A dealership running at its capacity should have a concierge service. If not loner cars while you wait, at least a concierge service that drops you off and picks you back up like other car dealerships that are even smaller in size than this one, because sitting and waiting there for 3-4 hours while your car is being serviced is quite unnecessary and counterproductive for the client. also, at least have some free snacks if the wait is going to be that long, if you are spending a bundle of money and time, at least your vehicle can be washed simple things like this will put an added smile on a customers face. This is all part of customer satisfaction not just what’s cost-effective for the dealer.(Hire two Wash techs, this could boost customer satisfaction and widen the job market) other than that the workers are quite courteous, and the craftsman seem to be quite thorough,

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! (KRIS DEPALERNO and THE BURLINGTON TEAM) I was actually on my way to drive over 2 hours to pick up a car at Ciocca that I have been waiting 3 weeks for. However, the night before, they called me and told me I couldn’t get a Pre Purchase Inspection before buying the car. I was so frustrated we decided to stop at Burlington Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge because they had a newer version of the same car. Now this went against my strategy for buying a car with negotiating a deal before going in to see it but I figured if it didn’t work out we would just leave and buy the car I intended to. I had also bought another car a few days ago for my other daughter which was a great experience. I explained all of this to Kris and he said he would try very hard to match that experience. Kris lived up to the hype! He was easy going with no pressure. Kris and Trevor worked hard to get us to a great price and didn’t play around with my rate. In fact, they came back with the lowest rate beating my credit union and the other dealership that we just bought from. They let us take the car for the weekend to get a Pre Purchase Inspection and assured us that they would address any issue that came back. Pete from finance was funny, fair, and honest. My daughter got a kick out of listening to him. We got the inspection done where the previous owner purchased and serviced the vehicle and they raved about how well Burlington prepared the car for sale. They did state that the incorrect battery for this car was installed due to its auto start stop feature and they highly recommended spark plugs due to the mileage. I sent it to Kris and they took care of all of it. Every time I texted Kris he would call me back and offer his help. Jake in Service was friendly and did everything to accommodate us. I’ve been preparing for war to purchase my daughter’s vehicles and this was an amazing experience. There are great dealerships out there with exceptional people. I wouldn’t hesitate one bit to recommend or buy from them again. Great job Burlington!!!

This was the most incredible sales process I've ever encountered. Henry Ngo from sales was very professional and customer-focused. Dan the finance manager was efficient and extremely friendly and attentive to detail. And all under the supervision of Bob the manager who was extremely accommodating. I will absolutely recommend to all family and friend and continue my future leasing with Reedman Toll Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Jenkintown.

The best auto buying experience from my living room. I was shopping around for a Jeep Gladiator to get out of my leased 2024 Nissan Frontier I live in New Jersey, went to a bunch of dealerships in my area, I see David's commercials all the time and decided to find out if he was actually my dealer and just didn't know it. I started by texting my interest in the Gladiator they had on their lot. Quick response from Sam, we were trying to get to the numbers that would work for me, took about a few hours back and forth by text. Finally they came back with a number in my budget with taking my Frontier lease. Here's the best part, Joe R called me said we are getting paperwork finalized and that they would deliver the vehicle to my house and sign everything at my house. Eli in finance discussed the paperwork and agreed on everything. Mind you Im about 90 minutes away from them. Joe R salesman should up dressed nice, happy smile, we chatted a bit. Signed the paperwork, took the plates off Frontier and Drove off. Leaving me with a beautiful truck. David Dodge you were my dealer and I just found out that when I'm ready to buy another I'm coming to you, and I'm going to tell everyone I know that if they're looking for a Jeep Dodge whatever to come to you because the experience I had was amazing. I appreciate you. Thank you.

This is worth the BBB to know that this company is a SCAM. They charged me 300$ for a diagnostic that they didn't do. When I went to pick up my car, I asked for the report and was given a paper that stated it was the diagnostic report, trusting them, I took that to find that it was the work they were supposedly charge me 2600$ for. I had to hear this from another place that I went to for a second opinion as well as a cheaper price. The next day, I went back for the diagnostic report and the lady gave me a "scan" not report and told me it was the diagnostic report. Not to mention they were going to charge me 2600$ for something they never checked (which I will guess that's b/c the diagnostics WERE NEVER DONE!!!). Their service time is off. I had to rent a car for 3-4 days because they held my car because of their so-called full lot of cars that needed to be serviced. It doesn't make sense to lie like that. And shame on you smiling workers who work for a company that have you acting in their favor probably knowing that they are wrong. What do you all do- split the money between each other and make your customers your pawns. I will be contacting the BBB and this is not the end of my review. I still have an amazing social media platform. I really wish that I had read the reviews way before I even trusted your service. 9/2/2025 - reviews need to come with dates so people can know this is not old and that your company is the worst!!! Also, I left a message for the general manager to call me so we can discuss this "lie" I was told and to get reimbursed for a service they didn't do and I was brushed off b/c still as of 358pm on a Tuesday, after the holiday, NO CALL. Tells me that your customers are your pawns and that you don't care that they got jacked by your company. I will be contacting the BBB right after this review. Thank you for the manager of Chevrolet that don't really service GMCs, Greg Ensign and your crew of loyal unethical workers that put themselves in a position to be a part of this SCAM they have going. So disappointed. I gave the service department an average, because with the smiles and the jokes, I thought I was dealing with genuine people but see that I was manipulated into doing business with people that just find pleasure in jacking people off with service. Sad. really sad.

Wish you could give a 0 star rating! I was at the dealership this past Saturday getting my wife’s vehicle service done. While walking around in the parking lot potentially looking at trading my pick up truck in, there was a gentleman who works here being loud in the parking lot yelling things he probably shouldn’t have. Such as hey white boy to other employees. Myself and other customers are in the parking lot. Another employee pulls into the parking lot and this loud mouth employee yells look at that gay vehicle he definitely takes it in the xxx that xxx. Wow really! Way to conduct business! I even said yo man I don’t think that’s appropriate. Blew me off. So I went inside to the “tower” and asked for that employees name. I was given the name Adam. The gentleman at the “tower” asked if everything was ok and informed of what happened and they were super apologetic very nice and asked if there was anything they could do. At that point there was nothing. They told me I could file a complaint which I will as well as this review. I went back outside and Adam was out there again. Again I tried talking to him to avoid a complaint on him and this review. I told him straight up you can’t be saying that type of xxxx. Yes I used the “S” word because he told me I couldn’t curse at him which I said I didn’t and he reminded me I used the “S” word (yes he said “you used the “S” word” instead of saying xxxx) Will not support a business like that. From my understanding talking to some people here this dude apparently thinks he can do whatever he wants without concern. I later find out he’s the owner’s son! Wow! Stay clear from this place very unprofessional on this dudes part and apparently he can just get away with it! Service department on the other hand was very quick and professional.
