My poor Nissan crapped out and I was desperate for a car but I had no clue what I was looking for. After waiting a few minutes (it was late on a Wednesday night), Joe K helped me out. Asked me what I was looking for and we test drove the Tucson together. He was pleasant, professional, and he answered all my questions as an overwhelmed person who hasn’t driven a new car in 13 years. While I ended up not going with this dealership, he was super nice and I’d recommend the dealer on this interaction alone!

Just got my 2018 Subaru Forester through another semiannual inspection at Hudson Subaru Maintenance in Jersey City. Unlike other dealerships they treated me to first class service in both my oil/filter change as well as recharging my AC, inspecting my front end and had my car ready to go in about 90 minutes. Cost for all that was approx. $99 (tax included) and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. A good reason to buy instead of leasing a new vehicle and after 6.5 years it’s worth keeping despite its “trade-in value”.

I worked with Chris Santos to buy my new Hyundai Palisade. Chris was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car and was a pleasure to work with. He made sure I was able to test drive a few cars in a timely manner and worked to check if the car I wanted was in stock. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because it was stated to me that the apr for financing would be 4.49% and when i went back a few days later to sign the paperwork, the rate was 5.99%. I asked why this was the case, and I was told that if I went with the lower rate I would owe back $2500. Just make sure to be clear on the rate that is quoted and get it in writing. At signing, I was also told of a title fee of $695 that was not a part of the out the door price that I had negotiated. Again make sure all costs are clear and understood in the out the door price.

Sales Manager Lamore Merchant was the best! Aside from being a lovely person, he did everything he could to meet my needs price-wise, resulting in me buying a car from this dealership. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient. Answered all my questions and explained what I needed to know. Allowed me to leave a deposit and come back the next day for another test drive. The only negative about the process was the extremely long wait time for all aspects of the transaction to happen. Perhaps this was because I was there on the last day of the month and it was very busy. Otherwise......I was very pleased.

Very nice dealership! I had bought a car from them once before a number of years ago and was very satisfied with the whole process. If anything, it’s gotten even better, which is saying a bit considering that it was already a five star in my opinion. Joe I., the salesman, was very friendly and pleasant. Forget that knot in your stomach, here we go feeling. Not at all! You will not feel high pressure at all and we’ll walk out with a very fair price and enjoyable experience.. Joe’s assistant Karli was outstanding. This young lady had so much knowledge about the car buying process, knowledge of the vehicles and was happy to help you get yourself set up, including blue link with your cell phone she even had picked me up from the rental car company that evening to get me over to the dealership. While it is a decent size dealership on a major highway, it has more of a homie Mom and pop type, feel as opposed to being assaulted by a barrage of salesman😆😆 I highly recommend Towne Hyundai

We decided to go look at the new 2025 Hyundai Tuscon on the last day of the year (12-31-24) to possibly upgrade my Wife's 2020 Tuscon (53,000 miles) which has been a great reliable SUV with no major issues/expenses other than regular maintenance or wear & tear item replacement. Our plan was to go back to the Dealership who sold us our 2020, but we also included Franklin Sussex Hyundai which was closer to us. We were going to try Franklin Sussex Hyundai in 2020 but they had sold the Tuscon we wanted and had to go to the Dealership further out. Upon arriving at Franklin Sussex Hyundai, Alex (Sales Manager) dropped what he was doing to assist us and confirm the vehicle (Color Combination) was still 'In Stock'. Then, he immediately searched for an available Salesman (Solomon Deguzman) for us to go over some numbers. I've purchased many new vehicles throughout my lifetime and this is where the process often gets grueling! However, I found Solomon to be extremely pleasant from the get go which made the negotiation process very comforting while listening to our needs. I never felt pressured by him, which was huge for me due to my low threshold for patience at times like these. Solomon stayed good natured while going back & forth to present our numbers to Alex. We were able to come to a final deal without the grind a Buyer would often find with other Dealerships. This was truly one of my best experiences negotiating a new car purchase. Even, Brentt in Financing was very helpful to get us in and out. Solomon is also tech savvy with great knowledge of the vehicle itself and went out of his way to explain the nuances of the Tuscon. To make your experience as wonderful as ours was, I highly recommend you call ahead to request Solomon Deguzman (in forefront of photo) assist you with your purchase. Kudos to all the friendly people at Franklin Sussex Hyundai to get my Wife into her new vehicle!!! I'm adding an additional 5 stars *****!!!
