I had an amazing experience at McGee Mazda in Claremont, NH, especially working with Jason. From start to finish, he was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and truly listened to what I was looking for, never making me feel rushed or pressured. Jason went above and beyond to make sure I drove away in a car that I both love and feel safe in, and he worked his butt off to ensure I was completely taken care of. While I primarily worked with Jason, it's clear the entire dealership is full of great people. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Very impressed with this dealership. Purchased a 2017 Chevy Colorado that ended up having some serious issues. They took it back in and worked hard to correct all the mechanical failures. Stood behind their vehicle. Joe at their service center was always extremely polite and helpful at every stage of the process.

Do not use the service department for anything! I brought my truck to have a simple clock spring replaced. The new spring is working great, but I ended up with a deep scratch on the clear plastic gauge pack cover. I was told by the service manager that they are not responsible for the damage. I was told that they would try buffing it but, if that didn't work I am out of luck. I was also told that the steering wheel is too far from the clear shield for it to be damaged by their tech . The average length screwdriver is 8 inches. More than long enough to do this damage. I will no longer go to Greenwich ford.

Today I called Lebanon Ford about new Ford Edge availability since I was coming from 90 miles away. As promised the vehicle was there and ready for me to test drive. I arrived at 2:30pm and test drove the car while they inspected my potential trade in. The new car was exactly what I wanted and their trade in offer was in line with book plus they offered me incredibly good financing. By 5:30pm all the paperwork and transfers had been done and I was on the road home. I hate to waste time so by God if felt good to deal with professionals.

Worst service ever. Complete rip off. After carefully milked 2700$ the “complementary” wash wasn’t even done, the inside plastic wasn’t put back on and I’m missing a piece from a letter Q on the tailgate. What a terrible experience. Do not recomend

Whatever you do, DO NOT do business with Poulin Auto Sales in Barre, VT! I traded in a 2018 Toyota Camry and bought a 2018 GMC Acadia from these people. The car LITERALLY broke down on the way home. They came and got it the next day, gave me a car to use while they looked into the Acadia. Two weeks later, I got my “new” car back. Then it started bucking like it was having issues switching gears. Their garage said they couldn’t do anything because no codes popped up. Took it to my garage who said I needed a new transmission. Luckily my warranty covered that, but it unfortunately did not stop the bucking. I have had this car for a year and 1000% regret buying from Poulin. I thought being a small family owned company, they wouldn’t rip me off but boy was I wrong. Now I’m going to have to take a pretty big loss and trade it because I just cannot stand driving this car anymore and no one is going to give me what I owe on this xxx. Learn from my mistake and STAY AWAY from Poulin Auto Sales in Barre, VT

Training on how to treat customers with honesty and kindness would help all those in the service center . Our family will no longer be purchasing or taking vehicles for repair . However we use D’ELLA GMC and have for years for our GMC’s the staff and service team and their work is outstanding !

This place is the epitome of used car scam. Bought a Ford Escape, told it was 100%,less than 300 miles later the spring shot through the back wheel well, all rotors and breaks were replaced and it’s rear axle started leaking profusely. When I returned to the shop to have it repaired they told me it was my problem and I wasn’t getting my money back.
