We were looking to buy a new GMC Terrain and we had been waiting for a good discount and once we decided to make our purchase the buying process went very smoothly with Tom Fratantuono. He patiently reviewed all the car's new electronic features until we felt comfortable driving it off the lot. The car was waiting for us to test drive when we arrived at the dealership so we didn't even have to wait long to test drive it. We got a great deal. This was our 3rd auto purchase from Paul Masse and we always use them to service our autos. From the sales staff to the service department, they are top notch. Fair deals on autos and a great service department. We are so lucky to have them located within 5 miles of our home. I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend them for the service department or for an auto purchase.

Overall, I was satisfied with the customer service I received. The only issue I had was that when I first brought my vehicle in, I chose to 'wait' for the diagnostic results in the customer lounge. After a lengthy delay, I approached the service advisor, who informed me that the technician working my vehicle, had discovered several mechanical issues, that needed to be addressed. The repair of these issues would require a drop-off appointment, as the repairs would likely take a whole day. After hearing this, I scheduled another appointment for the following week and then left.

We purchased our truck in 2019. We had specific wants, the truck had to be a standard shift. Marcin Orybkiewicz went above and beyond in finding a truck that met our needs. He found a vehicle for us and from start to finish it was a flawless transaction. All in all, from start to finish it was one of the best experiences we have had when purchasing an automobile. We continued our relationship with Hurd Auto until we moved to New Hampshie. The service department is excellent. We found them to be comptent and quick with limited amount of waiting time. Lack of Communication and Customer Service – NOT @ Blasius GMC After having a bad experience at a local used car dealership, I was kind of skeptical about going to another used car dealership. However, following an online search, I discovered Blasius GMC had the Mercedes E300 I was searching for. Mr. Gene Footman, reached out to me that Friday morning to set up a test drive the following day. Gene exemplified what customer service in yesteryears used to be; Gene was not pressured to make the sale, he communicated effectively and was transparent throughout the entire process. I commend Gene on his attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills, which are rare today. Now unto Mr. Chris Prevosk, a veteran business manager. Chris was great, finding me the best financing deal selling me the extended services I needed, and not overcomplicating the process. Chris’s comical sense of humor and meticulous attention to detail made the transaction effortless and seamless. After 1 week, my wife and I are extremely happy with our purchase and hope to do business again at GMC Blasius. Communication and customer service are not dead, especially at Blasius GMC.
