I found a car I was interested in online and was contacted by Donnie Sippel to come for a Friday test drive. While taking the vehicle out for a test with Ethan Matsco, I noticed another car on the lot that might suit me better. I drove that one, and it felt right. I stayed in contact with Donnie over the weekend, and by Monday, I had decided. Donnie did everything he could to help me get into this car. My husband purchased a Toyoya Crown during the sale everything was great. He took it for inspection it's not customer friendly to go from the service area to the waiting room. Especially for a customer who's on oxygen and can't walk far. About a month or two after the inspection a friend noticed that the Left lug stud was missing. When my husband called Toyota they didn't want to own up to the missing lug. I took the car to Mr. Tire was told that the lug was stripped when it was taken off. Mr. Tire in Fox Chapel repaired it replaced the lug. Check all tires before leaving this dealership during inspection etc.

After my previous car was totaled by a deer, I was dreading having to go through the stress of finding a replacement. I was beyond impressed with how knowledgeable she was, she didn’t just point out the features, she took the time to show me exactly how everything worked and made sure I was comfortable with it all. She patiently answered every question, never rushed me, and really helped me feel confident that this was the right fit for me. Very disappointing place. They replaced my rotors and brakes 2 years ago, and said they needed replacement again? My car is stored in a garage and generally, my brakes never needed replacement for 60000 or more miles. Costly need and I honestly do not trust if this job was done properly 2 years ago. I also waited 1 hour for them to even look at my car, as I waited over 2 hours, as a full room of customers came and went, as I was the last one there. And… I had a scheduled appointment and arrived on time… even 15 min prior. Problems discussed with them and zero comments back.

My was having an engine misfire and not running well. The dealership told me it was “fine” and sent me on my way. Within a couple of days, the misfire was back just as bad. When I returned, they acted like it was the first time I mentioned it. They wanted to charged me for more work, but the issue was still not fixed. After multiple visits, I’m out a lot of money and my car still runs the same. The lack of accountability and poor communication were the most frustrating parts. Instead of diagnosing the problem properly, they rushed it off and left me with an unreliable car. I would not recommend trusting this dealership for service.

Always a pleasure doing business with Samantha Shopper, best service advisor at North Hills Toyota. She always listens to any service issues and problems and makes extraordinary efforts to get the issues taken care of the first visit. Not like some other dealerships who hire incompetent people who have no clue how to listen or talk to people. We did not purchase our 2020 and 2021 Toyota Highlanders from this dealership, but we will always be loyal Toyota customers to Samantha Shopper.!!!!!

I was talked down to by the General Manager Luke Kim and told "So What? to one of my concerns. Concerns about a problem I was having with their service department, company "policy" on warranty work, not being told the scope of the work PRIOR to the work being done, and the dammage to my gas door. I had to leave and was told they would not be doing the warranty work on my steering box and told me to go to another dealer. That is seriously a horrible way to deal with their responsibilities. Get mad at the person who spent over 50K at your establishment and when I was the one who ended up with a damaged gas door, and no place to take my warrantied Tacoma. Do not trust this place. They have been on the slide downward, do yourself a favor and go elswhere.

I felt they were trustsworthy. The finance manager, Matt, worked to get me the best deal. Overall awesome experience! Customer satisfaction is more important to them because Toyotas have a reputation of their own. People are going to buy Toyotas. So they make it their job to assist you as much as possible without taking you for a ride and all kinds of "Hidden costs" or expenses. And even if I didn't have a Toyota I would still have my car serviced there. They have pretty much every job timed down to the minute so you are provided with accurate estimates and not overcharged for labor....
