I can't say enough about her professionalism and pleasant - dave.sligh

I can't say enough about her professionalism and pleasant demeanor. I never felt pressured to add on anything I didn't need, which was an unexpected bonus. She explained all the forms I was signing and found an interest substantially lower than I had expected. Thanks again.

I bought a Nissan versa last month, not only did I have great service from the team but Gary (salesman) knew why my radio wasn’t working right and helped fix the problem right away. If I ever need another new car I will be coming to Nissan of Gadsden.

Had my jeep serviced. - Sharrell

Had my jeep serviced. They greeted me very politely & took my jeep. Very clean, peaceful waiting area & restrooms. Came & did a check in with me & let me know that it would be ready soon & that they were giving suggestions of things I might need to do since I hadn’t had it serviced there before. Came got me when it was ready & very polite & easy Check out & said they had a bottle of water in my jeep for me. Wonderful service ! Thank you!

Jonah Harden was awesome! We were impressed with honesty and how he listened to our needs and his willingness to meet them. He was very relateable and just a very genuine person! We are looking forward to enjoying our vehicle for the next 10 years but will absolutely be returning to Team One Toyota when its time to purchase something else! Thank you to Jonah and Jake and everyone at TeamOne Toyota for making this the best buying experience we have ever had with a vehicle!

I had a fantastic experience working with Allysa! - crazydoglady

I had a fantastic experience working with Allysa! She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire car buying process. She took the time to understand what I was looking for (needed a specific SUV to fit my dog kennels) and made sure I felt confident and informed every step of the way. I truly appreciated her friendly attitude and attention to detail. I highly recommend asking for Allysa if you’re in the market for a new car!

I have been going to this dealership for years! - Victoria S.

I have been going to this dealership for years! I take my challenger, that I also bought from Chrysler, for any needs and the service techs always solve it and the sales people always make sure I don’t want to trade in or anything! It’s a great environment and they’re always on top to tell you updates and length of times for waiting so you’re comfortable either in the waiting area or your home. I was there last week and waited an hour or 2 and the staff was so great with my 1-year old and making me feel welcomed plus my car was fixed up perfectly. I’ve seen personally, service techs come and get the guests to update them on their vehicle so they know what’s going on each step of the way on every service. I was also shown this app to help pay what I owed in monthly installments and in today’s economy that is a lifesaver. You and your vehicle should want to be cared for properly by real everyday people and with that being said I recommend this shop/dealership all day long! :)

I am extremely pleased with my experience. - allanw

I am extremely pleased with my experience. I purchased the truck online. I spoke with Barry, salesman, at the dealership when I called in. He was very easy to work with. We drove 2 1/2 hours to get there and everything was exactly as we had agreed, no "dealer add on" or other fees or tricks. I will be going back next time I need to buy a car. I never thought I would praise a car dealership, but they definitely earned it. Thanks

Ordered a new Lincoln more than five months ago. - phoebert2014

Ordered a new Lincoln more than five months ago. I have been unable to obtain even a status regarding future delivery of said vehicle. The car is not even scheduled to be built and Long-Lewis continues to hold my deposit.
