At the time of purchase on March 20, I was told—and it was put in writing—that several issues would be addressed prior to delivery, including the tires and warning lights. I picked up the vehicle on April 1. On April 6th, an independent mechanic found several issues that had not been addressed, including concerns with the O2 sensors, exhaust system, error codes, and worn tires. That evening while driving on the highway with my kids in the car multiple warning lights came on and the car began shaking while driving.
We had to arrange towing back to the dealership at our own expense. While they did perform some repairs (including replacing the O2 sensors (these are brand new!), a follow-up inspection still showed that the exhaust will likely need replacement, the radiator was not actually new, and the Run-Flat tires had been repaired rather than replaced.
Overall, the vehicle was not delivered in the condition promised, and we spent significant time arranging transportation and following up.
I would strongly recommend having any vehicle independently inspected before purchase. Based on this experience, I would proceed with caution.
