While traveling this past weekend , our lemon of a Dodge Magnum broke down on us again. This car has less than 10000 miles on it & has been in theshop many times. Our regular dealer was of no help to us in this matter, & since we were out of town Chrysler sent our Magnum to the Accident Garge to be fixed. While witing for the service I jokingly told one of the salesmen I would love to trade back to a PT Cruiser, but out regular dealer told us that would not be possible because of the amount we owed on the Magnum. Suffice it to say that 2hrs later we were driving away in a new PT , leaving a verytroublsome Magnum behind. The Accident Garage will be the dealer we go to next time we are looking for a new car. I must start out by saying that our salesperson was Shawn Herman. This is the second Hyundai we purchased from Cochran, but most importantly from Shawn. He is unlike any other salesperson I have ever met before. He is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, professional, listens to what you are saying and is not pushy. He made the entire process of purchasing very smooth and not stressful in anyway. It was such a wonderful experience working with him. In addition everyone that works at Cochran are all very nice and helpful. Jim the manager worked on a few issues with us and he too was extremely knowledgeable and very accommodating and polite. I highly recommend if you're looking to purchase a vehicle definitely give Cochran a try and make sure you request Shawn Herman. I can honestly say he is the best!!

Very disappointing place. They replaced my rotors and brakes 2 years ago, and said they needed replacement again? My car is stored in a garage and generally, my brakes never needed replacement for 60000 or more miles. Costly need and I honestly do not trust if this job was done properly 2 years ago. I also waited 1 hour for them to even look at my car, as I waited over 2 hours, as a full room of customers came and went, as I was the last one there. And… I had a scheduled appointment and arrived on time… even 15 min prior. Problems discussed with them and zero comments back.
