My check engine light came on and they worked me in to - Jean

My check engine light came on and they worked me in to review it. Nothing was found to be wrong, but on checking out, the gal reminded me of my brakes needing worked on. I was glad she reminded me as they had said a year ago that my brakes needed worked on. So glad that I have always taken my 2006 Lucerne to a Buick dealership!

I have reduced mobility and the service staff went above - Anderson

I have reduced mobility and the service staff went above and beyond to assist me in and out of my vehicle. The lobby was pleasant. The entire experience was a good one.

The team was great! - wvance92

The team was great! Easy to work with and got us into a car we wanted. Most of the conversations were via text in a non pressuring style. Even after the sale was done, they didn’t stop there, the finance team found a better rate than the original one and quickly switched it over to get a better rate and monthly payment. That’s a huge plus in my opinion and the first time I’ve seen a finance team do that.

I have purchased several vehicles from Tom Naquin Nissan - Fran

I have purchased several vehicles from Tom Naquin Nissan over the past 15 years - some used & some new. Their sales people are very easy to deal with. I always feel they listen to what I am looking for & do their best to put me into a great vehicle, I feel valued as a customer & I appreciate the professionalism of their staff. Their service department is also great!

Great Service Department! - Judy

The service department was great! Ryan and his team were very knowledgeable about diagnosing the problem and fixing a warranty issue. They kept the vehicle for the time they needed to fix it so I didnt have to go back. I never felt inconvenienced as they gave me a curtisy car so I could conintue with my normal schedule. They were all about SERVICING the customer! Thanks for your help! You did a great job!

Looking for my next car... - Heather Garrett

My husband and I are in the market for a new/used car. Spoke with Jim Svelund to find that next car. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy and did not rush us into buying something right away. Jim also listened to what I wanted in a vehicle. Showed me vehicles that met those wants and needs. I will definitely recommend Jim Svelund to my family and friends searching for their next car.

Buyer Beware! - Johnharlanwise

Buyer Beware! If they told the truth here they would choke on it!! I could speak in specifics for over an hour, I was deceived about the condition of my vehicle, I am having the frame checked, it’s actually dangerous to drive! $65000.00 vehicle unrivaled! I was deceived about the cost of warranties, I was deceived by the finance manager Carly about canceling the warranties, and the general manager, Tad should be fired. Not only does Tad condone this behavior. I believe he fosters it.. My opinion that the dealership is stole $12,000 from me, and I will be pursuing the state of Michigan’s consumer fraud protection laws. Buyer beware read all the negative reviews and you will see how they really are. Most people write reviews the day they get the vehicles or while they’re sitting in the office and never follow up. You better believe if they’re doing it to me, they’re gonna do it to you.!

I recently less than 2 months ago purchased a 2015 gmc - riddletina319

I recently less than 2 months ago purchased a 2015 gmc Acadia. Supposedly they do inspections on all their vehicles. Not the case here. In less than 2 months I have had to repair and replace several items. The brake pedal sensor, had to have it calibrated, replace the power steering pump and the radiator hose had to be replaced because it was collapsed. Will never purchase another vehicle from them. It was never inspected prior to them selling it or they would have caught and repaired these problems!
