One of the best dealership experiences ever! Down to earth , honest folks. Well worth the 3 hour drive. Scott Jackson worked up the deal before making the drive out and Joshua Young was the salesperson I dealt with at the dealership. Both were top notch. Never pushy. The entire transaction was seamless all the way through financing. And even with the shortage they had an awesome selection. Absolutely one of the most pleasurable vehicle purchases ever. There was a slight overcalculation in the county tax probably since I was from out of state , and they mailed me an overage check within 2 weeks without me even inquiring . Talk about fair and honest! The dealership interior is a bit dated but very clean and comfortable. I have been to some super fancy big city dealerships that look like you're walking in the Taj Mahal. But you have to sit and ask yourself who is paying for that beautiful environment. Yes, that's right you the customer. I would much rather take a HomeTown dealership with honest fair pricing / pushy big city dealerships any day. I highly recommend Stinnett Automotive and will definitely do business with them again in the future .

Stay away from these shady folks. Lost a FOB, bought a new one here which ended up costing us $1,000 - the new fob never worked properly. Made an appointment to have it fixed. But before the appointment the jeep completely shut down. Had it towed to the dealership at our expense. Then paid for diagnostic test, and a new car battery, the old battery seemed to be working only the jeep wasnt. Then when we went to pick it up the day after the repairs were supposed to be done. They hadn’t even done the work! Had to sit around for over an hour while they tried to locate the paperwork then start working on the vehicle. The place is a complete clown show.

Bobby our salesperson was great. Austin the manager was not. Our car only had one key fab. When I asked about it they said as advertised when in fact CarMax takes pictures without advertising or putting something in writing. Our car had lots of missing items that the model should have and did not. We only wanted a second key fob. Essentially CarMax sold us a car knowing we were going to drive it off the lot right into the cost of buying a keyfob and programming it. I even called customer service and they said they completely understood but they would not do anything about it. They then had the nerve to ask if there was anything they could do. Even if it is the car you want, go over the car with a fine tooth comb because there will be missing items. We had no spare tire equipment of any kind beside the missing key fob. CarMax included a GreenSlime kit. Well, we have run flat tires on the car we bought. That's how much they care. I would recommend but it's a guarded recommendation.

Whatever happened to honesty? Does it not mean anything anymore? I got a 2014 Dodge Avenger from them wasn’t even the car I was approved for but I needed a vehicle. I did put about 38,000 on it but I had to keep putting work into it. It had major and still has major oil leaks, bad ACM, Bad Compressor, bad oil sensors , bad alternator , bad battery, bad oil filter housing ,No Air, bad calipers and rotors, and recently found out that the oil cooler has leaked the entire time. I have taken my car back to zoom have paid nearly $3000 total in towing costs. It is now 2026 and I got this car late December of 2024 and I have Not been able to drive the car for nearly a year and it’s been very hard. Make matters worse rose I have been treated less than human. Zoom did send me an oil pump with some gaskets and I appreciate that but I’m f they would have done an inspection like they said they did they would have discovered that the car was not road safe. So in my opinion it is intentional deception.

They were honest without being harsh and treated me like a valued customer. I don't give 5 stars very often. I would give them more if I could.

My Wife and I purchased a GMC truck on August 13, 2013. After a week we were told to return the truck because they could not finish the deal.We were appalled as I had already spent money making some improvements on it. We were not compensated. We were offered another truck and we took it. We later found out that they had destroyed my credit rating by trying over 20 times to secure a lending institution to go the loan on the first truck and failed. Doing this lowered my rating drastically. They promised to fill the tanks on both trucks and did not. The second truck had no owners manual and it took 3 weeks to get it after many phone calls. We are still waiting for our registration and the 30 day tag will expire tomorrow. We were told to alter the date on the tags expiration date by office personnel. We complained to management and were told we would have our registration on Thursday September 12, 2013 by way of overnite mail. We did not receive it and now the tag will expire leaving us truckless. I am considering legal action. I wonder how this dealership stays in business.

Dealership sold a car that had hidden problems with the seats. When confronted with the problem, I was continually told that fixing the problem was not part of the deal because it was a used car. I was told they would hold the car. Drove a 100 Miles only to see it being driven off the lot as I pulled in. I Was going to buy a different vehicle but, test drove it and the low tire light on the dash was on.when I inquired the man told me yeah probably a sensor. I asked him to look at it he said when he got around to it. At the time there were no other customers on the lot. I left without buying anything an won't ever go back. Waisted my time and the customer service was awful
