Ales mentioned that he would have one coming soon and kept in contact with me for several weeks while the dealership was waiting for it to be delivered. Yesterday it was finally delivered. Ales spent a ton of time with me and my wife explaining all the new tech in the 2027s. We were in and out of the dealership in under 90 minutes and that was including the time in financing. Service has just fallen off a cliff since Leith sold. Nobody even bothers to call you back, they simply ghost you. I've had several problems with the Service dept, and getting their FInance staff to call you back seems to require an act of Congress. But they do pepper me with ads asking if I want to trade in my MBZ for a new. Based on my experience, why would I even consider that ? Bottomline, shop around before you buy from MBZ Raleigh.

Really disappointed with my experience at Toyota Leith. I bought a pre-owned Ford Mustang from them with only 15,000 miles and a full service history, so I felt pretty confident about the purchase. Unfortunately, shortly after buying it I noticed that the engine was leaking oil. I contacted the dealership about two weeks after the purchase, as soon as I noticed the problem. The car came with a 6-month engine and drivetrain guarantee, so I expected them to help resolve the issue. I have explained that the leak appears to be coming from the oil drain plug. Instead, I’ve been told that they can’t fix it and that I should take the car to another dealership that had serviced the car previously. That’s honestly pretty disappointing. I bought the car from Toyota Leith, and the car was sold to me with a 6-month guarantee. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect the dealership to stand behind that and help get the issue resolved. The car only has 15k miles and has a full service history, which makes the situation even more frustrating. The Mustang itself is great, but the way Toyota Leith has handled this issue has left me very disappointed with the dealership and the customer service after the sale.
