Bob Rode made the buying process simple and non intimidating. He provided a concise proposal with no additional fees. Direct and to the point. So many other dealers have hidden fees and up charges. Hats off to Megan in finance for being so thorough. The entire purchase experience was great. I live in Lexington and will gladly make the easy drive to Richmond to shop at Gates.

I recently bought two new cars at this dealership. The salesmen just answered my questions without any pressure sales pitches. The finance manager which I call "The finance wizard" was amazing! He was truly honest about everything from the beginning. No three hour false back and forth like the other dealerships that wear you out until you agree to a payment that you cant afford. If you have to worry about making a payment every month that you are struggling to afford, it makes it impossible to enjoy your new car. Will went to bat for us with everything he had and got us a payment that we could afford ! For anyone who is thinking about buying a new vehicle but think they cant afford a big payment or dont have perfect credit like us..., you owe it to yourself to give Will a chance to help you. We got a payment that we could afford with zero percent financing! Hyundai is one of the most reliable cars on the market with the best warranty on the market. Oh yeah, and their cars have tons of extra features including incredible safety features that are standard which dont cost extra like the competition charges for.

Took me several years to find out after I started doing my own work, but in the end they robbed me. Service was horrible, I couldn't believe it. If you ever heard of highway robbery this was it. It's been four years, but yes I was robbed.

I just wanted to share my negative experience with Don - C.Fain

I just wanted to share my negative experience with Don Franklin Corbin Toyota who refuses to refund my money on a new vehicle that hasn’t even been built yet, isn’t even on the lot yet. The dealership has incurred no loss and I signed zero paperwork and they refuse to refund my deposit. Their business practices leave me questioning the dealership’s integrity.

If I could do a . - candcautocustomsautobody

If I could do a .1 star I would.. drove 2.5 hours to look at a rusted out pile of scrap that wasn’t anything they described.. they also lied to me about all the new parts installed to find out they touched nothing on it

Another dealership that doesn’t care about customers, but - Aguker

Another dealership that doesn’t care about customers, but more about making an extra profit. Was looking to purchase a used Ram 2500 that was posted online for $45,000. When I called and inquired about the vehicle and told them I had my own financing, the price went up to over $50,000. When they asked why I didn’t want to finance through them, I told them I had a 4% interest rate and they said they couldn’t touch it. Sorry, stop false advertising.
