No pressure from any sales member, Jay was very interested in what I was looking for and not what he could sell me. The choices were all mine, after test drive I wanted to make a deal. Jay's goal was to see me happy and not just sell me something. My final interaction was with Finance Manager Brian Stempien, Very courteous and very transparent on any and all additions that would fit my needs and payment budget. Never at any time was I made to feel pressured and/or obligated to buy anything, as a team they got me the best % rate and made the total experience a pleasure to do business with. While travelling from South Bend, IN to Indianapolis, IN for business, the left turn signal on my F150 began blinking erratically. Just north of Plymouth, IN I noticed a Ford dealership sign, so I stopped at the dealership and met with Mike Friar, a service advisor. He said he thought the issue was a burned out tail light bulb and had me pull into the service area. Mike and a mechanic removed the tail light assembly, which took about 15 minutes, and replaced the bulb which remedied the issue. When I asked how much I owed, Mike said he was happy to help me and there was no charge. As I drove away from the dealership, I thought about all of the doom and gloom we're subjected to through media and social outlets, and I realized we are surrounded by wonderful people like Mike and the mechanic. Oliver Ford is truly blessed to have employees like Mike and his mechanic.

Let me start by saying that I don’t typically like anything about buying a car, but Kerlin Motor Company has changed my mind about that. I can’t say enough good things about Curt and Aimee at Kerlin. I found the Explorer that I was interested in online. I would have to travel over 80 miles to get to Kerlin so I had a lot of questions. Aimee, my sales person, continued answering my questions even after the dealership closed. She also sent me a video and extra pictures to help me decide. Once I made it to the dealership, I purchased my new car, traded my old car and was in and out in an hour and a half (and that included the test drive)! Curt, the business manager, is a straight shooter who gave me a more than fair amount for my trade and got a great rate for me from the bank. I highly recommend Kerlin Motor Company and would definitely make the trip again for my next vehicle.

I bought an F-150 from Sieman’s Ford in 2018. A good truck but recently the wipers would not stop going even if turned off. It turned out to be an electronic part, and Siemans replaced it. All competent but here is the praise. John in Siemans service department was diligent in helping get the repair claim accepted by Zurich insurance on the extended warranty I bought through Siemans. He called them several times after they initially stalled the claim. I appreciated his going to bat on behalf of me, a Siemans customer. I also appreciated his overall professionalism in handling the servicing of my truck. Hooray for Siemans Ford truck service!

Poor Customer Service - Joe Peru

I dont know about their sales, but I would stay away from their service department. Took my minivan in for new brakes, tires, and shocks. All most all of the parts were incorrectly replaced. The wrong tires were changed and the shocks were never installed. I took it back to the dealership and it ended up taking over a month to get it straightened out and I still ended up replacing tires that did not need to be replaced out of pocket.
