set and careless about the customer when its time to resolve an ongoing issue. I don't recommend this store. They need to prioritize their customers, resolve issues, and offer options like many other companies do.

JTS is the worst place I’ve ever bought a vehicle from. Got my ford f150 supercab truck back in November, had to wait 2 weeks to actually get it because they were doing “body work” and whatever else he wanted to do for it to be ready. Had it two weeks, the fuel pump went out, I knew it was the fuel pump and Nick kept arguing with me that it was the battery. So I replaced the battery to prove to him it clearly was not the issue. Got it fixed up at my mechanic, and made him pay me the $100 for the deductible since I just bought the new battery & I JUST bought the truck. Fast track 2 days after I got it fixed the cluster started screwing up, I also mentioned this to Nick and told him “he better figure it out, because this is redicilous “ then again he gave me attitude and I had to fight with him. He told me he would order me a cluster to put in MYSELF LOL, I then replied NO, “you need to get someone to do it”. He then told me he would get a ford tech” out to fix the cluster and he would pay for it (both of which he never did). This place was a rip off and scam. Fast track 2/3 months ago, Nick was arrested on charges connected directly to his dealership. I would love to know what truly happened and why it shut so quickly.

I just picked up my 2012 Mercedes-Benz C300 sport from Today's Collision. I am more than extremely happy with their work, customer service, time management, etc. The day I got into my accident, I called Matt Everson and he instructed me, while at the crash scene, to have the vehicle delivered to the shop and he will handle it all from there. Once I arrived in the tow truck, I was accompanied by Matt waiting outside, with the rental already in the parking lot, running and warm ready for me to drive alway. After I provided the insurance information to Matt, I only heard from him once to tell me that my car was ready, 3 days earlier than she had inticipated. Once I arrived today, Matt brought me directly to my vehicle which looks better now than it did when I bought it last year brand new. It was fully detailed and shining clean. After gathering my receipts, I was on my way. The customer service that this company provides is remarkable and unbelievable. I'm extremely happy with their services!

It's been 3 yrs since I bought my 2015 Nissan Sentra Sv here and the service was perfect. I thought i wasn't going to be able to get a car because of my credit and low money i receive through out the years and no history on loan or anything but i was surprised. The guys had me just look at the cars , explain which better suit me for my needs and i decieded which i loved best. We spoke prices and then they knew they could find me a perfect price and help me with the loan . I really was shocked when i received a great loan with low fees and perfect payment plan. It was the best day and deal i've ever done. I really recommend them in this location. !!

WORST DEALER EVER!!! ****STAY AWAY**** - Unprofessional and Unsafe! - Manger Chris is Extremely rude, Terrible customer service, and a liar!!! During my experience purchasing a car from this dealer i arrived and was automatically greeted by one of the sales manangers named chris who seemed friendly at first. I was very interested in one of the newer cars (22k miles) they had on there lot advertised for sale. After test driving this car and falling in love Chris explained to me about my warranty through Suzuki as well as through the manufacturer because of the cars low mileage. So we proceeded with making a deal and chris said the car was ready to go. I immediately felt comfortable knowing my purchase would be warrentied. Well i was wrong. After purchasing the vehicle i drove it for one week and it already started having mechanical issues i brought my car into the manufacturing company who told me there was nothing they could do because stuff was done to the engine so it was covered under warranty.CHRIS'S FRIST LIE. I contacted chris and brought my car in the next day after that it was a miserable two and a half long months of terrible customer service. I was told by chris my car would be ready in a week well that turned to almsot three months. Chris would avoid my phone calls, lie to me, and even tried to get me to trade in my car to save him the hassle of getting my car running right. During this three months i had NO VEHICLE! Chris said because of insurance reasons they could not help me out with loaner car in the mean time. (Another lie) I decided to give this place one more chance to give me answers and was again told i would be called back . NEVER happened. Aftet being on hold for almost an hour waiting for Chris i tried to figure out what was going on with my car and when he couldnt answer he just decided to hang up the phone on me. Realization set it Chris was rudest most disrespectful person I've ever dealt with! After coming to my boiling point i took a ride down to the dealership and finally was able to get in contact with the GM and requested him be fired for his unprofessional and rude customer care. The GM immediately took action and i finally got my car after dealing with xxxx. Overall terrible experience with this dealership if anyone is ever thinking of looking at a car stay far away from this place!!!!

Was given a very fair price on my trade and good price on a low mileage, older truck. Marks' team had some repair work to do the truck before I test drove and did the deal and it all worked out. Everyone was friendly, easy to deal with and allowed me plenty of time to inspect the truck myself and make a decision. I see a lot of poor reviews here. Folks, these are USED vehicles. Research and look them over carefully! I know what I bought and what to expect. I don't even know what to say to the snowflakes who felt strongarmed. My experience was friendly, easy-going and very accommodating. I could have walked away on pleasant terms at any time. As it turns out, I am extremely happy with my choice. Love the new truck!

A family member asked that I come here since I'm looking for a car, and at the same time determine if he should too. Drove an hour to this dealer, waited probably 30 minutes or more for help. Had 5000 to put down on a vehicle and no matter what choice, new or old they wanted more money down. After being there almost 4 hours since the "finance guy" doesn't give his reps any car prices to work with I'm finally told there's a car I can get. An almost 6 year old suv ( a model which is so heavily criticized for transmission issues), high mileage, filthy inside, with cosmetic damage, and the bumper almost falling off. The catch? 5000 down, 480 per month, the car obviously needs to be insured etc. The 2nd catch? If you put all that money down for it and sign everything, they do not know if the car runs, and get this, you cannot test drive the car because it's had no safety inspections done at all for however long it's been there idle. So the choice was to buy a car in hopes it's not a lemon. 3rd catch, if I had foolishly did all that I wouldn't be able to get the vehicle for 7 days..... and that's hopeful since there are sooooooo many reviews of people coming back to hear their car isn't ready or they'd have to choose a different one and be given a run around in terms of refunds. The best thing that came from this was saving my father a trip since he intended on coming 3 days later to buy 14 vehicles right out with no financing. Onto the next dealership....
