Nice supportive salesman. Daniel did a great job. I just dislike the car purchase experience, especially when a trade-in situation is involved. Being told that because the vehicle was already reduced, they had to find a way to make some money was a bit off-putting. I understand it was discounted and why I was there, but I don't want to feel I'm being shorted on my trade in some way.

Hello, I wanted to pass on appreciation for Nick in the Parts department because of the extra time and effort he gave to assist me. My driver side mirror was damaged at Mike’s Car Wash on Monday afternoon as I was planning to drive to Maryland for the holiday weekend, during rainy weather. An inconvenience that I just didn’t have time for. Nick researched the part, quickly got it ordered/delivered and even took time to install the part in the parking lot by Wednesday. That’s not something that happens often these days. I was able to regroup and refocus on the reason for the road-trip. I would really like to know how I can acknowledge him to your upper level leadership. Something about people like Nick in the service industry is really rare. I pray divine reciprocity in his life, and he should really be recognized for what he probably believes is just ‘doing his job’. However, he’s going above and beyond and that’s very valuable.

The service department is, by far, the best I've ever dealt with! I actually live closer to multiple other Ford dealerships, but I chose this one because of the service. The closest Ford dealer to me tried to rip me off on warranty work. My husband called Fuller and they not only handled it correctly and quickly, but they were super professional about the other dealership. They also saved me money on the deductible due to the hassle I'd already dealt with, even though they didn't cause the issue. It's rare to find a mechanic or body shop you can trust. I will always bring my vehicle to them for oil changes, tune ups, and anything else my vehicles need! Last week, I had body work done, and Fuller did an amazing job. My Explorer has not looked better as long as I've owned it, and the service was excellent. They stuck to their time estimate even though I added some extra touch ups, and the cost estimate didn't budge either. The shop manager came out to the garage to confirm I was happy with the work. Also the wonderful gal who checked me out was such a sweetheart. 5 stars!! I'm super picky about customer service and ensuring I get what I pay for, and it's rare that I give such good reviews. But Fuller deserves these praises, and more. I'll always look to them first any time I need my car serviced or to shop for a Ford.

Mr. Meece made buying a gently used car the best possible buying experience for my mother and, frankly, the ease at which he made the process is one we will ever forget. Took truck to get 1st scheduled service done, dealership removed 3rd seat from rear of MY truck, then put MY 3rd seat into owners EB Expedition Demo to sell it that day. I didnt notice until 2 days later, called dealership, salesman stated it didnt come with 3rd seat. Bypassed salesman to talk to General Manager of dealership, went back and forth with Gen Mgr for 10 months. Dealership found very used cloth 3rd seat that was far from a match. Filed lawsuit for new replacement 3rd seat. settled out of court for Dealership to purchased NEW mathching Eddie Bauer tan leather folding 3rd row removable seat that was originally manufactured with my truck anyway. Problem resolved and it took countless calls, threatened litigation, and ONE YEAR OF MY TIME. BLUE OVAL CERTIFIED MY xxx. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND MY WORST ENEMY TO THIS PLACE. <br><br>
