Did not end up making a vehicle purchase with them, but I was incredibly impressed with the communication, transparency and overall customer service. I was handled all communications via email (which most dealerships hate), but Matthew Ferdig was quick to answer my questions & provide me all the information I needed. The search for a vehicle & eventual purchase took 5 months & I was in contact with numerous sales reps & dealerships.... and Matt Ferdig from Ken Ganley Subaru Wickliffe was one of the elite people I dealt with. Just because of the quality of up front info, no hidden tricks or cost increases, honest & trustworthy talks... I was confident if I was to buy from Ken Ganley Subaru Wickliffe. I feel that they want to deliver quality vehicles at competitive prices for the good of the people. Just the fact alone that I was sent photos of the vehicle before they were able to do their full inspection felt like they had nothing to hide and wanted to accommodate my requests as soon as they could. Now, I can't speak on anything further than the assistance I received while shopping around for a vehicle, as I didn't end up purchasing one from Matt or KG Subaru Wickliffe... but, I felt the service I received was top tier and deserving of a positive review so that I could help other people like myself who are looking to avoid getting the run around. I felt like I experienced all the tactics in the last 4 months & it was refreshing dealing with someone who just wanted to find the right deal for you. Thank you Matthew Ferdig for all your help & assistance. Your honesty & transparency was appreciated. I recommend! Especially if you want straight to the point & honest communications before even having to visit the store. Things like this can save a whole day, some money & earn you a whole lot of respect from the average person just trying to do the best they can with what they got.

Initially had an issue on the vehicle, but after contacting the dealership, and learning that the salesperson was no longer at the dealership, which is why I was not getting a response from him, the dealership is taking steps to correct any of the issues that we may have had upon delivery, so once things got in the correct channels so it could be resolved they are working on it. Glad that it got to the correct person and they are taking care of it, they wanted to make sure we were happy with the pickup at the end of the day and we appreciate that.

We went to the autoshow and first saw the Telluride with the Saddle Brown Interior and Marques was able to find me one I love. I would recommend Marques Moore to EVERYONE I KNOW. I paid cash so I didn't encounter the financing process. It's a small shop but it does what it needs to do and I'm very happy with the car and the experience. I'll be back next time I need something. First-class experience working with the staff at CDJR of Willoughby. I traded my 2017 Ram 1500 up to a 2025 Dodge Durango and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. If you need a new vehicle and don't want the hassle of a "typical" car buying experience be sure to stop in and see Matt Urbas at CDJR of Willoughby. He found me the car that checked all of my boxes, had all of the information I could possibly ask for, and was incredible to work with throughout the process. I would recommend CDJR of Willoughby 10/10 times. I drove 2 hours from out-of-state to purchase from this location and will do it again when my wife's car needs replaced.

If I could leave no stars I would. My mom retired at the start of the year and is now on a fixed income. She bought a 2018 Subaru Forester late 11/2024. The first week the battery was dead and other minor issues started cropping up. I regret that she did not inquire on voiding the sale at that point. Within 6 months the check engine light, A/T oil temp light etc. came on. She is being told she will need a new transmission for $6000-$7000. Her mechanic has been in touch with the dealership and Subaru discussing any assistance/recourse given the extreme and immediate issues she has had to no avail. Only 5500 miles has been driven since purchase. PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. If you do you might as well add 6-7K to your budget a buy a new or at least newer car from a respectable and accountable location. Or just make sure you won't have to actually drive the car you are buying.

Even with its older age, my son still found the car to be as crisp and clean as a new car, thanks to Dave's care. I appreciate Dave's ability to take care of and refurbish used cars, and I'll definitely come again when it's time to get another car.

If there was a zero star it would utilize that. Terrible experience. Purchase a vehicle, drove the car off the lot and it broke down within a mile of leaving MR Auto Sales. They would not fix the car, refund (as they stated they would) or provide any assistance to resolve the situation and just claimed it was sold AS IS. Taking them to arbitration. What a terrible situation and do NOT do business with such unethical individuals. The vehicle did NOT make it a mile off their own lot. A complete total engine failure

Purchased a 2010 Chevy Tahoe from the Kirtland Car Company right before the New Year, Great miles, clean car fax and great price. I got a fast approval with a great rate. The owner Edward went out of his way to order brand new car mats and fill the tank with gas..I will be referring everyone I know to the Kirtland Car Company, not just because of the great deals, but the extended care and customer service to make sure you have a great car buying experience.

Where do I even begin? This dealership is incredibly dishonest. They took my deposit and assured me that the van was in excellent condition and completely rust-free. I flew from Chicago to Cleveland just to buy this car, and when I asked about its condition, they repeatedly claimed it was in great shape, with ‘no rust’—even the website description said so. But what I found on arrival was appalling. The van was filthy, covered in visible rust, with rocker panels poorly patched up with cracked, uneven Bondo. I lifted the plastic cover of the engine, and it was full of rat droppings, crumbled foam, and other debris. The engine started squealing within minutes due to a loose pulley, and there was a loose heat shield lying in the engine bay, ready to be sucked into the belt. Then I looked underneath, and it was the most rusted-out vehicle I’ve ever seen. Junkyard parts still had the salvage codes marked on them, and the rear suspension was so rusted that bolts had fused with brackets. Everything attached to the frame looked like a flaky croissant – delaminating, crumbling steel. As a metal fabricator, I immediately recognized signs of frame damage and a terrible repair job, hidden with a quick spray of fresh paint over the welds. None of this was reported on the Carfax, which should have at least flagged it as a salvage title. It didn’t end there. The rocker panels had stress cracks that made the van look like it would literally fold in half if driven. When I confronted the dealer, he refused to give me a full refund of my deposit. So, after spending over $1,000 on flights and travel for this wasted trip, I had to walk away, out well over a thousand dollars. They wanted more than $8,500 for a van that looked like it had been left in a river for a decade. Do not trust this dealership – they’re dishonest and their vehicles are dangerous.

I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them in the future! The young man that details the cars at The dealership also deserves a big hand for making sure the vehicle was clean when we picked it up! He even took pictures of the truck we purchased to show me how nice it looked in the sunlight cleaned up! All and all the experience we had at Reels was a great one. Thank you Grant and Dan!

My husband and I went to Mullinex Ford to purchase a new Ford Edge Limited. We have been researching these vehicles for quite some time, and knew what kind of options we wanted on our vehicle. We did a test drive on a vehicle and were to talk a deal. We were trading in a Monte Carlo and asked for the cost of the vehicle with our trade in. The woman taking care of us got very snippy and told us she didn't have any idea, that she wasn't a sales person. (Then why was she taking care of us??) We asked to speak to someone who would give us a price. Her head sales manager (sorry don't know his name) came out. When we tried to talk a deal, we were going to pay cash, he became very loud and told us that no way was he interested in talking a deal anywhere near the price we wanted to pay. We showed him, on line, the very same vehicle at another dealer for a lower price. When we expressed our feelings of already having been there for an hour and a half, he told us "you have been waiting a year, what is the big deal about another hour and a half." My husband and I got up to leave and as we crossed the huge lobby he yelled, "Good bye Mr. Crabby." This is suppose to be professional conduct from a manager and sales person? Certainly not someone that I will ever do business with. Buyer beware if you are going to Mullinex Ford in Wickliffe.

Terrible service department, finance lady letting her dog walk on the desk when trying to sign paperwork, they will try give you highest interest possible if you go here get pre approved from bank. Do not trust them. Saw a small dent in our brand new car when they brought it up and now will not respond when trying to get it fixed. Stay away!
