Very bad customer service very disappointed after making purchase of my used vehicle Sold me a vehicle with transmission issue and few other problems as well every used car as per NY law dealership suppose to give 30 days warranty but they let you deal with manufacturers warranty very rude behavior from sales person and the sales manger didn’t provide his name but I would say bigger names With no respect for customer concerns when I call them after picking up the car answer was go to the manufacturer they can’t do anything since it’s non Lexus car to me they should not be selling non Lexus vehicles if they can’t help customers very disappointed with their response .i hope no one else has to go through like this less than a weeks my car at the repair shop for 4 days and selling dealership can’t do anything they already said I have to deal with it they won’t take the car back either very professional behavior.

A special thank you to Azul Ramos, who made this experience truly outstanding. She was warm, charming, and never pushy. Instead of trying to “sell and sell,” she really listened to my needs and went above and beyond to deliver more than I expected. She even stayed late—almost until 11 PM—to set up my Lexus app, walk me through all the features, and make sure the car was perfectly ready when I drove it out of the showroom. That kind of dedication is rare, and it’s exactly why I’ll keep coming back. Buying a Lexus? This may be a bit long, but, if you are seeking a great car buying experience, LEXUS of RT 10 in Whippany is the place to go; and Pete Posterino is the salesman to see. First, let me tell you that the moment you walk into their showroom, you are treated courteously and with respect and professionalism. They advertise that they offer white glove, red carpet service and believe me, they certainly do. It is easy to see why. They are a team of professionals who work together to give their customer the best car buying experience ... not just for a sale today, but so they will be happy and satisfied first and come back again and again and send their friends. Pete Posterino definitely proved this time and again. Let me tell you a little story: I bought a 2015 Lexus E350 from Master Certiified Sales Consultant Pete Posterino. My experience was over the top. After 6 years or so, I decided to give the car to my niece, who liked it so much at the time, and thought I would try a different make and model. I owned the new make and model for about 4 years or so and just could not "forget the feel" of that great Lexus ride. So, I decided to go back to Lexus. This time, being a bit older, I wanted a smaller car. I called Lexus of Rt 10 and asked for ... you guessed it ... Pete Posterino. Oh, yes, I was so pleased Pete was still there after 10 years. I asked about the LBX, which I saw online. He took the time to research and confirm that it is only being sold overseas and there is no news on it being sold in the USA anytime soon. He suggested I come in at my convenience to take a look at the UX ... no sales, talk, just answered all my questions with patience and was so very courteous. Just said, come in, take a look, test ride it to see if you like it. While on the phone, he also looked into any other information I requested. Well, it took me over 5 weeks to finally make an appointment with Pete to take a look at the Lexus UX 300H. I loved it! During the entire "sale" time, I felt very comfortable ... Of course, I know he was interested in selling the car, but I can honestly say, he was just as interested in truly satisfying my wants and making certain he responded to all my questions. If they were important to me .... and they were ... they were important to him. The process went smoothly with no stress and no drama. He was exceptional taking so much time with me making sure I was happy and chose the car and color I wanted. Yep, I bought the car a 2025 Lexus UX 300H I was right in going back to Pete ... happy the first time and certainly happy this time. Will I recommend Pete Posterino and Lexus of Rt 10 again and again, you bet I will! Thank you, Lexus of Rt 10 ... thank you Tom Maoli for your wonderful staff who do treat customers like celebrities. I had been a Lexus devotee for decades. - Stevensussman75

I had been a Lexus devotee for decades. I bought a pre owned LS460 with 21k miles from Lexus of Edison. I loved that car! I only got to put on about another 20k miles before my 3 year warranty expired. Starting in 2021 my LS 460's batteries died several times over a few months. I replaced each one but to no avail and tremendous inconvenience. About 3 months before my last service visit, the service dept "suggested" that I coincidently needed $6k in other repairs to prevent other problems in the future. I foolishly agreed to authorize those repairs in March 2022. On my last service visit in June 2022, I was told that they would have to "rip open" the floor to try to figure out the problem. The cost to me would be $3 -5k and they could not guarantee that they could figure out and finally fix the problem. I had no choice but to trade in the vehicle at a very low price as I was told they could not sell it. Instead, they would "ship it out." With no vehicle to even drive home, I foolishly leased a 2022 ES250 AWD for 3 years. I am only 5 foot 7 and have hated the car ever because it is so difficult to get in and out of. My LS 460 was so much easier. To add insult to injury, when I complained to management about how a dealership could not be able to fix a problem; they were totally unsympathetic. I asked if I could get some portion of my $6k back. The general manager said no and the only accommodation offered was to sell me a new car w/o a surcharge; as it was during the pandemic. I eventually called Lexus of America. I got not even the surcharge offer, despite being a lexus owner since 1991, except for a few years in between. I am now a happy Benz owner and will never darken Lexus of Edison's door ever again nor any other Lexus stealership.
